Came here because of Groupon special, remain here because of the care and skill this shop always delivers. They have repaired my car’s leaking power steering and its A/C system making them like new. Luis, the general manager answers all questions regarding price, parts and projected time of repairs, he provides great customer service too. I’m Black and I am always treated with dignity and respect by Luis, the owner and the mechanics. I’ve seen him interact with a variety of genders and ethnic groups and he has always been the same to all. Regardless of how well I’m treated anywhere, if I had of witnessed any disparity in treatment of clientele, I would cease to do business there, immediately, there’s no place in America for any type is ism. The shop’s located on 441, near a Dunkin’ Donut, McDonalds, Sub Machine and Walmart, I can walk to any of these places while my car is being serviced. We all at times have heard a noise that we are not sure where it comes from while driving, Marka will find it if we can’t. When it comes to vehicle maintenance, repairs, reliable and affordable service, Marka is the way to go.

Luis is the best. I brought in one car for an AC recharge and another for an oil change. The service was awesome on both visits. I will be back for sure. Fast, honest, reliable.

I took my truck to have the engine heads repaired. Luis charged me over $3000 and gave me one year warranty. In less than a year the engine started leaking. I took in again because of the “warranty.” He came up with another story that my truck has another program that is forcing the engine and the transmission had some issues and that is why he can not fix it. After the second time I took the truck he charged me an extra $300. Besides that I have to add that he avoided my calls many times that I had to go there in person and he only used excuses.If you do not have any other place to go then come here but I do not recommend this place at all.

Very hostile and racist environment . I got a flat tire on my way to work and stopped by to get a new tire. I was greeted by which appears to be the owner and he was mean and rude for no apparent reason. You could tell he didn’t want to service my car. He was very friendly to the Caucasian customers that came in but as soon as another ethnic group walked in he would have an attitude. While waiting on my car I kindly asked if he had toilet paper for his restroom and he rudely said “no we do not have toilet paper here”.I highly suggest do not render services from this establishment as they do not deserve your hard working money.

I bought 4 new tires from here before, for my 05 g35 (6MT) ;), the tires were good price, 90 bucks each for new (235 40 R18), the tires are still good and Ive had them for 10 months now. Today tho, I got a flat, so I went and bought one used tire for my car and it was just 45 dollars. The tire looks good right now so, Ill just see how it does over time. The tires they sell are good but, I will say that their customer service is pretty basic. They dont tell you a lot and dont explain very much, and they dont know very much either. I wouldnt go there to get an alignment or fix anything with my car. I just go there for tires and mounting. For alignment, I recommend Good Year on 441 and just north of Washington. Its 80 bucks, which is a great value for the quality that you get, you can find cheaper but I dont know how well they will the job. They have an alignment specialist named Damian, I would ask for him. Last thing, dont pay 90 for the alignment, pay 80 because they try to add some BS $5 charge for shop supplies. There isnt really any supplies wasted for an alignment, so why should you have to pay that.

Making an appointment was very easy and Luis was very accommodating with my work schedule. On the day of my appointment I was in and out in no time. I definitely recommend this shop to everyone!

If youre looking for a quick diagnosis of your car. This is not the place to go. 95$ for a diagnostic test should be a crime. However, the owner was very friendly throughout the process.

Do not get anything done at this place, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, these people overcharged me to fix my head gaskets and they never even touched them! Went back to get them fixed multiple times and Luis lied saying it was the oil coolant, they “replaced the oil coolant and the problem was not fixed! They never flushed the engine oil as they were supposed to! They are dishonest to say the least! I called Luis you try to resolve this matter in good faith and he started cursing at me over the phone, how professional is that? I will now make sure no one goes through what I went through, I will make sure people know about this, I will try my best to make this public! News, help me Howard and everywhere I can! I will tell everyone how horrible this place is and how dishonest they are! Go somewhere else! Don’t get ripped off like I did! They are thieves! Liars! And not thrust worthy!

Been trustworthy and honest for me for over 10 years.

Service with fraud and disgusting insulting attitude. We decided to find service for change oil and tire rotation. We bought a voucher for “Marka Tires and Auto Repair”. I did not make an appointment, so they were busy that day and I was told that there is a choice for me to either come other day by appointment or wait about an hour. I decided to wait. They really began to work with my car in an hour. I asked them to re-learn TPMS after the tier rotation. (In all other places, we have been before, it was done on regular basis without any additional price and it usually takes 5-7 min.) Here I was told that it is not included in voucher and it will take about an hour and will cost me $95. I called to my husband and we decided that $95 it is too much for the work that usually is complementary and takes 5-7 minutes (even we do it ourselves without special equipment). I asked Marko specifically that according to the voucher it will be synthetic oil and manager Marco told me that it is correct. During the service I took a look on my car and realized that the oil they were going to put in my car is not synthetic!!! The manager Marco (or maybe he is the owner of the place) noticed that I am looking and immediately stood between me and the car and shielded the view. When Marco moved away I saw that the mechanic removed the box with oil, which he wanted to put in my car, and brought another oil in a completely different package. After some time, manager Marco called me to the repair area and showed that they were pouring synthetic oil. I said that I saw that they wanted to pour not synthetic oil, to which Marco replied that he had stopped the mechanic. So, guys if you ever decided to change oil in this place: watch by yourself with your own eyes what kind of oil they are going to put in your car!!!After the service is done, I got into the car and saw that some yellow dashboard icon had started to burn. I phoned my husband and he told me that this is a motor icon. I showed this dashboard icon to the manager Marco, Marco told me “that this is motor”, I answered “yes, this is motor, but this icon did not glow when I arrived”. He told me that he did not believe me but decided to check what it was. It turned out to be an error of the O2-heater controller. I was told that it has no connection with the oil change. I talked to my husband again by phone and my husband told me to ask the mechanic to reset this error so we could monitor if the icon light up again. When I approached the manager in response to my request, he began to point his finger at me and sad that I am lying, and I am a liar! It was insult! I told him that it is abuse. He told me that it is not. I told him that it was him who was caught with the incorrect oil. He just waved to me and left...Service with fraud and disgusting insulting attitude to call the customer a liar!!!

They are VERY DISHONEST. charged for changing my battery and correcting a problem with my car. When I went to collect my car I checked under the hood it was the same old battery. They told me they forgot to change it. I had to wait 15 minutes, for them to go to Walmart and buy a new battery, which I could have done myself. Two days later the other problem that they claimed they had corrected came back. I took my car back for them fix they kept it for ten days then said they dont see anything wrong with it . I gave it to another shop, turns out the sensor was damaged.

I just recently decided to have some work done to my 2010 camaro. A friend of mine refered me to Marka. I came in and I spoke to Louis. He was of great help and he was very informative in the lowering of my car and getting my car lowered to what I wanted. While he was working in my suspension, we decided to do my brakes. I had cross drilled rotors and ceramic brake pads installed all around. My car looks and stops like a champ! Who wouldve known that a neighborhood shop could be good. Thank Louis! Customer for life!

Hello. I attempted to use my groupon for an oil change. This is my second time at this location to use a groupon. I went to the location a week ago and they were too busy. They never attempted to schedule an appointment. They said come back later. I came in today at 12:30 and asked if I could cash in my groupon for an oil change. The person at the front desk was immediately very rude and asked oh where’s your appointment? I can’t take you. Never did he say can I schedule you for another time. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I do not wish to spend a dime in this establishment. Don’t waste your time!

I came here and got disrespected by one of the employees. I wasn’t going to leave a horrible response but then they ended up stalking my profile and called other people to find me..

Terrible service. I felt so violated there. I just went to get my breaks done and not only did they try and charge me 300$ but the workers were looking at me so preverted, especially Luis. Disgusting. One worker even teied to touch me. It was disgusting. I told them off and they got so mad that they changed the price from 300$ To 500$. This place is ridiculous. 0 STARS.

Customer service gentlemen not quite good customer service

It might be better for me to reserve judgement until a couple of days but I mean they got my problem fixed. Had an oil leak in my VTEC engine. Originally was gonna go to JapTech on Pines Blvd. But they were closing and Marka was also closing as well. The great thing about Marka is.... THEY ARE OPEN ON THE WEEKENDS (SUNDAY INCLUDED!!!!) They were able to fix my oil leak on Saturday, told me the nature of the issue as well, and the cost of the fix was over $50 cheaper than what JapTech quoted me for. They even put my car back on the bed to take a look at it because I told them my car shakes really bad when I go over a certain MPH. They told me whats wrong with it, gave me an estimated quote for the cost to fix, and they did that for free. Even told me they would do an alignment free of charge. Luis was very professional & honest. He told me he would rather me come in Monday because one of his guys to take care of that issue was off today (Sunday.) Which is understandable. My only issue was the long wait time to get my car repaired. Came in about 9AM and didnt get my car back until after 3PM, but it was a Saturday so yeah. Pretty much, great service!!! I will definitely be coming back here soon.

My experience was horrible!!! I paid for work I was not informed of before the work was done! They held my vehicle for a week and did nothing! My car is still driving bad!! No mechanic should do work on your vehicle without your permission and then advise you of pricing when the work is done!!!! Very disappointed in this place, customer lost! Biggest scam in town. Absolutely unprofessional!
