I am an independent business owner and my computers are critical. I have had trouble before in finding a computer technician that was reliable and knowledgeable as well as honest. I was wondering am I asking to much. Well I came to US Tech shop I was in need of some serious help. Sebastian was wonderful he said Roger you look stressed out what is wrong. He took the time to understand what the issues and problems were. He is a rare find he was patient and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what needed to be done. He is very creative and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He was able to solve my problems at a very reasonable price. I was very pleasantly surprised. My desktop hard drive failed and wouldnt boot up. Brought in in and was diagnosed as bad HDD. Drive was replaced and operating system installed in one day, along with most of my files. I did go back and had an additional HDD installed for backup. They also went back in and found more files that I needed.Prompt service at a good rate.

My old computer could not be repaired; Sebastian set me up with a refurbished (and better) Dell, at a good price, and seamlessly transferred all data from my old unit, to the new...Im a satisfied customer...

For starters, the older gentleman that seems like the owner is very nice and helpful. Thats about where my pleasure with this place ends. The younger man doesnt want to be bothered and rushes to help, says my motherboard must be busted, and I did a bad job building this gaming pc. Its my personal gaming rig and Ive been building and selling pcs for about 8 years. I brought it here because I couldnt download anything and after an agregeous amount of time in the cmd prompt and run file as well as my reg keys and disabling all antivirus and such I could not figure out the issue. They got chrome to download by allowing it through antivirus and called it complete and charged me fifty bucks and said they could look longer but it will cost more, because low and behold, I still cant download anything other than chrome. I wouldnt advise bringing anything here thats more technical than a work laptop. The man even said his build with a GTX 560 would keep up with my 3080. I dont think he knows much aside from what hes learning from youtube and how to seat hardware inside of a case.

I Needed a Gaming PC and this Master Engineer I believe his name is Sebastian he built me this state of the art Gaming PC from the ground up and I he saved me a tremendous amount of money,, I have Microsoft Flight Simulator that I use and I have no issues running it on the PC that he built me ...I also referred a friend to him that had issues with his Laptop and fixed my buddies laptop right on the spot ...and charged him fractions of the competitor down the street .... I crossed my fingers and it paid off big time. My Gateway PC was fixed within 24 hours, actually the same day at approximately 1/3rd the cost of other estimates! In other words the other companies I contacted either misdiagnosed my computer issue or were high estimates or were going to rip me off. Additionally Jason, the owner, was respectful, sensitive and attentive to my calls, most importantly HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY. The Tech Shop represents the best of what you would expect in technology repair, and, a microcosm of how every b2b, b2c and their respective personnel should function, A+ workmanship and pride at blue collar prices. As a freelance web developer, computer problems for me mean I cant work. I was planning on doing a memory upgrade myself on my HP laptop this weekend and I needed to order the card. My machine was becoming slower and slower and I had to ctrl+alt+del to keep it from locking up often. I took the memory card out myself and when I put it back in, the machine wouldnt respond. This was at 3pm on a Saturday. I panicked and decided I needed to find a shop that could put me back in business. One place I called said they were very busy and were about to close at 4pm on a Saturday and they could get to my machine later next week. I called US Tech Shop and found they were not as busy and could get to my machine today. I paid my $25 diagnostic deposit and Sebastian said he wold call me back in about a hour. After about half an hour he called me back and asked why I wanted to upgrade the RAM. I said that my machine was responding slower and slower. He said that was because my hard drive was gong out. I thought it was going to run about $400-$600. Sebastian said he could get the machine to 16GB and add a new hard drive for a very reasonable fee. I gladly paid it and couldnt wait to get my machine home. My HP Envy is now the fastest machine I have ever worked on (also beating a Macbook Pro I worked on last year at an onsite project). I have to re-download a bunch of applications now but it is well worth it! They will get all my business and I will refer everyone who is having computer problems to US Tech Shop!TLDR: My machine broke on a Saturday afternoon and I had it fixed for a very reasonable price. I brought it in and at Sebastians recommendation, added RAM and installed a new solid state hard drive. I basically now have a brand new computer for a fraction of the price! I love you guys!

Ever since I took my laptop last week it has been working perfectly! Sebastian is super nice and his services were way cheaper and faster versus my other options! Got my laptop fixed in less then 2 hours with a thorough diagnosis and explanation of the issue

I went there to get my external disk repaired. This is not something that he does BUT and this is what made the BIG difference he told me how I could get it fixed. He used to work with a company in California, he needed to call them. I asked if he knows a company more closer, he didnt but he spent time with me to find one. We found it in Aventura, he called for me, to make sure it was the type of company I needed for my problem, asked some technical questions, gave his email address received the file to fill out for me, entered all of my information and even printed if for me. I was ready to go directly to the place to give it to be repaired, no need to return back to my place to do that. UNBELIEVABLE. This man was so helpful. He wasnt obliged to do that all this help knowing that I wont need him to repair my external drive. Thank you sir, you are a very good person on this earth!

This place was very helpful to me. I had a laptop that was giving me troubles, and nobody was able to fix it, or even figure out what was wrong. US tech shop computer and repair, said that they would look at it and let me know. The next day, they called me to say they found the problem, and offered to repair my laptop, for an affordable charge. My computer is working fantastic. These people were very helpful, courteous, and polite. They definitely have my business for my next computer, or phone related issue.

Only reason I gave them 1 star is the do a free consultation. Other than that....I wouldnt waste my time. I brought in my daughters laptop which needed a motherboard replaced. He wanted to charge $200+ for a used one from EBay or he gave me another option of putting all her data onto another laptop there for $150.... the catch??? the other laptop had a screen that doesnt even work. So why would I choose either of those options when I went to Dell Outlet online and found a new laptop same specs as current laptop and its new for $198? Place is a joke.

Jason has fixed my computer twice. Once when my cats knocked it on its side and it wouldnt boot up and just recently when it wouldnt boot up apparently due to a power surge. He diagnoses the problem and gets back to you quickly. He explains what the problem is and has your computer running again in no time. He is knowledgeable, efficient, responsible and really nice and helpful! His pricing is very fair. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is having computer issues.

I called US Tech Shop when I had a problem with my laptop and they gave me free estimate over the phone,When I got there they verify the estimate by looking at my laptop.They fix it in 24 hours and the laptop now works better than before.I highly recommend this place, best place in Hollywood with the lowest price.

Ive been here a couple of times for broken iPhones and recently my iPad screen cracked and these guys fixed it with no problems. Affordable price and the quality of the replacements were good. Cant complain, these guys can fix anything. Did I mention they fixed it the same day! Pretty great.

I had a bad disk drive and the guys at the Tech Shop fixed the problem FAST! One of the best things about the Tech Shop is their hours; open on Saturday and Sunday. This guy really saved my christmas! I showed up 15 minutes before his planned closing on Christmas Eve, The Owner Diagnosed my problem and had a solution in minutes. Labor and Replacement costs are reasonable. I love the owner! Hes open minded, highly intelligent and above all knowledgeable about windows, linux, apple, and android machines. After all hes an engineer :) I now have a new repair and retail shop for all my Computing and Mobile needs. He sells phones tablets laptops and Desktops and even carries the occasional Console like PS4 or XBOX. I plan to pick his brains often [as I am an MCSE my self] and build my dream Desktop at US Tech Shop!

We mostly use The Tech Shop for remote access computer repairs, low rates, $40 per hour, and a lot of times we call just for quick help with software and sometimes I call just for tech questions. Always helpful would definitely recommend.

Great repair job but I was quoted $85 and was charged $115.

They replaced the screen on my iphone. It has not worked properly since then. (In fairness to them, I did not bring it back because I live in NY.)

Beyond disappointed with this place brough them in my iPhone to get my cracked screen fixed just to get screwed around for days about when my phone would be ready then when I finally got it back the camera was broke the only way I was able to answer a call is if I put the phone on speaker brought it back to get fixed got jerked around a couple more days about when my phone would be ready received it just to have a black spot in the corner of my screen called them they said they would fix it brought it back just to be told a week later my phone is no longer useable got into a argument with the guy we came to an agreement for him to pay me 150.00$ he payed me only 50$ then jerked me around for weeks on when he would have the rest of the money then later on told me he wasnt gonna pay me I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do not use this place of business very poor customer service and a very rude owner who did not want take responsibility for ruining my iPhone and completely jerked me around for months .
