I ordered my arrangement on 5/07/21 to be delivered on Mothers Day 5/09. On 5/09 I was called at 8AM and told they couldnt deliver because of the high volume. They told me I could pick it up at 11AM and I didnt get it until 1:30PM. I have not had delivery charge returned to my credit card either.I have ordered from Edible arrangements numerous times with no issues but today was a bad experience. Very disappointed:(
I had a pick up for 12pm on Fathers Day and I got to the location in Hollywood at 2:30pm and I was told I still had to wait 15-20mins. Paying attention to pick up times are important.
UPDATED REVIEW - My initial review was negative because my mom always orders my the large Celebration basket for my birthday. This year she did the same but the small basket was delivered instead. Shes ordered from here before and didnt have an issue apparently, so not sure what happened. Not even 24 hours after writing this review, both my mom and I were called regarding fixing this issue. They are now delivering the correct basket! Excellent customer service!!!

I absolutely hate giving businesses bad reviews. Its been almost a week and I have been going back and forth about writing this review. I spent $150 on the order to send my sister a gift. I placed the order in the morning. My sister did not receive the edible deliver till 9 p.m.! 9 p.m. - seriously? With only a few hours left for her birthday? What if she was out for dinner? I would never open my door to a delivery person at 9 p.m. Look at the photo attached. Notice on the top - the time is 8:42 p.m. when I received the notice the delivery was on its way. This is totally unacceptable. I order from Edibles all the time - but not from this location. Never again will I order from this location. In reading the reviews now before posting my review - I wish I would have read the reviews first. I hope the owner of this franchise store reads this review and makes the adjustments needed to improve their delivery time and efficiency. I read some reviews about the quality of the fruit delivered and think the ownership needs a major overhaul.
I had the pleasure of speaking to Alexandra, Her customer service was top tier and professional. My strawberries were fresh and neatly made. She was amazing. Definitely came back because of her ♥️

Ordered something for my imkaw was supoose to get there Tuesday to then I receive a call the same day stating because of the orders were alot not enough drivers I was told Thursday and she has yet to receive her gift. I was told today and nothing, they are closed and she hasnt received anything

My son placed an order to be delivered on my birthday. I got a text at 7:01pm to confirm delivery which I did not see until 8 pm. No one mentioned to my son I had to confirm the delivery. So at 8pm when I did see the text and I responded the apologized and said it will be delivered 1st thing in the morning. Well it will 5:24pm and I still haven’t seen my delivery. I called and they person was so rude and told me they came to my house at 7:30 lastnight and no one answered, which is a lie because 3 people including myself was out in front of my house at that time. What terrible customer service this company provides. My son and I will never do business with them again. I hope the owner reads this message and do something to improve this business. They suck.!!!!
Horrible place and service! They messed up my entire order and didnt even have the courtesy to contact me and tell me items werent in stock. They charged me and sent out different items without even notifying me. I will never order from edible arrangements ever again!
My parents received a big fruit basket and after 3 days it had mold on it. Called to let them know and they were not helpful at all. The answer was that we should have read the warning label. It’s a shame that someone would spend that much money and there was no resolution. I would not recommend this store.

The employees are very welcoming and friendly. They never have an attitude and always make sure you have a good experience with them. The fruits themselves are never bad or rotten and the designs always come out so cute. 10/10 I highly recommend this location.

HORRIBLE SERVICE...I would put no stars if it allowed me. I did an online order for a friends birthday to surprise her and I contact the store the morning it was to be delivered to make sure it would get there before 3pm because she would be leaving her job to pick up her baby at 3pm. Karina (supposed Manager) stated that it will be there. well 3pm rolled around and it was not there. all Karina said she could do is call the person it was supposed to be delivered to and tell her its coming ( mind you supposed to be a surprise). so I called my friend and told her something was coming and that it will be there in 15 minutes. they arrived 45 minutes later. and when she received it the arrangement did not look like what I ordered. I called to get my money back be cause I pain almost $80 for it. the manager said she could give me a store credit . I said NO I want my money back. she told me to tell the lady to take the arrangement back and then they will refund my money. or they could redo the arrangement and resend it. again I told her no I want my money back so I asked for the owners name she said Katy and to know when she will be in so I could speak with her and she said oh next Wednesday but you will be lucky to speak with her because she is never here. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST STORE . DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE THEY NEED SOMEONE THAT LIKE THERE JOB AND KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I put a complaint wit the corporate office as well so I hope some does something about this .OH YEAH AND THE DRIVER CALLED ME AND SAID IM IN THE PARKING LOT YOU COULD COME OUT TO GET YOUR ARRANGEMENT .I posted the picture of what is was to look like and what my friend received . its not even the colors were wrong. THIS IS THE WORST ESTABLISHMENT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO ! apart from being rude, my order was supposed to be picked up at 9:30 am, it’s currently 1:30 pm and i revived it with a couple of stuff missing. DEFINITELY not worth the 150 dollars wasted. Go to any other edible arrangements place but this one. Never again this place sucks
Where do i need to start with this establishment. *sighs*. first off the 3rd party delivery needs to be cut off PERIOD! the managers act like they don’t know what you talking about and the customer service just POO! the owner clearly doesn’t care about any inconveniences the company has caused customers. they don’t even call customers to apologize about the bad service they provide. i just hope somebody buys them out & redo the entire hiring process.
Horrible customer service. Its my moms birthday. I placed an order this morning 1/22/20 at 10 AM to have it delivered at her job today. When I called today (1/22/20) to follow up on the delivery. I was rushed off the phone and told they would deliver the order by 5 pm. When I called again at 4:20 pm, I was told the order would be delivered after 5 pm. I told the receptionist my mother leaves at 5 pm today and its her birthday. The order reflects that this is her job and it reflects what department she works in. Its clear she wont receive the delivery on her birthday by the time she leaves. No apologies was given. No remorse. No discounts. Nothing.
I’ve ordered from there multiple times and I was extremely satisfied with my order, the fruit was so fresh and looked delightful and everything came as it was supposed to !

Horrible customer service! While understanding that holidays are busy days for retailers they also make a lot of money out of it. Is this case, after waiting about an hour to pickup my order for mothers day on 05/09, I found out for a picture from the recipient that the order was missing all accents related to the holiday which for me defeat the whole purpose. I called the next day, Evelyn answered and asked for the manager, after asking for the manager twice more on the same call and wait for 15 more min I hung up, the store Manager at the moment(ALLIE I was told 05/10 @10am) was never responsible enough to hear a clients’s problem. NOT ORDERING AGAIN FROM HERE, TAKING MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Fruits were fresh and juicy!! It came exactly as the advertised. I ordered a medium Hello kitty(its a reusable basket💗) with Happy Birthday balloons and a chocolate dipped HB Pineapple! What a surprise!!
Very Bad experience, Order a bundle that cost me $94.14 dollars but only received 12 fruit box that they charge me still like 51.00 dollars for something only cost $29.00, never again will order for them and still they rude about there mistake .Terrible place good luck
So awful and Im very upset that the edible arrangements site wouldnt let me use another location for delivery. I put in my order TWO days ago for a delivery today and its now the end of the day and STILL no delivery. Ive called twice and theyre just in another land about my order, apparently there was a delay and it didnt dawn on them to call me. Im so annoyed and I will never put an order through this location again and I plan on submitting a complaint to corporate. I had to change my delivery location because they NEVER sent out my order and apparently waited until the end of the day to start it. Ive been waiting hours at this point and still no delivery. Some Mothers Day gift, I should have just given my mom the cash.

I am beyond LIVID with this location !! I have called like 20 times already and no one answers and no ones responds!! I ordered berries to pick up on mother’s day and my pick up time was 9:30! Not ONLY did I arrive at 10am and give you all an extra 30 minutes to have my order ready but when I arrive you tell me that you don’t have fruit and that the person was driving from west palm beach to bring some. BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL! I never received an email informing me of ANY delay in my order ! I would have respected that some more since I ordered in advance and not last minute ! To top it all off you magically appear with my order and take it home gift it to my mother for it to not only be NOT WHAT I ORDERED OR WHAT WAS PICTURED but your berries were SPOILED !!! I want a refund and I was a call back !! I would like to speak directly to store manager/ or store owner for my refund! I own a business and that’s NOT how you conduct customer service ! With spoiled fruit, and snobby employees ! So I will continue calling and if need be show up to the store . I’m highly upset !
I ordered number 1260 for my kids 20th anniversary. it was absolutely gorgeous! Everything was fresh and the chocolate dipped pineapple and strawberries were out of this world!

This location is HORRIBLEEEEEE ! I repeat HORRIBLEEEEE ! The customer service here lacks. From the manager to the actual owner of the shop who has NOT since still contacted me. Ive been dealing with a case since MAY from this location. No one has done anything about my refund so corporate had to actually administer a refund to me sad.I dont care if the person who was delivering my arrangements was not actually an employee but a 3rd party you guys use someone should have contacted me about the experience that I had. The driver I had arrived to the location I requested almost an hour after the scheduled time & had no communication that the arrangement was not delivered. As well she very rudely told me I would last on her delivery route since she lives near the location I needed it to be delivered. YEAH I THINK NOT.
The manager is slovenly looking, her clothes are dirty and disheveled, with a hole in her shirt. The store looks dirty and unsanitary. There are nicer locations than this one.
Delivery was never receives on 2nd attempt and after being on hold for over 30 minutes with 5 call backs, the voicemail was full. A complaint was filed with the main office. During a holiday season, staffing requiremnets are key.
I received an order for Easter of assorted design strawberry assortmentswere very good, the presentation was excellent came in a red box and a beautiful red edibles shopping bag. I needed to send a gift outI so I decided to place an order of the same. Unfortunately they didn’t notify me that they were out of the red box and the shopping bag and they substituted some cellophane over a dozen chocolate and. Vanilla covered strawberries. This is not acceptable to me for $40 I should’ve gotten exactly what I asked for it look very tacky. Might as well just send the box of Russell Stover candies fortunately the people love the strawberries but didn’t make any big fuss over the delivery like I did to my husband Sister. No discount was offered for the lack of packaging.very dissapounted.
Called this location to send my mother in law something nice, instead I get terrible customer service. Kelsey, the girl who answered the phone after calling several times had a terrible attitude and lied about delivery options. Asked to speak to the manager and was refused, I asked the name of the manager she said “Selena” it sounds made up but I will be calling Selena back for sure.
My first time visiting this location and was given excellent customer service! Came in for a smoothie and Kalina was so sweet and polite. I wont hesitate to order from this location and will definitely be returning

Ordered a box of mixed fruit and cookies to be delivered on the 12th two days before valentines. I found out on the 11th no one was going to be around to receive delivery. Called them on the 11th and they were able to deliver that day. Cookies and fruit were really fresh and delicious.
My friend has ordered for my son a birthday basket which was to be deliver onThursday for his birthday, they didnt deliver the order until Friday evening and left a door hanger on my mailbox. No call what so ever.We called them was put on a long hold,I end up had to go to the store to pick it up.Turned out nothing was fresh and disappointment.Wont be ordering from this company again.** This isnt the 1st time my other son previous order was also ruined. **

Ordered 24hrs before for a delivery to a business. EA contacted recipient in late PM who had just left work for a home address to deliver it. EA policy can be delivered to a residence as late as 9:30pm but they delivered it at 11pm waking everyone up. The joy of being spoiled with a delivery to her office was lost. No apology or discount.
Just recently order from this location which is my second time never had an issue thank god. Mother n law received her gift and loved it. I hope I dont ever get a bad experience from this location.
My husband ordered for valentines an arrangement that was supposed to be a surprised for me. He called the store and they said that it will be delivered on 2/14 before 9 pm. He had to tell me what he got me because we were waiting for it to be delivered and we had to go out to diner. When we came back at 1 o clock am of 2/15 it hasn’t being delivered someone what at the house the entire time and we never received. He didn’t even got a call from the store or the delivery person. The experience was really bad and we are so sad that he didn’t get the chance to give me the surprise of the arrangement

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!!! I placed an online order on January 28th to be delivered to my home for my two daughters on February 14th. I was home ALL day waiting for the delivery. As time went by I tried to give them the benefit of doubt that it was Valentines Day so figured they possibly had many deliveries. Waited, waited and waited until 7:30pm and still NO delivery!! Of course when I called the business the recording said it closed at 7pm. So, I left a message. Because I was pretty sure someone was still there and would get my message.An hour later exactly! they sent me an email that they Attempted Delivery. WHAT?! REALLY?! They attempted delivery to whom residence?! Myself and three other people were at my home ALL day and no one ever knocked on my door. On top of that I live in a gated community and security never called to say there was a delivery at the gate.Of course when I tried calling back to leave another message the recording said the mailbox was full. So, now the day was basically over and my kids feelings are hurt. And all they did was send me some BS email where they didnt even bother to give a time of their imaginary attempt of delivery. I will be contacting them open of business for my refund and never ordering from any Edible Arrangements EVER AGAIN!
