They did assessment on my car a few months back after car accident for my insurance company and I can’t praise them enough. They were fast and professional, I really appreciate how great they were!! Highly recommend. I had manager Jason working with my claim and he is so patient and knowledgeable. I am a very thorough person and he had no problem with that and took the time that I needed to explain everything to me. He was fantastic! If you have an opportunity to work with them - I do recommend them!

The worst experience in collision center, you gave me my car to be repaired 3 weeks ago because they are supposed to have better service and every day I call they tell me, its not ready yet, they tell me, call me tomorrow to be ready in the afternoon and its not true ... last Friday they told me that it was ready on Monday and nothing then they say this list. Wednesday and spend the day calling and they only say that the man in charge is having lunch and has not returned, and finally they tell me that the car is ready for Friday …. Very bad service they do not have the minimum respect for the time they give the clients, being three weeks without a car for such a simple repair is really bad service, definitely more my car never arrived with you, not even doing an oil change

I got into a front end crash, this team was very helpful, friendly and professional in assisting me with the repairs to my vehicle. Very informative and finished the repairs before expected. They also topped off my services with a thoughtful thank you card for choosing their shop. Very much appreciated. ☺️ Definitely recommend!

We worked with Jason Baker from the start and he made our visit so simple and easy. Picked up the car in a week and it looks like it did before our accident. He kept us informed the entire time making this whole situation easier to digest. No one wants to have to bring their vehicle in for repair from an accident but my car and us were in good hands.

Everything here was bad. My car was there for a month and a half for repair due to an accident. I signed the papers releasing the car to then, then I got a phone call 2 weeks later saying that my car was just sitting there due to my insurance. Turns out the person who originally handled my car was on vacation and they didn’t know what to do with my. My insurance only paid for my rental for 1 month once that was up I had to pay for a rental so now I’m out 800 because they took so long to fix my car. Finally my car was done so we went there ready to pick up the car. We get there and there is an issue because of how we are trying to pay the deductible. An hour later we were finally leaving. I get my car and start driving I don’t make even a mile down the road when I realize my air conditioner isn’t working. I turn around to go back. They ask me if I turned it on. Of course I did I know my car. So here we are back again and now they take my car to get checked out. They come back 2 HOURS later to tell me that they had to take the car apart again because it was the pressure switch. The pressure switch that was sitting behind the area of impact that should have been replaced at some point in the 1 1/2 month that they had the car but they didn’t. I was there for 3 hours while I’m 8 months pregnant with a toddler. That should not have happened. It was irresponsible on their part to not have checked the car completely before I had to come and pick it up. And now there is a piece coming off the front bumper and it hasn’t even been a month since I got my car back.

I had a major problem with my car while out on the Interstate which required it to be towed (on Memorial Day no less!). Since I bought my car at AutoNation Hollywood and have always serviced it there, I told the tow truck driver (from Honda Road Service!) to take it to the collision center. I came in on Tuesday and they took really great care of me. I met with Jason (HES THE BEST!!) and he advised he could get the part and install it for me while I waited. Jason knows his stuff, folks!! :-) Anyway, they treated me great while I was there -- everyone was really nice -- and the bill didnt kill me either. THANKS AGAIN, JASON, AND THE AUTO NATION HOLLYWOOD FAMILY!

The people at front desk answering the phones were excellent. I dealt mostly with Katrina and she was friendly and helpful the entire time. John Avino the Mgr was very swamped and did the best he could to communicate directly with me. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you all at AutoNation!!

I just had my first car accident and luckily the damage to my vehicle wasnt too bad and it wasnt my fault (so all paid for by the other drivers insurance). I chose AutoNation Honda Hollywood Collision because even though it was actually out of my way, I have always heard great things about the store, service, and collision center. My experience was great! I had my car back in the amount of time quoted and there were no surprises. My car was not yet due for service, but they wouldve done it for me before returning if I wanted. When I went to pick up the car, they had detailed the car inside and out. Super happy!

I was told my car would be done Thursday the latest, I called Thursday morning and was told my car was done and paperwork needed to be finished and I would receive a call from Scott when it was ready to be picked up. I waited all day and no one called. Finally at 4:30 I called and I was told a salesperson by the name of Carlo shouldve contacted me to negotiate my deductable and put me in a new car. By then it was too late to drop off my rental and pick up my car, I had to be at work at 6pm. I had to pay an extra $41 to rent the car an extra day. Scott said he had no idea I was paying for my rental out of pocket which didnt matter, I shouldve received a phone call when my car was ready instead of holding onto my car until a salesperson has had the opportunity to deliver their sales pitch. This is a horrible sales tactic and I never mentioned buying a new car, I just wanted my car back. I had to rearange my already complicated,stressful, long day to do everything I was supposed to do thursday the next day. This was very inconvenient, upsetting and caused a great deal of stress. Working opposite schedules from my spouse, sharing one car and taking care of my toddler children during the hours Im not working my full time job makes my time very limited and this situation was very upsetting and caused a great deal of stress. If I ever need body work done on my car I will use a different body shop.

I know the food there is fresh but throughout the day when food is sitting to be served gets warm so that should reheat the food before it goes out because when youre eating a man dish that is kind of cold it will just strolls my appetites

The incompetency is profound. They had my car for almost two weeks while I had a rental covered by USAA. Manager, John, claimed the tow truck guy dropped car off without them knowing whom was the owner. If he were intelligent he would have looked up the license plate to find the owner and lienholder information and this would have been resolved in less than a day. Over a year later I have to return to get shabby paint job corrected. And please spare the generic response faking to provide a reasonable solution by contacting someone else of incompetence.

Worst impossible, went last week, gave an appointment to drop my crashed car today at 9am Toyota Avalon 2016. But today the self-conscious and incompetent manager JOHN S. AVINO, wanted to drop the car another day because first we have to paid for parts in advance -despite there was an estimate authorized for National General Insurance-, this guy should not work with the public under any circumstances. In addition he will call us to let us know when we are able to drop the car, because today is was not possible, why he didnt order the parts las week? Does he believe every body is lazy like him?. It is not a joke it is truth. NEVER, NEVER DEAL WITH AUTO NATION COLISSION CENTER, whit that kind of service I dont want to put my car in their hands, if the manager is an incompetent how could the rest of workers. Off course I dont think is a good idea to buy cars in that place too. Its scary.

They have rude manager, John Avino.After fix my car (front left) they charged insurance 17k$ while car is cheaper. They fix it bad and not original Parts. The lamp stopped to work, i ask manager to fix because it their bad job and not professional. He called me names and ask me to leave. Very bery bad and rude magager. I will sue autonation for that.

They kept pushing back the dead line on my truck so I went to look at why, my freshly painted front bumper was just thrown in the back of my truck. I noticed that the paint was chipped, they had to repaint the bumper that took a extra day after. They were 6 days late of the expected dead line, when I went to pick up the truck the interior was coved in dust and there was grease on the inside of the door handle. Also the bumper was 1/4inch off the the passages side, and my ac was freezing up. Brought my truck back to them 4 days later to fix there mess ups. When I got it back the bumper was stright but my ac is still freezing up, so for the third time I have to bring my truck back to auto national collision center. I will never refer any of my friends or family to them! Stay away
