Poor quality, you always have to to correct the mistakes done in this shop.

Unprofessional, destroyed my car. Had to take my car to Toyoworks to correct.

Terrible experience with this company. Last 2018, my wife asked him to repair her Toyota Prius 2012. Apparently he (Ismael) replaced six battery cells, a regular battery and the inverter water pump. The car very often was showing error code in the screen. Therefore, we asked another company and.... what a surprise, all the car parts were originals. this guy NEVER change any cell or the inverter, he is a thief. He put a motorcycle battery, I couldnt understand how it could happen. Fortunately we found another honesty company that could fix the car very well for us. My total lost were almost $2,000.00. I have pictures and records of everything and we are planning to take legal measures now.

Affordable and great work done on my 2008 prius. ISH installed an abs actuator which is one of the pricier repairs for the prius. Car still running great after 2 weeks

This garage illegally took possession of my Vintage Diesal Truck. (Obviously not a Prius garage customer candidate.)Refused to explain how they got it, demanded over $2000 for its return but would not send an invoice.Would not answer phone or email, only communication was via WhatsApp.Demanded cash only payment for a non existent invoice. They even started a lien (for $5600!) on a truck they never worked on, never had permission to move and for which they never registered its movement with the local police dept per Statute 715.They refused to send any invoice or copy of lien, lien details etc. They sent partial photos after 15 days (no photos of rear or interior).I can only assume this owner is deliberately evasive.I finally got my truck back in December, badly damaged at rear end and with its new battery missing. The only reason I was able to get it back was because the County shut him down (refused to renew his license) till he returned my vehicle (which he had moved and was hiding).My next step is to file in Small Claims Court for the damages and costs of being without my truck for 6 months.This garage is dishonest, I recommend you stay well away or if you have to use them take photos of vehicle as you leave it there and ensure you get state required paperwork in terms of a written estimate etc..

Best Prius mechanic, EVER!! We own 2 and wont let anyone else repair them.

Great on Prius.Not a bunch of guessing games mechanics. Do not try to nickel and dime on minute stuff that is easily fixed. Best advise if a few of your hybrid battery module cells (28 total) go bad. Better to replace the whole thing from places like Hybrid911 or Greenbean With lifetime warranty. Repairing the few modules will make the other ones go bad soon after. Waste of money. Which they will not tell you until after repairing the few modules that was currently bad. Unless you are planning to get rid of it asap

Went back to Ish for repair on a different car. Same excellent results as the first time. His rates are really affordable and he backs up his work.

Wow, I was very impressed. Ismael was able to repair my 2015 Prius quickly and for a very reasonable price. Not only that, but the service was above and beyond what I expected. I was kept notified on all the work as it was going on, and when I picked up my car (which had been sitting in my yard for a few months) I could hardly recognize it. It was wiped down and sparkling, even my headlights had been polished.I will have no second doubts about returning next time I have a problem.Very well done!

Please do not take your car to this shop. He replaced my Battery and messed up my airbag system. The dealership charged me over $300 to fix his error. 5 months later my battery does not work and it was suggested that this was due to his poor service. When i tried to address this issue he bcame rude and ignorant. Disrespectful for no reason. Very childish and unprofessional, i felt like I was dealing with a child... Ive never experienced such a poorly run business. My advice, find another mechanic.,

Ish is a genuinely honest person that cares about his customers. I have brought my 2007 Prius to Ish twice and both times he went above and beyond my expectations. His prices are simply unbeatable, about 1/5 of dealer prices, and he works at the speed of light. I trust Ish and will bring my Prius back to him when it needs work in the future.

Im an auto dealer Ive taken a few cars to ish Auto Repair from fixing Hybrid battery to brakes and few other things and they always been reasonable in price and always back up the work they done Ive never had to return any cars that I had worked on there.

The owner of the shop is a big lier, he brag about fixing Hybrid Toyota Prius but all he do is trial and error, I have Generation 3 Prius with Hybrid battery problem i was referred to him, he charged me $550 will not give invoice, from his shop to my house same issues after his third attempt and total of one month with the car, said to me you need to change the whole battery, I asked him to refund me, he said no because he spent time trying to fix the car, he will not refund, and will not issue an invoice I had to call the police, he lied and told the police all he changed was $100, i got police report, will report him to DMV, we are heading to court if I dont get refunded, be warned he have agents .
