Dr Pierce was very thorough in his explanation of how things will work and what we can do to assist my issue with flat feet. I left with no questions. I look forward to working with him from here on out.

A great place to take care of Diabetic Shoes....Doug does an EXCELLENT job in making the inserts and is VERY CUSTOMER FOCUS....The lady who sets the appointments etc. is also very friendly and customer focus....I have been using this company now for over 3 years.....They get a 10+ in my book!

The owner Doug is very arrogant. Told my husband he could be a walk in until they were able to get his insoles to fit correctly. When we walked in he had his receptionist tell us we should of made a appointment very rudely. Did not do the insoles to fit foot correctly.Would not recommend using this company to anyone.
