Mechanics at Autoglitz are top notch. Had AC repaired for $150 when another shop tried to charge me $1100 for a part I did not need. Also completed alignment on my lowered truck which is now perfect. I have used this auto repair before. Have had excellent service. Place is always busy. My problem is there prices. I took my car for oil change, brought my own oil and filter. They wanted to charge me $75 for labor. That would of made my oil change expense close to $100, ridiculous. I think the provide quality service and owner is very nice but there prices are way too high. I found Hollywood Tire on Johnson St that charged me $25 with the same quality work.

After doing some suspension work on my 2013 Highlander I brought in 4 new tires from tire rack for mounting and balancing as well as and alignment. The price was fair and the quality top notch. When my girlfriend and I arrived the front desk was empty and the owner stepped up to take our information. The owner was super friendly and went above and beyond even giving me a ride to my house (I live in the neighborhood). The Highlander feels great and the alignment is on point. They have earned a repeat customer.

First off, Ive been coming to Autoglitz for probably 10+ years now. Multiple cars, multiple family members. Its always been a pleasure and has received great service at reasonable prices..This week was not the case. I had a set of tires shipped to them and came in for installation. The person installing my tires took over 2 hours to remove and replace 4 tires.  He was unable to remove each tire without assistance from their head tech. After noticing him unable to mount one of the tires I asked and he finally noticed he was trying to install the wrong tire on the rim. This is a staggered set up with larger rear tires.Lucky as someone who likes to watch work being done, I noticed him huddling over one of the wheels with the other tech. He didnt mention anything, but when I asked him about it later, he mentioned the tabs on the TPMS sensor were broken, but he glued them and it should hold and tried to blame it on the previous installer. This was not the case after watching him go full force with levers trying to unmount the tire. This was addressed with the owner and he said if it breaks off come back and well replace it. This is not the right way to handle this situation. As someone who tracks his car occasionally and reaches at high rates of speed. I dont feel comfortable with a glued together TMPS sensor in my wheel.Now Im out $70 for a new TMPS sensor and labor to have it replaced at a reliable shop.Not to mention...When I got home, all 4 tires were inflated to different pressures. From 32PSI to 39PSI, I still needed to remove all of the adhesive they left from the old wheel wheel weights and I needed to torque the lock nut on each wheel as he was too lazy to use the key to torque those down.

First time, but definitely not the last time visiting this shop. AutoGlitz could very well become my go to car shop. Andrew did an amazing job with rolling my fenders and an alignment. Its like driving a new car. A very professional and welcoming experience 😊

When I decided to change my tires on my Alfa Giulia, I started reading blogs, reviews and opinions on how to do it. I live in Miami. I ordered thru tire rack. Amazing. Then, I had to decide where to send my tires. Because of the reviews, I decided to send them to Glitz. The cost was way more than the competition, but based on previous experiences, I decided to pay and corroborate by my self.Well, once I received the confirmation email, I visited Glitz. They had my tires, it took them a very short time to give me an amazing experience. They are worth every cent!!!!!!

I would not recommend this place to no one. I just came from there had my car for more than 7 hours to find out they did no do the alignment cuz of certain reason which I get but dont wait till I get there after the whole day is done and just over charger me for some tires and tell me why it was not done. Never again thanks Autoglitz plus I have a system in the trunk they un hooked my speakers and couldnt put it back unprofessional.

Good Service Fair Prices

Ive brought my car for an alignment here on 3 different occasions. Ive given them the benefit of doubt, but Im writing this review because enough is enough. Brought my car in for an alignment with a new set of wheels (at the time I brought my car in I noticed the toe was out, they did my alignment prior). Got aligned everything was good for a while. I autocross my car, after a couple events I noticed my alignment was off again. Brought the car back to them to do the alignment and my toe was out by a degree or two. I mentioned that they were the last to do the alignment and asked how could the alignment be off (I told them that I autocross the car). The gentlemen responds by saying I shouldve brought the car back if I noticed anything was wrong and mentioned it could have moved after the few events I did. I didnt argue this, got my car and went on my way. So I did a couple autocross events since then and of course my alignment is off again (it appears the toe is out). If you looking for a good alignment for anything race or track related, take your car elsewhere.Edit: Id like to add after reading the response from owner. This is my daily driver which sees 90% highway miles, and the 6k miles mentioned between alignments only saw 1 autocross event. I am truly shocked that he thinks its acceptable for an alignment to move after only 6k miles. It seems by the owners rationale I should realign my car after every autocross event. Thats ridiculous.Id also like to add that I recommended this place to a buddy who owns a corvette. Got his alignment done, and we both attended an autocross event. DURING the event he noticed the alignment moved which completely ruined the event for him. He later took the car back to them. I do believe they realigned the car free of charge, but not without giving him a hard time of course. He mentioned the owner said something along the line that they do not guarantee their alignments for any sort of competitive driving. Needless to say we are both dissatisfied with their services.I am not trying to bash this business by any means, clearly Ive given them the benefit of doubt as Ive been back on several occasions. I have not complained to them nor demanded any free service. My suggestion to the owner is to try to humble himself and not be so quick to insult a good paying customer by questioning their common sense and intelligence on the matter. From my experience and my friends, they have developed a track record for poor alignments that cannot withstand any sort of competitive driving. With that being said if your doing anything race or track related take your car elsewhere.

I only stopped in for some quick info, but everyone there was super helpful. And when they couldnt help me with certain car work, they recommended someone who could take care of my certain concern.Looks like a good local mechanic for future reference, and a good source for specialized rims for car or truck.

I ordered tires and they were delivered to Auto Glitz next day. When I arrived to the shop the mechanics were very polite and pointed me towards the office. As I entered I notice that the office was very organized and clean. The representatives Mr. Orlando Gonzalez assisted me with my tires and created an invoice for my service. I need to have two new 20 inch tires installed, mount and balance, alignment, monitors installed and adjusted. They have really great prices. I accepted the invoice and they began on servicing my car. First the installed the new tires, Second they road force balanced each tire. Third they place it on the rack for a machine alignment. The Auto Tech Gonzalo Ortega or as he prefers G asked me a few question about my car as the computer was adjusting the alignment. The shop was very very clean. I asked him from some advice regarding the car and they gave me great advice and what I should do. The service I have received from them is the best. I will definitely be going back for wheel service and alignment service. I received the service on 3/10/12 and my car has been ridding smooth ever since. Honestly I will never go to another place for wheels besides Auto Glitz.

After suffering for over a year with the consequences of trying to be cheap and getting wheels from just some random shop I finally had enough. I went to AutoGlitz and Carlos really worked with me with fitting my car with the right wheels and explaining everything and answering my questions. They work with the budget you set out and give recommendations but ultimately try and make what you want happen. They communication is great, which is important with me since I am notoriously difficult to get a hold of via phone. They utilize phone calls, voicemail, text and even email. I am not only very grateful and happy with the result but the experience. Thanks guys!

I came from another shop (ER Customs, a Groupon one), that said I had to buy a new wheel (they said they couldn’t balance that wheel) and a new tire pressure sensor (they couldn’t make the light in the panel turn off). AutoGlitz fixed everything, without changing anything. Fast, fair price.

The first time I went to Autoglitz, I was greeted with an honest, genuine, and highly professional customer experience. Its highlighted by their top-notch quality suspension work on my car. The best tire and alignment shop in south Florida. Ive been a customer for over 8 years, and never had any issues with my BMWs and Audi. Always great service, competitive prices and pristine results. Those people are professionals and know what they doing. I highly recommend this place to everyone who cant figured out why your vehicle is pulling to one side or steering wheel vibrates at high speed.

I got my 2010 Nissan 370Z Twin Turbo aligned there. The facility was well equipped for my alignment needs. Carlos and Orlando were very friendly and made me feel at home. I have dealt with many automotive shops before but Auto Glitz was different. I felt that they were making sure I left happy and satisfied unlike other shops. I was quoted a price and they went above and beyond. They even fixed a non-related problem on my rack and pinion for FREE. They are a stand-up shop and I believe it starts with the great management of Carlos and Orlando.I will be going there from now on, despite the 50 miles I have to drive to get there!

Awful after-sale support. If you return with your original problem unsolved, they just delay your attention ‘till you decide to leave without a solution. Once they got your money. Don’t return!!! On your bill of pay there’s a list of services included they supposed to check, wrong!!! They don’t.A:/I, as a customer, informed Autoglitz that ABS / Traction lights 2 days later had returned, which was the original problem. When they scan it again, they say its another code and therefore, now another problem, I clarify, THE SAME LIGHTS OF THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM, the owner, Carlos, tells me that he will return the call to me, NEVER called me, after a week dealing with this problem, serious problem, a small description of the problem and its consequences, it should be noted that it is a Security Feature. Description: The anti-lock braking system (ABS) on a vehicle is a safety feature. The ABS system is designed to help prevent wheels from locking during heavy braking situations, preventing the vehicle from skidding or hydroplaning. The ABS system is made up of the ABS module, and ABS sensors at each wheel. The sensors detect wheel speed, and will send a message to the ABS module to rapidly pump the brakes when it is detected that the vehicle is skidding or has lost traction. When the ABS system is not functioning then loss of traction, skidding, and hydroplaning are far more likely to occur under heavy braking conditions.. First sign that Carlos does not think about the safety and care of his clients. When I arrived at the store I asked him if he could carry out the repair of my vehicle, his answer: THE TRUTH, I FORGOT TO CALL YOU !!! Well, at that moment, I understood that neither the problems nor the security of the clients were of importance to him, he told me to wait, and I was waiting for around 20 minutes, seeing how he cared for other clients and me on the side, just looking and watching the time pass, until I decided to leave after a clear INTENTIONAL IGNORANCE TO MY PRESENCE, not after Carlos ONCE AGAIN promised to call me, and as expected, NEVER DID IT, NEVER CALLED. So, I never felt any interest or concern for wanting to help and never took into consideration that this problem is a Security Feature, where it jeopardizes the life and safety of me and my family and that is simply UNACCEPTABLE. Therefore, if you want to be treated and taken care of properly, DO NOT GO TO AUTOGLITZ !!!

I had Autoglitz recommended by alot of freinds and also by TireRack. They have the best up to date machines to take the tires of the most expensive cars. Orlando the owner is very friendly knowledgeable and courteous owner Ive met in a long time. I took My 2018 Civic Type R there to change the tires balance and alignment. Let me tell you how maticulous the techs where, not one scratch on any of my rims. The balance and alignment where better than Honda themselves did on the car brand new. The guys & gal at Auto Glitz were very cordial and professional. I took my Nissan Frontier in for new tires and alignment. Carlos recommended the General Grabbers which are somewhat of unknown manufacturer to me. After some research online with mostly positive reviews. I purchased 2 sets of the General Grabbers and opted for the wheel alignment. Took my car in Friday morning and the mechanics had the tires installed and alignment done by early afternoon. I have had the tires for just under a month and couldnt be happier with the performance and how quiet the tire noise is compared with the OEM BF Goodrich long trails.

Hands Down the best shop in south Florida. These guys know their stuff, good honest work. I highly recommend this place.
