Love Michaels. Had to wait about 25 minutes for our driveup/pickup.Other than that, great service, placed in back seat carefully and reminded me it was breakable. Nice young man.Would recommend.

Horrible service. Waited in line at the checkout for 5 minutes. Only moved that fast because several people in front of me put their stuff down and walked out. Big sign on shelf, 2 pack Black stapled canvas, buy 1 get 1 50% off. Did not ring up that way. First I was told that the sale did not start yet. I told him that once they put the sign up the sale started. He called his manager, manager said sale is on a different item. Those were the only black canvas items in the store. Then they decide to give me a partial discount. Really? The manager said he would come up. I waited patiently while he checked out 7 more customers. I assume the managers method of dealing with unhappy customers is to never come up front. I gave up and handed him the stuff. They lost a $60.00 sale over incompetence. I will not be back.

First time walking into Michaels after over a year and I was met by the nicest sales associate EVER, Alexis. Alexis is just the right amount of helpful. The type of helpful that you can tell Alexis likes his job but also would just succeed at anything he does because he cares that much and has a great personality. Normally, I say no thank you to anyone who offers to help, its the part of introvert in me but Alexis asked if we needed help, showed us to the exact sketchbooks we needed and offered more helpful information. It was perfect. Thank you Alexis! (Give that man a raise and promotion)

I rarely write reviews, but I strongly feel that I should share this one. When I got to the register, the cashier was on his phone texting while ringing me up. He asked me if I found everything I needed and I replied no, I couldnt find shrink wrap. He simply said Oh. He continued to text on his phone and finished ringing me up and said Have a good day. He then went right back to texting on his phone. That was it. There was absolutely no concern whatsoever if I was looking in the right aisle or maybe if we could find it in another store or even buy it online. Just Oh. If you are not going to help or dont even care, please do not ask me if I found everything that I was looking for. Just terrible customer service.

Alexus, which I think is the manager of the store, was super helpful and knowledgeable. He didnt just point towards what I was looking for but he actually took me there. Ill come back often because of this great service. Lexi is also fantastic and charming! :)

Love this store can spend hours in it. The downfall was that I purchase an item and when I got home it had been used and sold like new.

Good variety. High prices. Im used to Michaels in Canada. Staff is more helpful and every week Id get a 50% off coupon for 1 regular priced item. Always got me in the store. Corporate should pay attention. I always spent more once I came in the door. No incentive here.

I always visit this store and never had a problem until today. They are not following any social distancing measures, there is people without masks standing two feet from me I kindly ask her to step back and put on her mask. She starts yelling at me telling me to mind my own business, then a guy behind starts telling me to stop watching Telemundo that he knows I’m Latin... so I’m being attacked in front of the cashier and when I ask him to enforce the rules of the store he looked away.Terrible, service, I felt treated with these two people yelling at me, the staff of the store not doing anything about it and had to leave.

This Michaels is ok. They dont have as much different stock as many other Micheal I have been too.

Cool store for arts and crafts. Put together a picnic basket for a trip with my family to TY park, and they had everything I needed to get that basket to fit the part. They are also very, very reasonably priced and almost always offer to scan coupons they have stashed at the registers when you check out. Cant rate it high enough. Good job.

Pretty good selection of items on sale today. Theres one or two isles that could do with restocking, but I was able to find everything I needed (or didnt but wanted ) with ease. The 20% off entire order today was great! Definitely recommend downloading the app and keeping an eye out on sales

Its got everything my kid needs for her art work. She goes in and is 3y.o. again. Shes find everything she needs and some she doesnt. The staff is ok you may have to play Marco Polo to find them if you need them. They stay at the register, at least 2 people should walk the floor for customers in need of help. She loves the place but Im dropping a star.

Michaels at Oakwood plaza. Very good store. I only once experienced item out of stock. It seems though that this location doesnt have enough employees. Always takes a minute or two to find employee if you need help with items. Sometimes line to a register, but not more than a couple of minutes. Overall this store is ok.

Love some Michaels shopping or seeing the vision of my creation come to life. All the materials needed if Nature is out of stock!EcoART does take a little help at times, a little Elmers glue, a little paint, and this, and that makes my heart sing in color, color, color.

I absolutely love going to the framing department, I went to Africa and got a painting that I wasnt sure I could pick a correct frame for. Karen showed me the best frame for the colors of the painting and even made sure I found the most cost efficient frame with excellent durability. I as always will be back for more! Customer service in the framing department is impeccable! :) 5 stars!

Great location!!! When walking in someone asked if I needed any help. I was there getting glitter spray paint, so a worker had to unlock the paint for me. She went through and talked with me about my needs to make sure I got the right color glitter paint. Well stocked and extremely friendly and helpful workers.

Also offering services from custom framing, a variety of classes from scrap booking to cake decorating and so much more. Always weekly specials going on so make sure to get on their email list to receive some great discounts and notices of special events. Your imagination is the limit here.

Very unprofessional staff at this store. FRANCES was very rude and sarcastic. Needs better coaching on how to be receptive when communicating with customers. Very defensive and cast blame where there is none. They made a mistake and tried to pin their mistake on me and even referred to me as being a possible thief. I spend so much money in Michaels and would never expect this treatment. Last week, I went to the store in Coral Spring made a large purchase realize that the cashier did not charge me for three items so I went back in and asked the cashier to charge me.She thanked me and mentioned that the cashier helping her missed the items. Never did she accuse me of stealing. Hows that for INTEGRITY. I dont steal and do not appreciate someone referencing me a as possible thief. This is rated my worst experience in the history of shopping at Michaels. If I can select 0 stars I would. No thank you Micahels Hollywood. Luxury name low standard store.
