My husband and I are in town visiting Miami for a few days and decided to do candle making for birthday. This experience was not only reasonable priced, but so much fun. The owner is AMAZING and incredibly nice and she definitely knows her stuff, when it comes to candles. I highly recommend you taking advantage of this date night.. Ill be back in October with my friend for a trip and I plan on taking her to this place. My candle smells so amazing and looks so pretty, thank you Kerykay Candle Co, we had a blast.

What a great great event! Went for a private birthday party and had such a great time. Inside, the setup is gorgeous. You walk in and instantly smell heaven. Theres fairy lights all over and a gorgeous IG-ready picture background set up. Kerykay was a great hostess, absolutely loved the vibe and the candles!! Besides the essential oils looking SO chic in their jars, smelled absolutely delicious. With variety of smells, its easy enough to mix up your very own unique scent. The pressed flowers get to pick from to decorate your candle jar are absolutely gorgeous - and luckily enough had perfect shades to compliment my living room colors! Cannot say enough good things about this experience + the quality of the candle. Absolutely love and will be back!

5/5. Would definitely recommend. Had a blast with a group of my friends and really loved how our candles came out. Although we were a little late she still was very accommodating and even waited an additional 20 minutes for others to come (even though they didn’t show). I went on august 3rd which is when all the bad reviews started to be posted. The previous one star reviewers are just mad because their friend was late, period. Now they’re recruiting their friends to post bad reviews when it wasn’t even that deep, she could of easily rescheduled. It’s sickening because this is a wonderful black owned business that 95% of the people who left a bad review weren’t even there.

Had a LOVELY candle making experience at KeryKay Candle Co.Our class was informative and rewarding and we had a lot of fun!I notice a great deal of negative comments and they are all LYING lol I attended that class and a patron made us ALL have to wait an excess of 30+ minutes for their friend. As black people we have to do better because I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t have tried that in a white establishment. She even tried to extend the time she waited for them so the negative attitudes they have stem from kind of their own doing. I get we feel a way if someone is “checking us” but no one is above checking, especially if this is my business/facility and you are not respecting my rules, time or other patrons. I think it is extremely unrealistic and borderline delusional to expect for a company to cater to YOUR needs. The customer IS NOT always right . The negative reviews comes from friends not actual patrons.

My friends and I decided to do a ladies day and decided to make candles and it was the best experience. The owner is so nice and provided the best customer service. The decor, music, and overall ambiance was amazing. I will definitely be going back!!!

Today was my 2nd time going to kerykary candle co.1st time April 2021 for a friend birthday. Today was for my little sister birthday.Always a great time! She is sweet, kind, friendly, engaged. Kery is amazing and her products are a reflection of that. She also hosts a candle making session. We did this for my birthday and everyone was so pleased. They kept saying how much of a good time they had. It was relaxing and a lot of fun. You can also personalize your candle. My friends loved their candles so much that they didnt want to burn them hehe. Kery also has a plethora of aromatherapy products and you would truly do yourself a disservice if you didnt check these out! My favorite scents are Sunset, For the Love of Orchids, and when the holidays come around pumpkin vanilla.

My first time at KeryKay Candle and it was wonderful. She was kind and informative when assisting my group with creating our candles. Her establishment as soon as you arrive was inviting and serene. Beautiful decor to set the tone to relax. She has many variety of candles to purchase in many scents. I would most definitely recommend and I will be revisiting again for another candle making outing.

A wonderful experience creating candles! The owner was incredibly sweet & inviting. Great ambiance, BYOB, makes it super easy & fun to create something special & magical, not just the candle but the experience too. She took a lot of beautiful pictures & sent them all to me. Highly recommend!!

I came here for my birthday surprise party, and I had an awful experience. She promised us a private candle class for 16 of us, when we got there she first of all came late, but to top it off she opened the class to the public. She was very rude and condescending in her responses. Never even said good evening or sorry for being late!!!!! She worked with the public class first and had us sitting there waiting. To add insult to the fire while waiting she started taking pictures of the other group while we waited for her to start the class. Long story short she wasn’t organized, we decided to patron her candle spot to support a black owned business but unfortunately it was a complete miss. Communication with her was an epic fail.Candle on the bright side smelled good.

Had an amazing time here! Kery was extremely hospitable, kind, and understanding despite us being 40 minutes late. The workshop is super fun and I learned a lot about candle care and mixing oils for the perfect combo ! Highly recommend - will probably be back for my bday with a group ❤️❤️❤️

Kerykay Candles are available at my favorite plant based cafe. I love the way they smell and they burn cleanly for many, many hours. The sayings on the jars are priceless! Kudos to these creative people who use quality ingredients and recycled jars. Every time I walk in the cafe, I look for new sayings on the candles and they always brighten my day!

Hubby & I went for our anniversary and it was such a great experience. The smells were great, the vibe. Would definitely recommend and go back !!

Wasn’t friendly, didn’t engage with her costumers, didn’t even greet us and the instructor didn’t even introduce herself…the candle hardened with a humongous hole, huge waste of time i could of went to bath and body works and got a candle from there or got better instructions off youtube! would not recommend

Kerykay is an absolute Godsend. I booked her last minute for my ladies yoga and wellness retreat and she went above and beyond to accommodate us. She printed my personal labels, educated us on the various types of candles, and had a great sweet spirit. The scents, the flowers, everything was first class. Will definitely come again!

I love this place. Kerrykay accommodated my party of 12. The studio is a vibe. She had many great smells. I was juggling my moms 80th birthday dinner and my sisters bachelorette party so our party was late and she exhibited patience and grace. Making candles for my sisters big weekend was so much fun! You will not be disappointed by this experience.

I normally do not write reviews but what l’ve witnessed is literally immature and uncalled for. There were literally 4 chairs per table and there were only 3 tables. So let’s do the math, 4X3=12 chairs. How can so many people leave a bad review if they weren’t even there?!? Make that make sense.I was at the Aug 3rd workshop along with my friends celebrating my leave to go off to school. The whole candle experience was great! Our host took pictures for us, was very attentive, and helped us create a candle that smelled so good ( she gave us an honest opinion too, haha!) We had a great time, it was BYOB, and we even popped champagne! Thanks again for helping me with the spill!😅 You were great! And I will be coming back with more friends!Your late policy was perfect and clearly stated! It is unfortunate to see what has transpired. Beware people don’t book events with Kerykay candle making she has an attitude that needs adjusting and she don’t appreciate her customers. The other people who sent in positive reviews are only trying to cover up her lack of personality.

Kerykays candle workshop was such a soothing and relaxing activity for my sister and I to enjoy together and we definitely got so much out of it. Everything from her bubbly personality, to her very clear and easy to follow directions to her documenting the whole day for us with pics and video was just perfect, and we had a wonderful time with her as our host and teacher. She is very good at what she does and has made a heavenly, cozy space for her customers to share in her passion of candle-making.

I love KeryKay candles! Lavender fig is my all time favorite scent, I always come back for more. I have ordered from her at least 5 times already and am always satisfied with the scent throw, burn time, and quality of wax used (no soot marks). She includes candle tips with every order to ensure you get the best burn out of every candle. Since I live out of state, I order online and my order is always packed perfectly. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.

Candle making was a super fun girls night activity! Kery was super nice and helpful while we made our candles. She gave us plenty of tips and guided us through the entire process. I will definitely be purchasing more candles from her in the future!

Kery was amazing during the whole planning process and the workshop. Any issues I had (date changes etc), Kery was extremely attentive and responsive. She understood the need my group had to be extra Covid cautious. I can’t wait to go back and make another beautiful candle ! My group loved the whole experience. Cannot recommend this enough!

Where do we start? We loved everything about Kerykay Candle Co, especially that her products are vegan, non-GMO, and cruelty-free! Kery has excellent customer service, such great energy and AMAZING smelling products. There is such a wide variety of candle scents, you WILL have a difficult time picking a favorite. The aromatherapy jars (pictured), are great too! We opened it as soon as we got home and it has our house smelling like a day at the spa, hence the name, Spa Day! We cant wait to return for future purchases!

My first encounter with KeryKay Candle Company was at a farmers market in Ft. Lauderdale. The smells were incredibly attractive. My favorite scents are honey and man candy! The candles double as massage candles too and they do not irritate my semi-sensitive skin. The spa day linen spray makes my bedding smell divine and fresh. Since them I have ordered orange blossom, lavender and fig, and fresh linen sachets. Im anticipating showering my home in amazing fragrances!

Happy I found this company at the yellow green fresh market. Her products are divine and the scents are like no other candle scents I have ever purchased. I received the aromatherapy jar free along with my purchase of the black currant candle and I’m glad she introduced me to it(help calm me during my labor). I’m happy she’s still allowing purchases at this time it is the only candle company I support. Plus she’s amazing.

These handmade candles smell amazing. My favorite scents are lemongrass, peppermint, lavender & peppermint. I got some for my friend and mom for mothers day and they are obsessed! I love that you can personalize the candles online and add a cute little message and picture. I will continue to order these! ^.^

My daughter, puppy Onxy, and me went to pay a visit to Kerycay Candles today and it was an Amazing experience. She showed me all the fragrances she had and presented me with a book with all her custom labels. She advised me if there was something I didn’t see in the book she would print it and that she did. Kery was super accommodating to my puppy and made him feel at home. She listend to all my needs and even provided me with some oils to assist me with my headaches that I get periodically. I bought the 8 oz Mistletoe Vegan and Aromatherapy Soy candle. Its unlike any other candle I have ever owned. The smell is so amazing but what really captures my attention from this candle is that my entire room fills up with the natural fragrance in less than 5 minutes. Its everything I look for in a candle. I own Yankee Candles and for some reason they arent as fragrant as the KeryKay one. Even the longevity is a lot longer with the KeryKay one. Im hoping the Yellow Market opens up soon so I can stock up on these candles. I truly recommend!♡

Kerys candles are always 10/10 in terms of strength, fragrance, and burn time! Im a long-time fan and recommend Date Night for a perfumey scent and Apple if youre a fan of fruity fragrances. My house smells AMAZING.

Love the variety of scents as she is always adding to the collection. Had her make a custom citronella candle out of an empty bottle who’s content was well enjoyed. It came out great and was a perfect present. Being able to bring back the empties for refill, also a plus.

Absolutely the best candles Ive ever purchased!! Id been a Nest and Otherland fan for years, and most recently, Bath & Body Works, but when I realized her candles have a lot more oil and pure soy wax (which is why they last longer) she became my go-to candle lady. Would definitely recommend!

These guys have the best, most authentic smelling candles Ive ever put my nose to.I got the Orange Blossom and its amazing. Long lasting, not overpowering but not too light, and the fragrance spreads evenly throughout the room and house and lingers so you enjoy it long after its done burning.I just picked up Honey today and, though I havent burned it yet, it smells like I have a beehive around my head (Im a honey fiend). Im definitely looking forward to that one!

I was first gifted a product from KeryKay from a friend and loved it so much I had to return back and buy my own! You can really feel/smell the love in each product! I especially like the rice jars and linen spray they help to calm me down after a long day. I will continue to support this company!
