I was ar self check out because thats all that was open. An item I was scanning wouldnt scan. An employee tried to scan it 3 times, no luck. Then, I assume, a supervisor came over and tried too. She asked me what row I got it on and left with my item and went and grabbed another one to try, no luck. She then takes it over to the customer service counter to have it fixed according to the other associate. She didnt tell me anything, just left. I KNOW in the past that thus has happened and they just keyed the price in manually. Is that not allowed any longer? It should be in my opinion.

So Im supposed to be the employee that checks myself out while waiting for Cleatus to work out how to use self checkout?...screw that... Ill willingly pay more at Publix for less frustration....

Never enough checkers. Those self checkouts are always packed with people who dont know how to efficiently use them. Appears that no one likes their job. Never smile. I can usually get them to laugh if I really try. They seem to brighten up when I do. Appears they are overworked, underpaid, generally burnt out. No morale. And store shelves are kinda sparse, out of alot of things.

Rude employees or manager at customer service. Bought wrong face wash for my son their brand just non-acne fighting just needed the acne fighting one but they can t do that. Last time they couldnt exchange another item. Your a store people buy wrong items at times. Being not able to return or exchange an item that unopened or undamaged is unbelievable. I will shop elsewhere. As well as your ignorant customer service managers.exact same price

Its clean inside. Pharmacy and liquor store attached and Murphys gas station in the same parking lot. Pretty convenient.

Walmart on Nova road Holly Hill is the only Walmart that the people they have working there are awesome, every time I go I always find somebody to help me put my water in the car for me, help me with my packages, Im talking outside the store, if there pulling cards theyll stop, theyll help you, the people are so pleasant I love that Walmart.

This store is great! Its so convenient and I like the prices. Yes the selection is somewhat limited...but... It is a neighborhood market store. I always find what I need 99% of the time here. Its quick and easy checkout and kept clean. Ill tell you something else... Theyre getting much better on their customer service too. Ive been seeing more employees around the store to help if I need something. Keep up the good work. This store is getting better all the time and so is the one on Granada.

My experience was excellent. Then store is very well stocked and clean. The employees were helpful. Even they ladies room was clean! Self check out was very easy with an attendants nearby. By far my favorite Walmart in my area.

This was a tough one. We were in the area and I have been looking for a few items I can not find in their locations near me so we stopped in to do our shopping. It was a fairly busy parking lot and once you entered you knew it was going to be different. They had a ton of Easter baskets right by the entrance and we walked most of the store. The pharmacy was near the center of the store and I had trouble finding a couple items I was interested in there. I found a few cleaning supplies I needed and headed towards the grocery section. They had quite a few items I have not seen before and some that I have not found locally for some time. We were able to find most of the items on our shopping list and several extra items. It was all good till we got to the checkouts. None of the self checkout lanes were open and several people complained about it. There were only about eight lanes open and the lines were all quite long and slow moving. It was taking forever and then the Karen decided to express their entitlement. While it was entertaining it was uncalled for. Members of staff came to talk to her.We bring our own bags and like to have things packed carefully. Our cashier was clueless how to pack a bag and we had to repack everything once out at our vehicle. Most items were fine but bread items should never be in the bottom of a bag. Clearly some training needs to be done.

Weve been using there pickup service for about six months now! It works great for people who have health problems. Its a great experience. We are just blown away by how well this works for us by Wal-Mart . Five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 we love getting our groceries each week.

Well, I really like Walmart. Their prices are fair and the store is always clean and the workers are always polite and helpful. This is my complaint. You put over the speaker that the store is closed at night to sanitize and stock the shelves. Why is it every time I go to the store I have a hard time getting down the isles because people are stocking the shelves if that is supposed to be done at night when the store is closed. And also --- when you start paying me to scan and bag my own groceries I will use the self checkout. Im 79 and this is just not for me.

Been here twice recently. First time shelves needed to be restocked or they hadnt gotten a shipment. Second time was amply stocked and had everything I looked for. Masks were worn except for 1 shopper so I stayed away. Most practiced social distancing which is positive. Being a snowbird Im feeling my way. Felt comfortable even though I was counted going in and coming out. Will be back...

Great store, with a working deli, which I havent seen in other Walmart markets. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking and traffic flow are somewhat cramped, but this store is at the intersection of two very busy roads. Hope to see a Walmart market closer to Ormond Beach beach side soon.

Its a great place if youre in a hurry they dont have everything a regular Walmart has. It seems like a nice clean business. The only downfall I can see is they have a lot of homeless druggy type people in that neighborhood so you have to be aware of your surroundings

Open until 11pm. I was happy about that, almost forgot about shopping at night, very nice staff, clean store. Great for late night munchies run.

Restocking of certain products/selections could be better, lacking severely... Produce standards, in most area stores, are low in expectations. (Browned lettuce, soft cucumbers, over ripened items and not removed.) Few employees are cheerful. I shop there often, but looking for a better option, instead. May not find since Florida seems to be at the end of the line and we get the leftovers from northern states. Thank you... Have a great day all... Please, Wear your masks

The service has improved since prependimick days. Especially with their grocery pick up. But its still walmart and store help can be hard to find. The store is brighter and cleaner than last year.

I ordered online and usually get a pickup time the same day. The employees that work the pickup zone are courteous, efficient and dont usually have to wait long. The only issue is stock. If you order for an early pickup the better chances of getting everything.

I am glad I have found this store. Moved here November 2 2020. I am beginning to find my way around it. People and employees have always been courteous and helpful. And I can find what I am looking for. And very clean store.

Its a Wal-Mart neighborhood market. But my how things have changed. It appears uncrowded and it is, somewhat. But aisles are quite crowded with....employees shopping for the customers who cant shop for themselves. So now, instead of dodging other shopping customers, you are dodging employees with huge carts shopping multiple orders who are oblivious of anyone else in the store. They are parking their oversized carts in the middle of the aisles blocking any passage as well as parking at the end of some aisles sideways blocking both passages.Its wonderful Wal-Mart offers and delivers this service to some, but coexistence with actual customers shopping for themselves needs to improve and not be hampered by employees.

Decided to try this place out. Prices seemed very good on many items. I actually spent a lot of time looking and comparing prices compared to publix and I was happy on 70% of inventory. Well I get to check out and only 2 cashiers with a 5 person line at each one. I have way too many items for quick check out and notice that the cashiers are just going at a nice slow rate. I got a bit annoyed with that and seeked out some assistance with my $400 cart of groceries. Found a manager and he said he was not going to help nor have someone open a register. So I left him the cart full of frozen and cold items. Prices are not worth having to wait 30 minutes in a line to pay.

My husband and I spent over an hour in the Pick up order section. Upon Arrival Our order was given to another customer after 20 minuets of waiting, because one of the employees incompetence. Do not expect the Manager Andy to address your concerns; you will be sent the employee who is actually trying to help you for someone elses mistake to relay a message from the manager. Completely unprofessional. From now on I will goto the ormond beach location.

This is the first Walmart Ive seen that had green logo instead of blue! Inside the shelves were well stocked. It was huge. The thing is, it doesnt have anything but groceries! Its just a giant food store. Had a good variety, tho! My friend thought she would look for for a watch, while i picked up the few food items we wanted. Nope, only sold groceries!

Less crowded than Walmart superstores however a few items were out of stock that I usually can get at the bigger Walmart.

They never refill antibacterial wipes or liquid bottle with a pump. Many many items not priced. I bought an expensive bottle of great value brand avocado oil & had to return it cuz the seal was broke & leaked all over the place. I bought a different brand that was sealed much better.

It was only a grocery store I expect Walmart to be one stop for everything so that was disappointing but it had all my grocery needs, clean, ample parking and great prices.

Went in just for a few small items. Only one cashier on duty and she was being trained. 8 people in line. Nobody in the Scan & Go aisles. The two young ladies at the single checkout were wonderful. Wake up Walmart

Food is always grate there, and everyone working at the Coffee cup are very nice there!

Always overcrowded and understaffed. Customers are forced to check out full carts in self check out by themselves even when disabled. I dont work for Walmart. If I have to check and bag a cart-full I expect to get paid or save BIG! Spent more time in line waiting to get to the register than I spent filling the cart.

NICE STORE - BUT SHELVES ARE USUALLY MISSING NUMEROUS PRODUCTS !In the last year I’ve been in this store numerous times with my shopping list and usually 4 to 5 items that I want to purchase are empty on the shelves. I have to go to a competitor to purchase them. What is wrong with this picture? Does the store even have a manager on duty? If so how are they not seeing the horrible condition of the shelves and all of the missing items? Even when there is products available the shelves are in a miserable disheveled looking condition that would be unacceptable and almost any other store chain.

Its a Walmart so theyre generally not my favorite place to go in the world but the prices are so low, That it keeps you coming back for the abuse. This time though I went to go cash my paycheck and the fees werent just really low but the lady behind the counter was super nice least the one that helped me.

Great place to grocery shop, have an awesome selection for all sorts of items. I used to shop at publix but have switched to the Walmart Neighborhood Market because of better pricing along with a much wider array of items. May not have everything the other grocery store had, but has more variety.

Don’t put your trust in their grocery pickup service. I placed my grocery order online for pickup. I was informed that they were experiencing high volume and there was a two day wait. I understood and accepted this. I received follow up email that my order was being processed and I could still add to it. An hour before was my pickup time I received a email that they were experiencing high volume and my order was cancelled. I would have accepted this if my order was never accepted or delayed to a later time. But it was cancelled last minute and I wasted two days waiting. I contacted the store but never received a reply. The same type of zero customer support I received having my order cancelled last minute. Don’t put your trust in this store. There are many other companies that care about customer service and won’t leave you hanging for days.

First time to store. Greeted in the parking lot by a man on a bicycle soliciting for money. On arrival to the front, the man cleaning carts was not wearing a mask. No signs on the state mandate about wearing masks. A lot of people not wearing mask in store. Will not go back.

We have been shopping here for about 6 years and in the past year also started to use the grocery pickup service. Place is well organized, has helpful employees and good prices. The grocery pickup service is a great option if you are in a hurry (or in our case, usually add extra items in the cart when we go inside) and the folks who do that are great!
