**EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE.****1ST) THEY TRIED TO SELL ME A BALD TIRE. WHEN I SAY BALD COULD BUST PULLING OUT OF THERE! THEY MUST HAVE FIGURED IM A FEMALE AND DONT KNOW!!!!2ND) I ALSO GOT AN ALIGNMENT. WHEN I LEFT THE STEERING WHEEL WAS SHAKING AND CAR WAS PULLING. WHEN I WENT BACK TO HAVE THEM TAK a second look (10 min later),. THEY REFUSED. I HAD TO GET A LATIN FRIEND TO ARGUE WITH THEM IN SPANISH. THEY DID THE ALIGNEMT AFTER A 20MIN DISPUTE . Which is insane to me cause they dont do the labor. The laser machine does all the work.

Vehicle was pulling to one side, got front-end alignment on SUV here for $50. The tech Daniel was easy to deal with, answered all my questions, and checked condition of shocks. Alignment with bad shocks is a waste because alignment needs to be done if shocks are replacement anyway. Was out in 20 minutes. Happy with price, happy with service, now if only I can avoid bumpy railroad tracks, potholes and improperly installed manhole covers. Once one side was aligned, owner explained that othe side of wheel axel was damaged and to bring car when I have the time to replace the tie rods. I appreciate the honest and the repair quote. Fast and quality service at the lowest price on the market. I went for a alignment an 20 minutes and $50 later I was out the door. The guys knows they’re job and they took the time to explain to me what they did to my car.

Had the worst experience with this owner.They switched my tires and balanced tires. Charged me an excessive amount . After pi paid and drove on the highway I had a terrible vibration due to bad balance in the seats which means it’s the rear tires. I understand d nallsometimes it happens and may need to rebalanced. I paid $140, ( balance and valves)But when I returned to the shop and explained the problem to the owner, he got Extremely Nasty and Refused to do anything! He basically told me to get lost! This guy should Not be allowed to run a business! I would never go back and I advise you to not trust this shop. The only reason I gave it one star is because the guys who work there are decent and willing to help me but the owner would not allow them to.Very arrogant owner.

I called this place 1 hour before I get there and order my tires and the guy told me that he have them and it will have it ready. After getting there they told me that they dont have the tires but they could order it from somewhere else and I would have to wait 3days to get it

I went to get my 4 tires changed and balanced and an Alignment. After driving it I went back a few days, they told me I needed motor mounts, and tire rods what does the motor mounts have to do with the alignment? I’m very dissatisfied by their service. If I needed tire rods they shouldn’t have done the alignment.

Been coming here for years.. same owner .. hes an older guy but always extremely nice and helpful. He always recommends New Tires yet its been worth it. Last set I purchased were good for a year and a half, no issues at all ! Very fairly priced as well. Though the mechanic guys seem to change everytime I go, I like that its the same owner. Theres a lot of tire shops along the 441 strip.. cant trust them all but I can say Ive never had a issue here and always have been provided good service.

The prices are really fare and the service was excellent. In the future if I need tires I will be revisiting them. I will refer them to my family or friends

I went yesterday on mar 20 and asked about the rims and tires they had i asked would the size 19 rim will fit my car and the owner told me yes it will but when I drove off to test drive my car my car started to jump up and down in the back come to find out them 19 size rim they told me to that would work broke a part on my car and they refused to pay to get it fix when they the one who broke the part on my car now I have to pay $400.00 to get my car fixed because they want fix it........

BEWARE !! this (Was) The best new & used tire prices. Been going there for Over 10 years, must be New guy here now.. First had oil Change Here $35.00 for sentheic oil. One week later went in for plug a tire the grungy labour begged for tip before work was done. Then he put & left 58 PSI air after putting in a plug. Lucky I have tire pressure monitor, Two weeks later tire still leaking slow. I went back for New Tire, the new manager or owner, Super Arrogant either way. tried to rip me off, First it was 60.00 for new tire quoted from first worker, then went up to 75.00 from owner or manager ? And for a really low grade new tire. I went to tire plus Pembroke pines got a way better quality tire.. Im not done yet !!! then after three weeks all my oil leaked out ! its 2017 he didnt have the correct filter to put on, so he put the incorrect one one anyways ! It Took three weeks to wiggle loose then all my oil blasted out today !!, this place obviously RIGS anything to get your money BEWARE this place !!!! .. I Recommend go to Tire plus pines blvd 5 🌟 or somewhere else.

Honestly this place is flip floppy some there are 2 shops the one closest to pines rd is fantastic best prices i paid 30 and replaced my aunts tire and its 225/65/16 and the tires usually last me around a year also they have the best deals on new tires i always get the best treatment and the staff is very kind and has no problem trending to whatever needs you may have 5 out of 5 stars easyPS: do not go to the shop farthest from pines rd it is also called wheels and deals but it is the complete opposite of its brother store they have expensive prices for poor tires!!

Spent the whole hour changing and aligning my wheels while insulting and yelling at his two employees. My car was still shaking after and the steering wheel was tilted. He needs anger management.

I have to give them 1 star to tell them my bad opinion of the place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. I was there in mid-December to change my 4 tires and paid for 4 new tires, alignment and balancing for the same $ 400. The owner recommended them to me, telling me that they were very good and he gave me 40,000 miles of warranty, he gave me a false receipt, I learned that later, a week later I had to return due to the vibration of the car, the employee tried to align the front rubber of the car again. passenger, without success, then he changed it to one of the rear and retry again and told me that everything was solved. Yesterday, March 28, notice that only 3 months have passed, I notice that my front rubber on the passenger side is smooth that looks like 10 years ago, I went to complain to the owner and he told me quite annoyed that the problem was my car, a 2017 car and that also before they changed their tires, the previous ones were worn even the normal 40k miles of walks. I feel ripped off and wish this didnt happen to anyone else. Of course he did not give me the new rubber, nor any solution that was the least I could do.
