Great Technicians, repaired my vehicle fast and half the price of the Dealer.

Worst experience of my life! Brought a Dodge Ram to diagnose the 4x4 that wasnt working. Paid $125 for a diagnostic. Steve told me an actuator needed to be replaced. I bought the part for $360 and installed it. 4x4 was still not working. Brought it back to Steve and he said the new part needed to be calibrated and told me to bring it back the following week so he could do that. I did so, and two hours later I received a call from his secretary who told me that I now neeed to buy the TIPM for the truck because the previous repair didnt solve the problem. I went back to the shop and Steve had me waiting for over an hour untill he finally decided to face me but didnt even have the decency to apologize to me for making me spend money on a part I didnt need. He did however assured me that replacing the TIPM would fix the problem. Called the dealer, bought a new TIPM for $560. Brought truck back to Steve as he instructed us to, to do the programming of the new TIPM. Needless to say, the truck sat at his shop all day, at the end of the day his secretary called me to give me the news... After programming the new TIPM, the 4x4 still doesnt work so please come and pick up you truck because Steve doesnt want to put more time into it!!! Yes, that was their explanation after making me spend almost $1000. So I did ask to speak to Steve, of course. She told me to go to the shop and talk to him in person... I went... he was in the back as he was the day before when He had me waiting for 1 hour. This time, he didnt have the decency to even talk to me so after waiting 30 mins I left with my truck without 4x4 working. He doesnt care about his customers. I am a local dealer and this was the first time coming to this place. It was obviously my last and I will make sure to let all of my friends and family know to never come to this place. And I know many many people in the industry.
