First time in Florida, Surf style recommended. Nice selection of items but thats where it ends. They are theives PERIOD. Tried to return a dress that wasnt worn, never taken out of bag from when staff placed it there.Forward to trying to return, no one speaks English, not one word. I couldnt understand them nor did they understand me (so they claimed). They couldnt explain the store policy frankly more than Spanish speaking people shop here, there should be someone to help. Now, Im stuck with an item that was almost 38.00 and I dont want it. Im going to keep writing reviews about this until Im made whole. Im not a million dollar corporation, Im a single parent who works too hard for my money. Take back your merchandise and give me my money. Only way this worksStore policy not clear or displayed properly and just a money grab. I will letting anyone and everyone know NEVER to shop here. I should have the option of a refund. While visiting Miami Beach. And staying on South Beach. I stopped by the ocean Beach store the buy some souvenirs.Honestly the store staff want great. But I have never been treated more poorly than I was by the store security officer.I am a business owner. I could employ her. It was ride and in appropriate. And yes Im a professional black man of color. Do better. She was at work at 8:53 on sat apApr 26,2019.

Labora there a great staff, workers, fellowship, all put their best efforts in the daily work, but the facilities are very hot, are really old, the bathrooms is better not to use them, because surely they will send you to uncover them because according to one plug them, work six weeks there and NEVER use them to avoid listening to the screaming of the person who runs there. Who directs is an irascible person, moody, likes to threaten, and fear prevails, because all fight, is a hard-working person (like everyone who works there) and experienced in their work (takes a long time in his trade). I did not fear her, I only fear God, not the man, but it is very uncomfortable to work long hours and have someone do what possible to have a bad day. Its like a little school where the teacher punishes.
