I miss the Holiday shop...they have minimal items. No customer service either unfortunately this appears to be the norm for most retailers as well. No one is around to help or ask questions.Signs on shelves state one price and items ring up at a higher price.

I love Bed Bath & Beyond - especially the Beyond! Well stocked and organized. Clean store and friendly service, if I ever have a question theres always someone nearby. Great selection of various items, pillows, blankets, candles, gadgets of various sorts, toasters, blenders, shower heads, cookie trays, loofahs, spatulas, mirrors, dog beds, candy, razors.....too much to name! Of course all the coupons are nice incentive.

I went to select items from a bridal registry for wedding gifts. The staff was very helpful in helping me find the brands that had replaced those selected by the bride in early April. The prices had also increased, but all prices have significantly increased during the COVID restrictions. I will return when I need household items.

The staff here is so friendly. Situated in a beautiful shopping center there is ample parking. Great place to find the perfect gift for any college bound kid.

Amazing deal on the ninja foodi, we stopped by to grab one but they were out so an employee told us we could order one and pick up within an hour at a nearby store. Super convenient!

Didnt have the item I wanted, despite having it listed as available online. Had alternative brand for 2x the price. Couldnt access in store coupon. Cashier called manager who was reluctant to help in anyway. Disappointing visit.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE OR TRY TO RETURN ANYTHING ONLINE FROM BBB. Returned a product on Nov 6. It is Dec 29 and still no one at BBB can solve the issue or give me an answer. I called this store a month ago for help. Said they contacted corporate, twice, and still no answers. Finally, the manager at this store said he was too busy to really deal with it. So I am, again, on hold with the Philippine based customer service department. No answers, no solutions. BEWARE! Go read the reviews for BBB-headquarters. Terrible online experiences. BEWARE!!!

The cashier there was very friendly and was the only reason why we purchased the products we had rather than leaving in frustration. The dark-haired, female manager is consistently a problem and has personal issue with helping customers. When entering the store sale tags were placed by the manager, which were removed when we checked out and the manager was aware of this and removed them herself, but became angry when asked to honor the price that was there when we entered. She became unprofessional and disrespectful, saying “I don’t care about two dollars” (when it was a difference of $5 per item) and “I need you to stop talking” when we tried to talk about the issue. Would have just left our entire purchase there and left if we hadn’t waited in line for so long and the cashier hadn’t worked so hard to do his job.

Some items that became next to impossible to find because of covid made sense to me, others I had no idea why there was a shortage. One of the biggest surprises was the lack of soda-stream carbonators. This store had them back in stock this time. Bubbles!

The store was busy Thanksgiving night, and I had had a terrible day, but the lady at the counter was so very nice, and she even found me later and made sure I had a cart while I was wandering around just mindlessly trying to see if anything could pick up my spirits. Great selection of standard, premium and unique home goods. Several areas change with the seasons so there is always something interesting to browse. Staff is friendly and attentive. More often than not there are great clearance items.

Barbara helped us set up our wedding registry. She was sweet, personable and even gave us her advice, when we asked and we were trying to decide between several of the same design or items. Barbara and her co-worker also called around to other locations to help us find a duvet cover that I wanted that was out of stock. Excellent customer service!

Sorry I just never liked the layouts of BBandB... and this one seems even smaller and claustrophobic than others. I also found it odd that two employees talking to another customer wouldnt move to let us by and continued talking without stepping aside. The young man at check out was very friendly as was a wonderful customer on line who gave us a coupon. I probably wouldnt go back unless picking up an item I had found on line.

Good BB&B. Lots of merchandise. No wait at check out. Plenty of parking. In a nice strip of stores and restaurants. We will be back.

The Staff was Fantastic - if you go, ask for Rachelle - she went above and beyond (no pun intended) to help us. They were out of stock of the item we were looking for, we didnt have to ask, she saw we were looking and offered to order it with home delivery. She was so nice and helpful. Like all BB&B, there is too much stuff, and the isles are narrow - but that also provides the shopper with great selection - if you need gift ideas. They have tons.

This is a smaller sized Bed, Bath, and Beyond store. Yet it is Gem. And my favorite location to shop at! The staff is always friendly and willing to assist if needed. And as another reviewer mentioned, this store has high quality items on clearance at excellent prices.

My wife loves shopping here and I love my wife so I end up here frequently.. The store is well maintained and has friendly staff....I could do without the assault on my olfactory sense but its not nearly as bad as walking into Kirklands.

I work here. Its pretty cool, but isnt as large as the Cary location, so the inventory is smaller.

I went in to return things today.. It was more complicated than it should be. I understand that it has recently opened, but it was not that complicated. Ive been to the Cary store before this one opened to return things and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. So, although the girl working was taking a long time, she was trying her best. I honestly felt bad because then the manager kept talking down to her, about everything- not even just the work she was doing with me. It was a little embarrassing. Everyone kinda seemed to be running around like chickens with their heads cut off, and there was like maybe 5 customers in the store. I dont want to drive all the way out to Cary to go to BB&B but Im going to from here on out, even just to buy things.. Dont really want to go back in this one.

Limited amount of butter dishes in store. If they dont have it in the store they direct you online. I dont look the way they do business myself.

Severely understaffed! Lines 8-deep, over 30 minutes of waiting and still only halfway to the front of checkout. Gave up, put everything back in their correct place on shelf, and still left the building before the person who was ahead of me in the line.

I came by to get a few items for my new house. I had my well behaved, fully vaccinated Corgi with me. She was leashed and completely under my control. I asked a man retrieving shopping carts if could have one. He looked at my dog like he was surprised she was with. I asked is she not allowed in too? He said no, that if she made a mess it was the stores liabilty. Ive been to many Bed Bath and Beyonds, most of the time with my dog with me...and Ive never been told that!!! I took what money I would have spent with this store to Lowes instead!!! Dont have yourself listed on pet friendly blogs/pages if you turn people away that have one. How rude!!!!!

Unfortunately for this new store, I need to give them a bad review. Ive been looking for a mattress pad for my bed and after doing some research, I decided to go into this new store since its close to home. When I finally found the section I was looking for, I looked and compared as best as I could to find what my best options were. There was a salesperson helping another customer so I figured Id get some help when he was finished with his customer. Well, I continued to look over what was on the shelves for a few more minutes trying to make a decision. Another consumer walked by not looking as if he needed help but the salesperson decided that he was going to help this guy instead of helping me (or even asking me if I needed help for that matter)I decided at that point, Im not going to spend my money in this store if they hire people that pick and choose over who theyre going to help. I did tell one of their salespersons about the event that took place and for her to mention it to her manager.Bed, Bath and Beyond of Holly Springs, teach your staff to help ALL of the customers that walk into your store. I will spend my money at Sears or JCPenny instead. You guys lost me for good.
