JNL is amazing! Ive been going there for years and always have a great experience. I love receiving pictures and estimates straight to my phone via text. Not only is it easy and convenient to approve work that needs to be done, but it also allows me to see for myself what the problem is. A++! Even my son loves going there!

This is the best auto repair shop I have ever been too. Great customer service and I never been to an auto repair shop that looks cleaner than my home this place is just incredible from presentation to pricing to quality of there work and I am not experienced nor know anything about cars but John took him time sat me down and explained to me what is the problem of my vehicle. I’ve been coming to JNL since I started driving and probably will never leave. My mom started coming here years ago and since then none of us have left. This is the only shop we trust blindly. Whether it’s something minor like a headlight or an actual major damage, I know without a doubt that they will take care of me. Their honesty has to be one of their best qualities- especially as a female who has minimal knowledge of cars. And by minimal I mean none- I literally have to come to them to change the battery of my car keys. They are extremely trustworthy and straightforward. They have excellent customer service and will always take the time to explain in detail what the problem is. Juan and John are super sweet, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. The mechanics are great, I’ve never had any issues after my cars have been serviced. They all truly care about their customers. Small things like returning my seat to the original position or having phone chargers in the waiting area are what makes this shop exceptional. I absolutely recommend the shop to all!

I have been coming to JNL auto repairs for a year now and I am so glad I found them when I did. This is a true family business is honest, hard working and cares about its customers. This is the only auto shop where everything is explained to me clearly and directly and my bill definitely reflects what has been serviced and nothing more. The prices are competitive with larger brands while the service and care are leagues above. If you are in the South Florida, I can not recommend them enough.

Excellent service

Purchased a low mile g35 coupe from auto nation Nissan dealer and less than 10 hours it had issues with a leak in the engine. Dealer tows the truck 2 Times with no issues found excuse, JNL family were attentive to my concerns checked out the g35 and gave an assessment. The thing is it felt like family taking care of you, not only did Juan, Andrew, John and Alex did an excellent job, they owned up to any delay or issues that was not talked about and were darn right honest about it, very rare in the business. I wish I could give them a Thousand Stars because the work was done correctly, efficiently and with personal care, nothing was rushed or pushed off and delivered what we talked about. I will always come to get my service done and bring a few of my buddies as well. Thank you guys for everything you did the Car is running Great!

This shop is great the only auto repair I trust

Ive taken my car there a few times (passing about 5 or 6 other mechanic shops along the way to get there). Juan the owner is a very pleasant and honest guy to work with. And when he is not present his brother is just as good. Reasonable prices and great honest work.

OMG what a wonderful auto repair center. I have been with Juan longer than my husband of 29 years. Juan who licensed and certified have taken care of my cars and other family members for at least 32 years. Professional, educated and simple nice person. His repairmen are also licensed and certified. No one can touch our cars other than JNL.

I came to JNL Auto Repair and they did an amazing job. The guy name John who work there actually explain to me in detail what was wrong my car. I’m not into nor do I know a lot about cars but he took the time to explain to me. My cousin have been coming to them for years and I figure why not give them a change. The dealer would of cost me a lot more money but they found the problem and fix my car in a reasonable amount of time and a good price. I will definitely be bring my car back to get any work done. To get to Jnl you have to pass by about 10+ other shops on (441) and this one stood out to me the most It looked moderately busy and a clean building when i walked in i was greeted by the owner (Juan) i brought my car in for a major repair because it was leaving oil stains on my drive way they took care of me in a reasonable amount of time they let me know that i had several leaks gave me an estimate offered to take me home during the time of the repair and in about one full day had my car with a car wash and no leaky car i love this place and will always come back this is my shop !!!!!
