The worst car buying experience of my life! The car they sold me was a complete piece of junk and they knew it do not ship nothing from this lot!

Bought beautiful car. Unfortunately many mechanical issues not addressed. Back and forth to their mechanic (sent to 3rd party) who took the easy way and patched only to have worse problems several days later. Vehicle purchased in my opinion was not safe to drive. Work needed conveniently left out of 14 day warranty. Took more than $800 in parts to repair at home with the help of a friend. Forget about going to the brand dealer... Would have cost several thousand! Additionally took almost 2 months and many calls, waiting over 30 minutes on hold just to get my paperwork/ plate transfer. While I got a nice car and stuff wrong would not have affected my decision to purchase, hiding defects and claiming ignorance is not a way to ensure customer loyalty. It would have altered the price I paid significantly. They lived up to the stereotype. :( EDIT: A couple of months have passed and now I notice an oil leak and have to replace tensioner. Getting to be a money pit. OH did I forget to mention Ive fumigated several times and still cant get rid of the roaches?

From when I entered onto the lot I was greeted by Beatrice. Both Beatrice & Eli was very helpful in helping me with purchasing my vehicle. One star for lack of principle and integrity. All I have to say is have everything on paper, since their words are meaningless in the end. When I bought a used Lexus here; the salesman assured me of certain things he’d take care of with regards to the wheels. Logistically never addressed it to the repair shop and left me hanging . Once they get you to sign, it’s all over, it’s party time for them and you get stuck with a vehicle that has warped tires, wheel locks that have missing key, etc. They pride themselves on family owned but really lack the integrity and morality.

Guys were both extremely helpful. Understood our budget & their service was AMAZING!! Would definitely recommend to friends & family. If your looking for straight up people to work with when searching for your next car Ninja Motors is the place to go!!

I bought a couple of vehicles with Ninja Motors, it was the most amazing experience. I am living in New York and the vehicles were shipped to my home on the promised date. It all went very seamless, took a big headache away from me.

When it comes to that family owned welcoming feel NINJA MOTORS absolutely NAILS it. I recently became a father of 3 and desperately needed myself a good old Mini Van.. yeah I know, it’s cliche. But hey none the less these people got the job done. A 2017 Honda Odyssey I whip that thing like it’s nobodies business. If not for sales manager David Alvarez and his upmost professionalism and making the place feel like home who knows what would of happen. But I had my eye on that Odyssey that for a while now and when I made that phone call and got the great news it was there. It was pure magic from the start, it’s the Disney land of used cars.

Turned out to be one of the worst car buying experiences. You would think with them being a family owned business, they would be upfront and honest...I took the Lexus ls460 for 3 separate test drives. No dashboard lights and smooth rides.It wasn’t until i asked the salesman(Joe) to ride with me to Midas on sunrise that the problems occurred. 5 DASHBOARD LIGHTS popped up when i got a 3/4 of the way to the place, which was 10 miles so far... He had no explanation.While waiting at Midas, he sat outside for the whole time smoking, didn’t come inside at all.I stood and watched inside the garage as the mechanic worked and spoke about the car... It turns out the car needed over $7,000 dollars in repair. Even though it was being sold to me for over $12,000 to me. Kelly blue book priced the used car $8,800I was told that at Ninja motors that their mechanics check just enough for it to be on the lot... Some point inspection.When the mechanic gave me the key and inspection i paid $113 for, I felt as if I was betrayed by this salesman and ninja motors company. It was a complete set up.The family business is something that is only welcomed to the workers at the lot, not the customers who spend thousands to get screwed over a few days after buying their “dream car”.I didn’t speak to Joe on that 12 mile ride back to the car lot. I’m sure he knew all the things wrong with the car before the mechanic told me, which he wasn’t present for.While i was attempting to leave the lot he tried to pitch me another offer on the car. They’d fix 2 of 7 major problems on the vehicle and sell me the car for the same price...10% rear breaks, oil leak, fuel pump replacement needed, tires were done, purge flow incorrect, radio skips like a scratched CD, bushings worn...None of internal problems were mentioned to me at the car lot. Don’t trust this place or that guy.As an active member in the United States Airforce, it disgusts me knowing that i put my life on the line for people that would so easily screw me over for a check.

This place and the employees go out of there way to help you get the car you want....

Horrible experience with these guys. Called to enquire about a listing on autotrader.com, was told that they would send me a copy of the vehicle history to my phone, and did not receive it. Went to look up their address so that I could visit the vehicle in person, and found out their located in hollywood fl. The autotrader listing had them marked as pensacola, fl. Almost 700 miles away. When I called to confirm that was the case, my call was denied twice and on the third time of calling I was told that they are in fact in Hollywood Fl. When I apologized and said I simply wouldnt be able to view the vehicle today, they hung up on me, not even a have a nice day. Would not recommend.
