Worst customer service ever, but you may think they are right. My 6 year old had to use the bathroom. Closed due to Covid. Translates, we are too lazy to clean it after customers. (Since now everything is open) I was about to spend $50 for 3 household worth of Halloween decor. About 15 people in the check out line, so not just pay real fast and go. I asked the manager if we could have the key, the little one has to go. Nope. So you would rather lose the revenue than let him in. Yup. We wear a mask and I most likely don’t ride around with a sick child. Left everything we would’ve bought. Another dollar store can make money now. There are rules, I am aware, because I work in customer service too, but flexibility and willingness means a lot.

4 pm was busy with Halloween shopping and xmas is on the shelves. Encouraging for seasonal shopping.

Definitely not the best Dollar Tree or the cleanest, and the head boss ladys attitude really sucks no costumer service skills what so ever. She has a bad attitude and worse disposition.... She most definitely could use a few classes on how to speak to customers and staff shes extremely extremely rude to everyone all the time. I gave 4 stars for convenience only because its literally 2mins from my house.....

I love Dollar tree for many items. Each Dollar tree may have many of the same items but others will have items that very few dollar trees have.Every dollar tree should be able to order any item that you find in ( another ) dollar tree..Some dollar tree stores have a great selection of greeting cards, some do not.I wish you could get the dollar tree app and get a notice when they are having the 10 % off day.Some DOLLAR trees really have an unclean look and others are so clean and the shelves all organized and straightened up.

Store is dirty and covered in empty boxes and items waiting to be stocked.har to get through the aisles. Half of one aisles has been blocked off for over 2 weeks due to a roof leak. Bathroom never works.

Had to go to 2 different stores to find what I wanted. But found other things at both stores. Lots of good stuff $1 a piece.

Great Bargins everything 1. Buy all most all my cleaning products there,plus other odds in for home

3 year old leak in the roof theyre unwilling to fix and that leaks all over products they keep selling. Also 1 line usually open for a line that wraps around the store.

Went to get my supply of laundry detergent with fabric softener.The shelves were almost empty.None of the one I usually buy.Bought some without softener and bought fabric softener sheets.Picked up few other items.Good selection of Halloween decorations and already Christmas is hitting shelves.This store is usually stocked good

Closed. The location on Ridgewood and Beville is open til 10pm. Why torture them?

Store was a little dirty but staff was cleaning. Understandable due to customers are sometimes uncaring and trash the place

I love this place!! I can get what I need and not have to wander around a big store to find it. Also, I always browse for a few minutes because I almost always find something I cant find elsewhere. If I do, Dollar Tree has for a dollar not $5 or $10.

Great selection. Pretty big Dollar store. Lots of parking and right on the corner of Flomich and Ridgewood so you have 2 entrances. Very convenient. My only complaint is its pretty dirty, especially the parking lot. I dont think this parking lot has ever been cleaned up. Theres just pieces of trash everywhere. Other than that I like the store and the location.

I love this store. Super sweet ladies. Clean, neat, well stocked. The manager needs to be replaced. I go in see the ladies with way long lines and lots of stock to put out and see the manager standing outside beside the front door, smoking for a very very long time. Another day he was just standing around when their was only one cashier. He should have been helping. Lazy guy. The ladies are always super great, very kind and helpful . Pet friendly too. Delightful store. Needs a new manager who actually works though. Sorry Mr. Manager I just call them like I see them. I dont lie in my reviews.

THIS Dollar Tree is great! Not only is the staff always pleasant, but they ALWAYS have stocked shelves and new items out! If ANY of you guys havent tried the Rib Eye steaks (YES I said STEAK) they are GREAT!!!!! Im telling you....... STEAK and Center Cut Pork Chops are really really good! And $1!!!!!! Their frozen food section is fabulous!!! I KNOW it sounds crazy to buy STEAK at Dollar Tree...... Just as I thought my neighbor had finally lost it when she told ME about them, but they are seriously VERY good!

Just in the Holly Hill Dollar Tree and Natalie did an awesome job with a disgruntled customer. Apparently this lady comes in often and accuses the store of double charging her. I offered to pay her $2.13 that her EBT didnt cover but she said it was a matter of principle, she accused the staff of being rude however trying to scam the store and waisting other peoples time was RUDE.

Always a great selection of a wide variety of inexpensive items.. But, it is always so crowded and dirty. Boxes blocking already crowded aisles, almost never enough employees and usually only 1 line open for checkout... Other locations do a better job of staying clean, organized and staffed... This one is just closest to home

Clean inside. Every emote we encountered was very friendly. Took my 5 kids in, mostly to look around and stay out of the heat while my husband was at the car wash a few buildings down the street. Most places cringe when they see a big family with small children walk in, despite the fact that my kids KNOW how they are expected to behave. The kids were great, and the employees were friendly towards them. Checkout lines in these places are usually outrageously long, but I was able to walk up and put my 12 items on the belt immediately as the person in front of me finished paying for their items. Plenty of selection. Aisles were clean. Shelves were organized and well stocked. Walkway to restrooms was clear and clean. Overall, nice visit.

Dollar Tree is exactly as the name says. Everything is one dollar! You will find many thing from cookies, candy, crackers, Health aides, kitchen needs, cleaners, and many other nick snacks. It is hard to leave the store without spending nor than a dollar, but you wont leave broke....i think.

One cashier...I was # 13th in line....manager kept looking as she stocked shelves..She only came up front to help when she saw the line almost double...little to late...bad management skills..

This place always has a line at the register.They really do need more help. Its almost as bad as Walmart.

Giving a four only because bruce saved the reputation. After rose rudely ignored me as i waited by the balloons to get some. My husband had to wait in line to get her attention to blow up balloons. When i said something to her about how my husband was already in line that entire time she lied and claimed she didnt see us there. Even though she greeted us walkin in and again at the balloon section. She was nasty with a bad attitudeThanks bruce for the help and also ringing us up.
