I go there for a quality used tire, Without showing me the only option that I have (which is a bald Michelin) The guy has his worker Put this tire on and mounted to my vehicle before asking for his $45. When I confronted him about it, he acted as if I have to get what ever I can because of my budget and if I really wanted to see some quality I should spend $200 on a NEW tire . I have owned many used vehicles over the years, and I have purchased many used tires. This has by far been the worst customers service experience from the condescending owner and his wife, in addition would have been the worst quality used tire I ever purchased if I did not tell them to take it off of the rim . Avoid, try Miramar tire in Miami Gardens, or Mr. Goma tires in Miami Gardens. Both of these places always have a great selection of used tires that meanly come from vehicles off lease. Don’t go here if you’re looking for used tire because they would treat you second rate as if they have way better things to do with their time

Very helpful and friendly. They provided free air and checked all of my tires. They even said theyd help experiment with fixing my flat leather football. Paid $100 for that football so not ready to throw it away just yet!

Place has recently undergone a change in management / ownership. I took my car in to get four tires, the next day I get on the highway and the tires arent balanced.I return a couple days later on my day off they balanced thevtires and lo and behold I get on the highway the next day and although slightly better the tires still shake at 70 miles per hour. The guy seemed pretty annoyed that I came back to get my tires properly done

Love getting my tires from here. This is a nice well known family establishment. I can count on them to have my tire size and they never force me to purchase something I dont want. If your in the area definitely hit them up for GENTLY used tires.

They usually have your size tire for mucho less than a new one, which are also better than the brand stores. Wheels can be had if youre lucky to need what they have and service has always been fast. Friendly economic and quick, its hard to complain at these prices. Workplace and reception could be cleaner but what can you expect for a busy and reasonable tire garage?

The service was terrible. My tires don’t even look new. They look like they repainted them to look brand new. But they look slightly used. I was told it wouldn’t take long,I was there almost two hours just to get two new tires. Or so I thought they were two new tires. I don’t recommend anyone buy tires from there ever.

Bought 2 used tires. One didnt last 8 hours. Tire fell off rim. Wasnt properly installed. Got it fixed 2 days later because this business closed at 1pm on Sunday. 3rd day whole car is shaking while driving. Went to different tire shop and had to buy new tires. 1st and last time at this business. Wish I hadnt had a bad experience. No warranty on used tires. They did offer to replace, but didnt want to risk any other possible issues.

This will be my new “go-to” tire/breaks/oil change place. My breaks went out, one of my tires went flat and I had to change the other 3 tires. They went the extra mile by staying open after hours just to assist in repairing my rim that was bent and changing my tires/breaks for me. I will always be greatful for the great customer service here

I’m a regular customer here and I’m taking the time to write this because of what I witnessed today. While my car was being serviced a lady came in extremely rude and wanted a tire for free because the tire she had was punctured by something on the side wall. While I’m listening to the conversation the owner Angela asked the lady very politely what the problem was. The lady said she bought a tire two months ago for $35 and that the tire now has a whole and wanted a another tire for free. The lady shows the tire to everyone and it was obvious she hit a curve and punctured the tire because the rim was even bent. Smh... The owner then told the lady that she could not give her a free tire because that was not something the tire had when she purchased it, if it did the tire would’ve never held any air. The owner then explained that it looks as if she hit a median. She then said that she would give her a $5 credit because she had been there before, just to be nice. The lady said verbatim, that she did not want a credit and that if she did not give her a free tire she would post a bad review on google and have her entire family write a bad reviews. Well me being me I searched and googled the tire shop at that same moment and they had outstanding reviews and the reviews are normally done every so often. When I check now because I’m chismosa.. lol. I see 5 bad reviews back to back to back. I couldn’t believe the lady really had her entire house hold write bad reviews because she couldn’t get what she wanted while she was in the wrong. Angela, my family and I love the service we receive every time we go and we will continue to go there. We are very pleased with how your business is ran and the services you provide us with. There’s always a rotten apple in the bunch.Brush it off girl.

Try your bes never to go to this place. I brought a set of 4 tires with decent amount of thread on each for a ford expedition, paid $250.00 i thought it was a pretty good deal. Thats until in less than a year they started coming apart due to them being dry rot.when i went back they took no responsibility instead they told me it was wear and tear from my driving eventhough i avrage only about 3000 miles per year.i realy hate to give a bad review but the safety of ones family is very important.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ! Do not go to this place!!! While driving one day I got a flat tire and this was the closest place to pull over and get assistance with putting on my spare being that i had my 3 young children in the car. So I pulled in and a younger guy told me it would be 10 dollars to put on my spare.....okay no problem. In the process of putting on my spare he told my fiance that thr spare that i had for my car did not fit my car...??!! Funny thing is this is the spare Ive used MULTIPLE TIMES before on the same car....okay no problem they didnt have my tire size so he said he still would put the spare on and tighten the lugnut so I could just get hime to change cars. Okay great I appreciated him telling me this information but I still was going to do more research into....okay make the long story short while driving home MULTIPLE DRIVERS flagged me over to tell me my whole spare tire was wobbling and looked like my tire was going to fall off. I made it home told my fiance to take my rim and flat to the shop was usually go to so we could just change out our tire at home but once we got home we could not even take the spare tire off the car. Okay no problem he did tell us that he was going to make the lug nuts tighter because if my spare so because they were closed i towed my car to MY MECHANIC who told my i IMMEDIATELY NEED TO BRING MY CAR BACK TO THUS HORRIBLE PLACE BECAUSE THE PUT MY LUG NUTS ON BACKWARDS!!!!!???? And if he would have taken them off he would actually have stripped my bolts and they would snap off....which happend when i took my vehicle back. A simple tire change turned into a 130$$ job. IF YOU CAN DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT CARS AND WILL DESTROY YOURS!!!!

They are a business without a word and they sold me a rubber with a hole and expired, they repaired it and told me that if it was damaged they would change it, they did not give me a receipt and as expected it was damaged, when I return they tell me that they were not responsible and since I didnt have a receipt (which they never gave me) they were not going to change itHere is the photo of the rubber so that you can see for yourself the quality of the merchandise that they sell in that place, I know clearly how the rubber is scratched because it is expired, they told me that in another rubber store
