I would have given five stars but it took 5 1/2 months to get delivered.That being said, we love the table and chairs!The ordering process was very smooth and the salesman was helpful & knowledgeable.The delivery guy was super nice and helpful in getting it all placed where we wanted it plus he did this in a rain storm!Given putting the COVID delays in our rear view mirror you probably will give them 5 stars!I would buy from them again.

I LOVE this place. Very easy to deal with and the delivery service is fantastic. Michael delivered my pieces and he was super friendly and efficient. I decided to change out a couple of pieces and they promptly picked them up and replaced. Fantastic customer service........Highly recommend!!!

Bought patio furniture 3 years ago. Developed problem with one of the chairs. I live in DeLand, Nick came from Daytona picked up chair at 11:30 then brought brand new replacement chair back at 2:30. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Its not something you see anymore and they are to be commended.

Just had our beautiful furniture delivered and cannot believe the incredible service with Mike. Mike even refused to let my husband take paper off the furniture and did everything himself. He would not allow us to give him a helping hand. We have never experienced such superior service with delivery of anything else. We cannot say enough about Mike and certainly hope that Palm Casual never lets him go.

In love with our veranda chairs. We live right on the ocean and on the 6th floor. They are the perfect height and I just wipe them off and they are beautiful. Our most comfy chairs!! Exceeded our expectations!

Best patio furniture around, we cant say enough about them. We shopped at many stores in our area and returned to Palmcasaul for their amazing customer service and prices. Adam, the manager helped us through our whole buying process of selecting fabrics, wicker colors and configuration. Adam also got us our wicker patio set sooner then the other stores by a whole week. Sorry to say I was very disappointed with the service and craftmenship at Palm Casual in Holly Hill.From the moment we walked in the door I felt an unwelcoming environment.Against my women’s intuition my husband and I placed our order for 2 new umbrellas for our pool set.After picking them up and getting them home we were most unhappy with the poor craftsmanship. Returned them quickly for our money back, should have listened to my intuition!!

Been a customer since 1996. Most recently a chair rail had an issue on a glider. They picked up, fixed and returned it the same day. Very impressed with their service!

After an initial miscommunication with our order, Mike showed up at 12:30 this afternoon with a beautiful new wicker patio set that was exactly what we wanted. The reason it was exactly what we wanted is because Mike took the time to physically look through all of the sets in the warehouse until he found the exact match we wanted. He took the time to set up all of the furniture where we wanted it and did it with no assistance from us because he takes pride in providing an excellent customer experience. Furthermore, after an initial miscommunication with the color and quality of the cushions, store manager Adam rectified it with this 2nd delivery at no charge for the upgrade. In a time when customer service seems a thing of the past a majority of the time, Palm Casual has stepped up and won our gratitude and confidence. Their prices are extremely competitive,too.

Was looking to purchase a fire pit, when I asked the manager Adam Chester if it could be connected to natural gas he simply answered I dont know. Couldnt be bothered to find out if a conversation kit was available or not and didnt seem to care. I will purchase my furniture and fire pit from another retailer who doesnt act like you are bothering them.

Love this Palmcasual. Super helpful sales staff that walked us through all the custom options and made the arduous process of buying outdoor furniture easy and kind of fun actually.

On May 28, 2015, picked up some PVC furniture that we had re-webbed. When I got home noticed that a number of the plastic caps covering the bolt heads were missing.This morning, June 3, 2015, stopped by to inquire about getting replacements. This was one of the worst experiences Ive had with a business. The manager took offense with the fact that perhaps 15 caps were missing; wanted me to bring the furniture back or take photos. I offered to PAY for 15 caps; he REFUSED TO SELL them to me - impossible that I would need that many.I am 73 years old, married 47 years, and treat people with respect. This individual needs to be seriously reprimanded, if not laid-off. No rational excuse for his attitude and raised voice can be identified

Helpful sales staff explained all the options available and answered all of my questions. Looking forward to my order arriving.
