And more then three years now I have gone to see Gene exclusively. I trust him with our two cars, he’s always been very professional, timely and extremely honest. LOOK NO FURTHER! First of all, thanks to Jean and the rest of the shop for helping me in a last minute bind. I had an interesting electrical issue that I was at my wits end in fixing. It took Jean about an hour to install new brakes, rotors, and fix my electrical issue at a FAIR PRICE. I gladly tipped him for his genuine character and will definitely be coming here for any future maintenance that I can’t do myself. I had a blown gasket on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and Jean was able to fix it with a whole new engine. Jeep is running like new again. Dealer was astronomically over charging me for something Chrysler should have cover. I would recommend going to RG Autor Repair before going to a dealership.

I went to RG Auto Repair to have some work done on my car. Jean, the mechanic, quickly diagnosed the issue and explained to me exactly what was causing the unusual noise. I shopped around for close to a week to get my vehicle diagnosed and repaired. Im on a tight budget having recently moved from Texas for the birth of my grandson.Rg auto was by far the best choice, Jean gave me an accurate diagnostic for free!I needed a wheel bearing and an axle. I took my car to RG for the first time. Jean was very professional and helpful. I thought I needed to replace some suspension parts and after having the car he told me that the parts were not damaged but installed incorrectly by the person who previously owned the car. He could have easily charged me for some parts I didnt need and gotten away with it because I had self diagnosed the car incorrectly. There are not many honest mechanics out there but Jean is one of the few good ones. They also have very reasonable prices. Highly recommended

I accidentally went to the company next door of RG auto repair. They told me it was the same company but once I spoke to someone at RG Autorepair he clarified they are not the same and provided excellent and quick service! If you come here make sure you go to the right one. Love this place!!!

A repair technician attempted to scam me here. He assumed I knew nothing. He tried to tell me there was metal in the oil, and had done no diagnostics, showed me computer information on the right car, but bigger AND WRONG engine, to beef up the price on a simple oil pump job. Ive done tons of research and have asked multiple mechanics from all over the country online and at stores before I towed it to that shop, which is relatively close to my house. As I continued to ask questions and ask for proof, his story crumbled. I was about to be charged 1000 dollars for something that costs 78 dollars at AutoZone, and 80 dollars per hour labor. That means it takes about 11.5 hours. To complete a oil pump?? If you go here, ask questions And ask for proof. They showed me none, and lied to my face multiple times. If he didnt lie to me, then the techs dont know what they are doing or talking about. Very disappointed with that business.

After coming from Michigan, it took several years to find a repeatable auto shop. Rico & l would highly reccomend R & G AUTO REPAIR. They went above & beyond their jobs for a reasonable price ( which l find rare in Florida ). Everyone was down to earth & very friendly. THANK YOU AGAIN R & G!!!!

This repair shop is not honest shop. One off the owner name is Jean, they want you to back and back again and again. Take the car for service you have another trouble in a week. They fix one but broke some other thing.NOT A HONEST MECHANIC.. Shame on you......
