I purchased a car from here. Loved the car and they said that the car came in the same day I visited the car lot. I was looking for another car but the salesman said that there was another one that just came in and its the same car. As soon as I saw the car, I knew that this was the one I wanted. Went through all the paperwork and got the car Wednesday night. I went to pick up the car Saturday morning. When I picked it up, the interior wasnt clean. It was the same as it was the day I saw the car. I told them why wasnt the car cleaned? There was no reasonable explanation. They told me to come back Monday. I wasnt going back after work and wasting my time waiting for my car to be cleaned. I went somewhere else where they detail cars and got it cleaned. If you buy a car from here, make sure you let them know that the car needs to be detailed and cleaned from the inside out!!!!!!!

Do NOT buy your car here. My friend came in looking for a car, he was interested in a wrx they had and they proceeded to tell him the car would cost $13,000. rushed him into signing and didn’t tell him about any faults to the car. Turns out the car was actually $25,000. as soon as leaving the lot the back bumper came flying off. Imagine if it caused an accident! We noticed the front bumper was tied with zip ties as well. He came in the next day for a refund on the car due to its faults and that they did not tell him the real price of the vehicle. They refused to refund the car (first dealership I’ve ever been to that doesn’t have a 30 day refund) and had the audacity to ask for $150 for the bumper. Now when I went in with him today I drove in my brand new car that’s worth more then any car on that lot and the lack of respect that one of the little workers had WRITING on my car with a pen and paper! Ha you would think a man who works at a dealership would be able to have enough respect for someone else’s car who cost more then his yearly salary.

Wouldnt recommend, they tried to sell me a car $4000 over the price listed at $12,000, so they tried to sell it for $16000 instead of honoring the price advertised online and wanted 50% down payment of $8,000. Price online was $12,232 with $3000 down payment. Nor did he actually show me the paperwork from running my credit at all and what I actually needed to pay. He was very shady and dishonest.

They harassed me and repossessed my vehicle and put it back on lot for sale because I wouldn’t give a finance company false information. Very dishonest! Scam...scam...scam! I bought a 2015 Mercedes Benz GLA from them, the car looked beautiful, they worked a payment schedule so that I could give them $2000 as a down payment. I gave a deposit of $500 and $1500 when I picked up the car. Before picking up the car, I asked if they had serviced the car, they told me, the car was being serviced that day.( that never happened, the car didnt even have enough antifreeze) I drove the car of the lot, the car had no gas, 2 miles to empty and a light on the dashboard screen came on saying there was a problem with some sensors. I called them right away and was told, the light would go away once I started driving the car. Well, the light never went away and I called several times and was asked to take the car to a Mechanic who knows nothing about Mercedes Benz, they supposedly replace the sensor, but, the light was still on, so I was asked to take the car to this mechanic several times with nothing getting resolved. One day, I was driving and all of the sudden ALL the lights came on on the dashboard, I panicked and stopped the car. They continued to say nothing was wrong with the car, which obviously was a lie. I asked if I could take the car to Mercedes Benz for them to see what was wrong, they declined, I took it to another Shop and they had a modern Diagnostic Computer which gave 15 errors in the car system, I called the Bank who supposedly had the Loan, but, the application was never sent, I called the DMV and they also had nothing. So I brought the car to the Mechanic and left it there for them to figure out what was wrong. I went back to Costa Rica for the holidays and when I came back, the car was never touched. The owner called me to finalize the deal, because the temporary tags had expired. When I went into the Office, he wanted another $1000 and I said definitely NOT, so, he kept the car and I lost $2000.00 Apparently this is a common practice with these dealers, and if you return the car, they charge you a daily fee plus mileage for the time you had the car, when in fact, it should have been an easy procedure. I filed a Complaint with the Attorney General and the FL Consuner Affair. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!This happened last year
