Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. had to wait 10 days for the first appointment to have someone install internet they never showed up. Then was told it would be another week for somebody to come out when they did come out they came out only did half the job and left and then said it would be another week to finish the job. This is absolutely unacceptable. Their customer service was of no help and their supervisors were of no help so we are going with Xfinity.

Customer service reps are horrible and do t speak English . 14 different reps over 4 days before I could get a simple task taken care of.I hate this company and it’s service !!!!!!

Your corporation should be ashamed of what it does. You tripled my monthly fees and said that I was the one that did it, while I was out of the country. Then I was lied to and was told that everything would be credited. Then I get a bill again for more money, and now after 25 minutes waiting for at least someone to pick, I get to listen to music. Really sad about how you treat your customers that have been with you for over 10 years!!!!
