When I say professionalism that is an understatement. Luis was easily one of the most kindest people I have came across in the car servicing profession. He genuinely makes you feel like family and cares about the issues that are affecting your car. Being a student times have been incredibly tough, and Luis went above and beyond to make sure I was situated and happy with the services. Told me the job took 2 hours but finished it in 1. Joshua accepted my call and made sure I was well taken care of with a new battery, oil change and info on upcoming maintenance that needed to be done. Everyone was very cool and friendly. As I was waiting in the lobby, I really liked what I saw when it came to their customer service. You could tell that people liked the service there because everybody seemed to know everybody. They were also very free with giving information about repairs and pricing. In the work area you could here people singing and joking as they worked as well, that’s a sign of a shop full of morale run by good leaders in my opinion, and you want people that are happy doing what they do taking care of you. I’d definitely return for future service and I would also recommend them to a friend.

Have used Honest-1 for 3 years for two cars. Always great to have someone who helps prioritize the work that needs done. Saves us money. Just today, took in my car for brakes because I thought I heard something. They checked and said breaks are fine. No problems. Have used this business 3 times in the last year, amazing experience each time! 2 times for check engine lights and 1 oil change. The engine light services were performed promptly with appointments and I was given clear and detailed explanations on what the issues were. Repairs were completed very quickly the same or next day. I found their labor rates fare and after researching the costs for the parts my vehicle needed they were comparable. My oil change experience was even more stellar! I arrived with my toddler and they had the work completed in only 45 minutes with us waiting comfortably the whole time. All-in-all the staff are friendly, easy going and perform quality work at fair prices. This business is excellent and I plan on continuing to use them in the future with all our vehicles.

I got a quote from my dealer for 4 new tires when I brought my car in for a service. I called around a few different places and at Honest-1 I got the manager on the phone and he gave me a quote that was HALF of what Lexus of North Miami quoted me and in the range of a few other places but with the higher end tire I was looking for. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and, as the name states, HONEST. They told me that I didnt even need an alignment and made aware to keep an eye on my brakes, but that I didnt need to replace them at that moment. They could have easily got me for at least another $500. Great place, highly recommend and will definitely visit again.

Even with their shop backed up with work, Jason answered the phone ready to help. My car had things hanging from the under carriage and dragging on the street as i drove. I called multiple Nissan dealerships and no one would take my walk in appointment to help out with my situation. I brought my car in to H1 auto care and Jason had my issue fixed before the day closed out at 4pm on a Saturday. I was skeptical with how many cars they had to work on but Jason came through on his word and got it done when i needed. Needless to say my car will be coming here from now on. Very reliable..

Staff was cordial yet business like. Jason greeted me immediately, and listened to my problem . I waited a short while for my vehicle to be checked by service in a clean and comfortable waiting area. When he returned he explained what their diagnosis was in a clear and understandable way. Being an 81 year old senior I have had most anything that can go wrong with an automobile go wrong . He treated me with respect and what he explained to me seemed logical with no nonsense or extra selling. I agreed to the service and because It was late Friday morning and what had to be done was not a simple procedure, I expected to be put off for a day or two. Jason was very accommodating in attempting to have the repairs done by days end or Saturday. Since I was a short way away from home, he even agreed to transport me home and pick me up when my vehicle was ready. They did indeed finish by days end, picked me up and got me on my way with little inconvenience on my part. I was also impressed that they left no soil on the interior of my car as many others have. My vehicle runs just as I would expect and they also provide a 24 month or 24000 mile warrant on parts and labor. Being a new Florida resident from a rural mid west small town, it was reminiscent of service I was used to, unlike many of the others in this area. Went in for a routine service for my 2017 Ford Fusion and one of the mechanics (Joshua) noticed some issues with the shift cable. They went above and beyond as they usually do. I’ve been going the the Davie site for around seven years with multiple vehicles and my daughter and her husband take both their vehicles there also. This last job they hunted down the parts needed which in this time of pandemic many times is hard and they ended up saving me $300 which made me very happy just a great group working there I recommend them to everyone

The manager Luis and all the guys who work there are pros. Courtesy and professionalism define the place. They always finish the job in a timely manner and the price has never shook me up. Why? They tell you before hand and it’s always fair. Great place. Been going there for a long time now. Would never change.

I decided to give Honest 1 a try because I was looking for a place to get an oil change and tire rotation. I first looked at places nearby that also did this (Jiffylube and Firestone) but I read through the reviews and they scared me away due to alleged poor service. Came here to Honest-1 and got good customer and car service. They include photos of your car’s parts in a service report and make recommendations on what you should consider replacing. This may seem small, but places like Toyota of Hollywood did not do this!

They were great. Awesome service from Jason, Luis and Eduardo unbeatable. They replaced the starter on my Honda to begin the relationship. From there they replaced the motor on my BMW X5. Huge undertaking. No sweat to these guys. Also replaced the fan on the AC blower on the X5 next theyll be looking after my Jeep Cherokee. Super comfortable with these guys. This repair shop was simply amazing. Customer Service was a 10/10. Shout out to Jason. They were able to repair my car the same day AND I was able to use my CARMAX warranty with absolutely no issues. I didnt even need to show the paperwork. They did everything concerning the paperwork for my FREE warranty repair. They are now my new go to shop for all my maintenance and repair needs.

I’m not sure if a discount (although it doesn’t hurt) is what Luis thought I ultimately wanted but, he was absolutely wrong in his assumptions. What I wanted to be sure of was if changing from a synthetic blend to full synthetic after so many years, would cause any harm to the engine? I tried to explain this to him but all he wanted to do was overbear me with his knowledge and not take the time to listen to ‘the customer’s concern’. He understood everything else but my concern. Thank you Jason for using your wisdom in hearing us out; then, blessing us with your knowledge. Furthermore, it wasn’t until I had left and read the receipt is when I saw the comment on there about the “discount” that was “given” to me which stated, “this is the last time $40 instead of the actual price of $68 will be given.” I am appalled!!! Because I NEVER, not once, asked ANYONE for a discount! I was willing to pay the $68. My ONLY concern, in which I shared with Jason, was whether the change in oils would cause any damage or harm. That is all! Now, I’m not sure if the “discount” was Luis’ way of apologizing for being super combative with me over the phone but, I did not ASK anyone for a discount and therefore, do NOT appreciate the comment. Not sure if I’ll be taking my car back here. I love the service but, if I have to fight with someone to listen to me, NO THANK YOU.

Spent 2 weeks at 2 other car repair shops with minimal to no success. Spoke with Josh at Honest1. He said he would get to it the next day but actually called me same day after performing a diagnostic test to explain what needed to be done. They figured out what the problem was and fixed it in 1 day. Spoke with Jason as well and he was also very professional. Josh and Jason were always easy to get in touch with and were able to answer all of my questions and explained things very well. This was my first experience at Honest1 and I will be bringing all my cars here from now on, even though I live over 1/2 hour away.

This place definitely lives up to their name. HONEST auto care. I don’t know much about cars. I try to keep my car serviced, in good condition, and up to date at all times. I came to have my tires replaced. I dropped off my car and they called to see why I wanted my tires replaced because they were in good condition. They said it was not needed. The service I came for was not needed. Any other place would have taken my money without a second thought. I’ve been taken advantage before and it’s a definitely a kick in the butt. They are extremely nice and professional. Luis took his time with me and did not make me feel uncomfortable. A great place to go. Please stop overpaying for auto services. I was also paying 100 for full synthetic oil service. Here I paid half of that. Come here give them a chance you won’t be disappointed.

Friendly people at the frond desk, very helpful when it comes to making sure you understand what is going to be done. I feel I was sold more than what the problem was. My regular mechanic was out of town and I needed service, I believe I had one fouled spark plug because they showed me and said the other ones were replaced but should do them anyway. I was quoted over $1400 to change plugs and coils. When I declined the service, they quickly reduced the price by $300! Seems questionable! I ended up doing the work for $1100 and still have the same problem. I should have waited for my regular mechanic. After the repair. I was told I need a new cylinder head or new engine!!I will not be going back!

Friendly and professional! They serviced my car quickly and gave me recommendations. Especially being a female, they made sure I understood why I needed what they recommended. I felt comfortable leaving my car with them.

My husband had an issue with his A/C and we went to another shop that charged my husband $1000 and in 2 weeks going forward we had to go back weekly for charge. They could nould not or did not want to find issue even after husband said the dash. After being so aggravated I call Honest 1 and they filled it and told husband to come back when it stop running. After about 2 months went back and they found the issue in the dash and fixed the problem. While fixing g the A/C they noticed an oil leak from the pan and gaskets so they called and sent pics. Truck is fixed and running g excellent! Josh and the team ARE GREAT and I will have them as our permanent mechanics...

From Luis the manager to the service staff, these folks have been nothing but, honest, helpful, willing to offer advice and options to solve my automotive issues in a conscientious and constructive way to insure that the repairs will not exceed my financial means. I was expecting to spend almost double of what I did, I so appreciate the level of honesty and customer service that was shown to me that I will definitely go back and also recommend to anyone in the area. My wife and I have taken our 2 cars to Honest-1 for 3 years now and have never been disappointed. Theyve looked at the Check Engine Light at times and not charged a penny. They do good work and admit when something should be taken to the dealer (e.g., certain repair on a hybrid vehicle). Luis, the manager, is always friendly, helpful and honest. They even give us rides to/from our house if they have enough staff.

I love the service at honest 1 but when my daughter the guy to check her car charger he ignore it and he just said is not a fuse and didn’t bother to check what was the problem

I brought my van in for an engine light and my engine shuttering and shaking. They ran the diagnostic and said the third cylinder is misfiring so they needed to do a compression test, all to find out it was the spark plug. 500 dollars later my van is brand new. Guys were nice and knowledgeable and I really want to give them five stars just for that. However in my opinion shouldn’t that have been the first thing checked instead of the last? I have friends that use them all the time and absolutely won’t take their car anywhere else. I will def give them another chance if anything else goes wrong but 500$ for it to be a spark plug was a little crazy.

My experience was great! Luis is super helpful and everyone was as well. I’ve never taken my car for service anywhere except for Honda, because I was afraid. However, Luis made me feel comfortable and my car was in good hands. My car is perfectly aligned and everything is well intact.I will be back for sure. :-)

Louis is awesome. He helped me change my key fob batteries today. Rather than just changing the battery because I said it was dead he went one step further and tested it on some machine. Come to find out one of my batteries was fine and I may be having a problem with the key itself. Very appreciative of the extra step of testing the battery rather than just changing it and me getting stranded in the future. Now I know which key I’m gonna keep on me and which key I am going to be suspicious of.

So I recently had my truck’s transmission rebuilt and 2 motor mounts replaced from a different mechanics shop. A week later, I noticed my truck leaking oil (it’s never leaked oil previously). Instead of getting into a blaming match with the original mechanic, I decided to bite the bullet and take my loss and services elsewhere. I chose Honest-1 Auto Care. I explained my situation to them and the staff was very friendly and thorough on every aspect in my experience. They sent pictures of the problem and provided me with the solution and a discount for my troubles. They also explained the warranty of the service they provided. Lastly, they finished the work earlier than expected. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone in need of a great mechanics shop and will be a returning customer.

These guys are the best. I took my Mercedes in here after the dealer was charging me an arm and a leg. They actually found a lot of other issues that I was not expecting but took pictures to make me feel comfortable that they were not trying to get one over on me. Jason was very helpful and went above and beyond to identify the issue with my traction light. The service was so good the next day I brought my sons car and they fixed his minor issue. I usually drive all the way to Miami so glad I found someone who can get the job done close to home.

I found these guys from other good reviews and called them up. When they told me what had to be done and how much it would cost, it was a little better than what I compared to online. I got front wheel bearings and hubs replaced and transportation to my home and back. Within a few hours I was back in my car and the jet airplane sounds were gone and my car felt smooth again. From the first phone call with Jason I felt sure about coming in and trusting them with my car and I only felt reassured once I got there and saw the crew in action. Vehicle servicing boils down to finding honest and qualified staff to effect repairs with honesty. My experience with JASON and the entire staff at HONEST -1 AUTO CARE in Davie, Fl., has been just that. Originally recommended to HONEST-1 by the CARMAX dealership selling the vehicle, I am pleased with their service and prices. I will use them again.

My car was repaired in December at Honest Auto Care. My breaks were grinding and my car wasn’t accelerating properly so I called them yesterday at 3:20 and asked them what time they closed. The representative that answered the phone stated that they closed at 5:30 but if I bought the car in today, they wouldn’t be able to service me. He then recommended that I come by in the morning and that they opened at 8am. I told him, I would be there! I got to the shop this morning at 8:04am. I was immediately asked how could they assist me. I then explained that I called yesterday and I was told to come in today and I then explained what was wrong with the car. The representative and the manager informed me that they had to do a diagnostic test and that they wouldn’t be able to look at my car until the end of the day. I told them that I had to go to work and that I would leave my car, The manager then said that they had other car ahead of me that were a priority and that I wasn’t a priority. He then stated that maybe I would get my car serviced tomorrow because I’m not a priority. First of all, any car that pulls up in your driveway should be seen as a priority. I then walked out of the door and I will never use your company again since, I’m not a priority.

Buyer Beware . went for an oil change and they told me I was metal to metal needed new brakes and Rotors and possibly calipers. $927. They said it wasn’t safe for me to drive. Went to my mechanic with 50 years experience he said they were lying no metal to metal I did. Need new brakes but not even close to Rotors!!! Lost my business forever!!! Not honest

The best place I ever found from a friend’s referral.Everyone is super friendly, courteous and do an excellent job on all maintaince and repairs.Like their name - they are honest about your car’s actual condition. They will not try to upsell you by convincing you that your car needs extra repairs.I will never take my car anywhere else. And I choose to drive 20 miles each way to take my car to them for all my car maintenance and repair issues.

I came across these guys off a simple google search in an attempt to find a better mechanic to attend to our local fleet. We have been using Honest-1Auto Care now for a little over 9 months. They are able to meet our mechanical needs as well as routine maintenance for our vehicles at reasonable prices; and if they cannot they can not they are upfront and honest, and do not waste your time selling your services that are not needed.Customer Service is unlike any other, from the Owner Murtaza down to anyone on his staff, Luis, Jason, Stacyann, to name a few, are marvelous to work with.Ive also gotten to witness how they interact with some of their non-commercial clients and would say they treat everyone like family.
