I was visiting Florida and needed a car wash after a long drive. Found this place on Google and was definitely satisfied with the service. Eric took his time and cleaned my car in and out and made sure to clean the areas I pointed out.

Arrived from Texas somewhat late in the day and yet they still made time for us to get an oil change. Very warm and personable front desk. I just had my AC fixed by the team at Ferrara and I am sooooo please i had to share my experience. First when we arrived with my husband we were welcome by a smiling owner and his assitant, right there we immediately felt good. We exposed our issue and they right away had a guy look into the problem and confirm what we suspected. have to tell you it is the third place we go to about our AC but the first place we trusted to be telling us the truth and we right away knew they would do the job right. Next is the price, well at almost 50% off the dealer’s price it was a no brainer and we are not people chasing a deal but, we like it when the price is reasonable for a job well. And that was the key to our experience watching this team over our car checking and making sure the job was done right with the boss right there had us feel comfortable we found the right place to trust our car to going forward. Came in to spend the week an picked up a car that I rented that was very dirty an filthy. I explained I was in a hurry an my renta car was cleaned inside an out almost to the point that it was detailed. I recommend this place for all your car needs. Went in for a 29.95 dollar oil change and was charged for a tire rotation and an oil change when i went back. Totally horrible. 30 dollar oil change went to 60 without my knowledge.THIS PLACE IS VERY CROOKED

My 2006 Toyota Prius stopped on me and wouldn’t let drive it. It would keep putting itself in neutral so I noticed this car service place which is Ferrara Automotive right across the street from where I am I ask one of the mechanic guy by the name of Miguel to see if he could help me with my car but he told me unfortunately they don’t deal with Toyota Prius cars BUT he was nice enough to help me anyways and got it to start running again I am truly great full I would recommend for anyone to visit this place of business they get 5 stars from me super friendly and respectful people thank you again🙏 Ferrara Automotive. also FYI they have ladies days on Wednesday to get 1/2 off on car wash so please check them out

I can not say enough great things about this place. First off, our car was stuck in drive when we went to get gas. They came to us & fixed it temporarily so we could drive to their shop. No tow charge! Who does that? These guys. Their rates for an oil change are spectacular & include a car wash. $29.95 for regular oil & only $59.95 for synthetic! I will definitely be back for my next oil change & feel confident that they can be trusted with all my repairs going forward. Their customer service is top notch 👌 👏 👍 🙌

Went for a oil change, tire rotation and to zip ties a plastic in the bottom. Very expensive for the 5 min. Zip ties job. They charge me for the rotation but they did not rotated the tires. And my windshield fluid was empty and the tire pressure was low. Cost me 3 trips to have everything done. Even that I told them I was traveling the weekend. They literally worked my car. But they make sure to charge everything I ask for..... without have it done!!! Bye bye Ferrara

We have great air conditioning thanks to their research & service. We bought 2 new tires from them with quick replacements. Getting their car wash is thorough and hand done. Five stars because they deserve it. We also buy their gas

A friend referred me saying this is the only place they trusted their nice car to get washed. Brought my car in with a bunch of scratches from another car wash place that messed it up and they were able to help me a lot and take out the scratches. The owner Tash was really nice and so were the car wash guys. They were extremely helpful and didn’t try to charge me for anything extra. Apparently if you get an oil change it comes with a car wash which is pretty nice and its a good price for the oil change! Really liked this place and appreciate nice people. Will definitely be coming here for future washes and oil changes!!

This was the first time I took my car to this facility. What a pleasant visit. Since moving to Florida from New York I have tried many shops- and in Florida I have learned everyone claims to know what they are doing to get your money but once you pay, you quickly learn that they dont know jack!!I brought a Jeep Liberty with engine issue and everyone quoted me more and I didnt feel confident in their work. Then one day a friend recommend it Ferrara to me and since then I have them used the for everything .I highly recommend this shop!!!

It was really easy to get a clear quote (which they honored down to the cent) and I got a lot of services done in just a couple of hours! They even did a free wash! Will definitely be returning here.

Updated Review:I used to love this place! When I was a kid, I never understood why knowing a guy at a car shop was such a big deal. The old manager at Ferrara was the absolute best! Fair prices, told it straight, sometimes even just gave freebies. The man was the greatest! Unfortunately when he retired, I lost that guy and for some reason kept using the business. My car had an electrical issue. The new manager couldnt figure it out, which is fine, comes with time. However despite him knowing the alternator was working fine (direct conversation with him), he replaced it anyways without confirmation (my phone died while out of the area), costing me 700 dollars and not fixing the problem. I ended up moving out of state, towing my car the whole way, finding the first mechanic I could and they resolved the issue first try. I needed a new computer, with was thousands but the problem was fixed. I tried calling Ferrara to resolve the issue but he was always busy and would call back...but never did. Therefore, I must regrettably retract my positive review. This isnt the same place I used for nearly a decade. It is a real shame, but the current manager could always resolve the issue at any time...Old Review:Honest staff and fair prices!I have had both of my vehicles serviced by Ferrara Automotive for 9 years now. I have an ancient 323 and they are the only ones that can fix it correctly. After spending thousands of dollars at another shop, when I finally came here they fixed it within a day with reasonable prices. They are the absolute best.

I thought they were fair until Tosh tried to charge me $800 for a power steering pump that is no more than $350 at any autoparts store. They lost my business after that one. Just another crooked autoshop trying to scam hardworking people.

I was referred to Ferrara’s automotive by a local contractor I do work for. I had brought my 2006 Ford E-250 to have front end work done. Sean was the counter person that instructed his mechanic to take a look and give me his diagnosis. Miguel, the tech, that had inspected my van and had determined I had needed upper and lower ball joints. I had also mentioned that I had wanted 4 new shocks and an alignment as well. Sean had worked out the numbers that I had felt was reasonable, so I agreed and I had mentioned I would be back the next morning to have the job started. 8:00am I had dropped my van off and I had received a call at 12:30pm telling me the job had been completed. My work van now runs like a charm and I can’t thank the guys @ Ferrara’s automotive for promptly getting my van back on the road so I did not lose out on work. Highly recommend these talented group of mechanics for all of my vehicles needs.

I took my 2003 Z3 BMW to the dealer as my convertible roof was stuck in down position. Dealer said a new motor was issue and cost $2350. I took to Ferrara and his crew diagnosed a short. Fixed for $550....nice
