Phoned ahead to confirm location after Groupon purchase for phone screen repair and new battery. No appointment needed. One guy was ahead of me. My service took about 30 minutes. There is limited parking, the store sells lots of phone and pad accessories as well as vape products. Located right off east I-95 on Sterling Rd. I am happy with the price and service.

Brought in my daughters iPhone and they were able to repair it quickly and for a great price. Would recommend them to everyone that needs a phone or tablet repaired

I bought a coupon on Groupon to replace a battery I called for an appointment. this repairman is a very arrogant man on the phone. it changed me the battery of my iPhone 8 .. seller does not smile and unpleasant. im coming home the battery is not charging i sent an email and i called and he never answered. a scammer and he robbed me. I strongly recommend not to trust this repairer

This is most definitely the place to go if you break your phone screen. Dropped my phone for the millionth time yesterday and the screen finally gave out a cracked. Since I cant understand how people go through months of cracked screen syndrome, I had to find a quality place to have it repaired today. After checking reviews I decided on this place. So glad I did. Brought it in around noon, went to lunch and by the time I went back, it was completely repaired. Thank you guys for being reliable and reputable. My sister and I both went to get our iPhone X screen and LCD repaired (one day after the other). On a Friday when I went the guy charged me 175 to fix my phone and Later after I got it, I noticed my Face ID was no longer working. The same thing happened to my sister. I went back and they said that they didn’t do it. That it was probably broken before I brought it in ( it was not). I found that to be very disrespectful. I asked for my money back and they put back my old screen. So now I have a broken screen and no Face ID. Please do not come here they obviously use cheap products.

I looked at almost every iPhone repair place in Broward County and all of them had some negative reviews. Phones R Us only had 4 and 5 star reviews, so I went to see them. For $55, I had my broken screen repaired in 15 minutes by Luis. When I left the store and started driving home, I realized that while wearing my polarized sunglasses, the screen was black. I called Luis and he told me to come back and he would use my sunglasses to find the right screen replacement so that I would be able to see the screen with my glasses on. He said it might take a little while because he would have to install and test multiple screens. Within 2 hours, he found the perfect screen for me. I cannot express how great the customer service is at Phones R Us, especially Luis. Thank you for fixing my iPhone!

I called the day before to get a quote for a screen replacement and they gave me a higher price than others... but because it was near me, i took it anyway. Surprisingly the price was actually cheaper than they had quoted the day before. However, the guy that took care of my order was not too friendly... they did replace the screen and gave me a free charger cover to my phone so it kind of event itself out.

I have gotten my iphone 6 screen and an old samsung fixed here on multiple occasions because it was located in Hollywood, but I have been continuously impressed by the great customer service and prices. They fix it within minutes! Although the replacement screen for my iphone seems different than the type of screen that apple uses, its still functions just the same. I happened to get a defective screen the first time, but I went back and he fixed it in front of me without a problem.
