Luis was friendly, fast and phenomenal!! He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and what it needed. The prices were reasonable and the service was fast. I’ve definitely found a home for my vehicle!!!

I went in to have my a/c checked before a road trip I was taking. They said there was nothing wrong and that it just takes longer to cool off because it’s been so hot. I was ready to pay for the inspection but the man helping me (it’s possible he was the manager) said not to worry about it. He would pay the mechanic but I didn’t have to pay for him to look at it. I was surprised and very grateful. Looking forward to making this the place for all our cars!

I had to replace 4 tires on my Hyundai, so I did some shopping around for a while. This workshop has best prices in the area, and I have to say that they treat you really great. The manager Luis was incredibly helpful and attentive. I am returning for oil change and air filter change soon.

Had appointment, they kept my appointment, I ask for additional work while I was there. They said YES. They allowed me to speak to the tech, ask questions and inspect their work before lift down. This is the way a shop should be run...

Went to this place not too long ago, and had the worse experience ever. Will definitely contact corporate to file an complaint. I will suggest anyone to go to Pet Boys which is right across the street from them. Please spare your time and money. Walmart also give the same service and way cheaper. Should’ve done my research prior to going there😡

I had to replace the muffler because it detached, and had to spend more money on my car. please double check your car after getting It service here at this locatio. because you don’t want that store manager giving you a hard time ! When I got back in town, I brought it here and explain what happened. She took care of my tire. So grateful. This is the Good Year to go to. Great customer service.

My car leaked from the drain plug after an oil change. I went back and they were willing to go as far as changing out the oil pan. All they needed was to change the plug.

Had to come 3 times for my car alignment and it never got done right then the manager said were not working on it anymore $80 down the drain

I am very unhappy. I spent a lot of money with this company to have my BMW 323i fixed. We got the bearings and brakes done. A day after we noticed a weird noise coming from the rear right side of the car. Soon after the car started slipping and almost lost control of it. Luckily we were in the neighborhood and was able to push the car to a safe location. The entire pitch holding the tire to the car fell down. They did not screw the wheel to the axel and therefore we were driving with onyl 3 wheels attached to the car. I contacted good year store # 6647 and spoke with David whom was polite and relayed my message to the manger Joe, that would be in in the morning. Once they had a toe truck come pick up the car we had proof the mistake was on Goodyears end. I called to voice my complaint and was continuously cut of by Joe whom then told me I will not get my car back until I pay for the toe truck fee and that they made no mistake. I am well aware that mistake can and do happen. I look for good customer service and this was horrible. I contacted the district manager Pedro A who was understanding and polite. Although he says I cannot be reimbursed for the terrible experience I had. I will not refer good year to anyone nor will I ever have services done again. If that wheel became loos on my way home and I got into an accident then this would be a huge law suite.
