Charles was pleasant when he came to my house to compound my boat he washed it that was great [ icould have washed it myself) when it came to compounding he had not got a clue he was paid in full I had to leave for a meeting came back later to see finish very bad I called him he said yes job was not good he was to order new pads? But assured me he was coming back to complete job i have spoke to him a couple of times he was still waiting on pads now he does not answer his phone. App or web site do NOT use this guy not honest I will going to Hollywood to get my refund
