The worse customer service available. The general Manager Nicholas is never around or wont help customers with concerns. The worse Walgreens or Duane Reade I have ever shopped.

They somehow accidentally gave my medication to another person and it was my last refill so they made me call my doctor and ask for a new script when I shouldn’t have needed one. They didn’t seem to care much about this major error either. Anytime I ever call the pharmacy I sit on hold for at least 15 minutes and sometimes don’t even end up speaking to anyone. Pharmacy is always slow and understaffed. Always a dreadful time.

Line was short but took forever. A much older gentleman was signing up for the walgreens rewards, and couldnt remember his email. So he started another account. (I dont think he had one, and couldnt hear the cashier behind that large plastic sneeze guard.)This was all done after his purchase, btw. I empathize with him and this is not about him, its about the employees who were present that evening. Two employees walked by and saw that the line was building, and people were growing impatient.That upset me because the man felt rushed and embarrassed that he was holding up the line. He shouldnt have felt that way, and the gentleman at the register had to call in an IC3, which means there are more than three people in line, I need help.It was at least 6 people standing behind me. I was behind the older gentleman. The other employees saw that. They just walked off and started fiddling around in the aisles fixing merchandise.Only until the IC3 announcement the cashier made over the store monitor, did help arrive. At that moment I was checked out and gone. I hope that gentleman got his reward card.

The store is clean and tidy. Everyone here is polite. If you need anything or have questions you really have to seek someone out but they are more than happy to help. I love the store location and plenty of parking. Im posting a picture I took today at the front register of the Happy and healthy since 1901 sign right above the cigarettes.....Not as a judgement....Only amusement.

Better than the one in my hometown.

Had to use this location (which is over 20 minutes out of my way) because my normal Walgreens didnt have what I needed on hand. The prescription was sent over by my Walgreens and I went to pick it up about 4 hours later. It still wasnt ready. I was told by another man in line that this regularly happens at this Walgreens and prescriptions arent ready even after the store sends texts saying they are ready for pickup. Wont use this Walgreens again.

Just spoke with a very condescending pharmacist.. I wont be going back.

Not crowded good prices employees have too much time and like to make you feel uncomfortable by following you around

Worst pharmacy in holly hill. If it wasn’t convenient I would switch pharmacies. This place has the longest wait times and lines. Not to mention everyone just sits in the drive thru waiting for their prescription instead of parking. Pharmacists don’t tell people to please park if they are going to wait. People choose drive thru because they want to be quick, but this location is anything but that. The associates never tell people to go park while waiting.

Needed to pick up my prescription & their was a little wait in line.

Dont understand the other reviews... everyone has always been helpful and polite. Place is convenient and with great access and parking. Store is always clean and without boxes in the aisles, etc. Only negative is prices can be high on certain products. Give em a try!

Pharmacy so rude called manager to pharmacy she rude too.called and kepted getting hung up on.i really made a bad descison by choosing this store.i wanted somethings close to home but to get treated a human being i will travel to the next city.like

Shely V at this location is rude. We hit the call button because we were in drive thru and didnt see anyone at the counter or near the drive thru area. She answered the call and ask how can she help us? My husband said we are picking up a prescription her response was UGHH.. everytime we come to this location its an issue. We will be moving our prescriptions this was the last straw for us.

My Mom has been going to this pharmacy since she moved to Holly Hill from up north. Last Friday she had a stroke while in the store waiting for her medicine, the pharmacist noticed she wasn’t acting like herself and called 911 one of the associates sat with her until the ambulance arrived. Thanks to him my mom is expected to have a complete recovery from her stroke due to fast medical treatment. If not for him recognizing the signs, she would have went home and layed down or had an accident trying to get home. Knowing and caring for your customers is the best customer service anyone can expect.

The pharmacy is the most incompetent bunch Ive had the pleasure of dealing with in a long. Staff is untrained and they act like its your fault they give you bad information. Pharmacy manager is rude and uncaring about the mistakes her staff is making. Save yourself the time and energy and use a different Walgreens.

The pharmacist was completely rude and didnt bother to put in the time and effort it took to even look up my policy information with my insurance because of what my prescription was. extremely old thankful that hes going to pass away soon.

I switched over to here a few months ago from Walmart Neighborhood assuming a Walgreens would hold up to their national standards. I was wrong. Theyre often out of common medications, partial scrips are the norm and you have to make another trip for the rest. I cant remember ever having to wait more than 15-20min at any other Walgreens. Ive already had a couple of miscommunication issues with regards to when scripts were ready and would be ready by. If youre trying to save time and theres more than 2 cars at the window, go inside. Long periods of time go by with no interaction with the car at the window whereas the line inside tends to move much quicker.

The assistant manager, who was stocking 5/22(I am assuming that she is a part of management bc she went in the office for money for the pictures desk cash drawer while I was waiting? Hard to tell with the absence of a name tag, pleasance, courtesy, a smile and a personality is absolutely unaccmodating for the second time Ive experienced her presence.

New manager really goes outta his way to help customers and employees, very impressed.

Everything is always neat and organized. The staff is also very friendly which is awesome.

Always find what Im looking for, always a pleasant experience with staff. Always a clean a tidy store.

Terrible drive thru worse than McDonalds

The cashiers are very nice and I love the beauty consultants and photo department. They have good discount sales as well but the pharmacist was very rude and even laughed OUT LOUD in our face like he couldnt believe we were trying to fill this prescription and told him to take the pain medication he already has at home, not the different dosage he just received from a head injury that required stitches from the ER Doctor, who knew the patient was on a different pain medicine for his knee replacement, and still saw fit to write him an additional lower dosage for the new injury. Very very condescending, Im not an idiot and I realize people abuse the system or overdose on 5 mg of hydrocodone, (which was what the medication was), but not everyone is a crackhead pillpopper, and word of mouth spreads like wildfire, i will be telling my coworkers at the school i work at my experience here....they need to teach the guy in the blue shirt and tie some sensetivity training I guess this is why everyone I know is switching to CVS .

Convient and reasonable prices

I called and sat on hold for over 1/2 an hour. Drove up there from 20 minutes away waited in line and watched them ignore their phone ringing (which was still me on hold). Even heard one of the pharmacy technicians ask her employees repeatedly to pick up the phone and they completely ignored her request.

Over 3 hours wait for prescription.. they tried to use excuse of being short handed. There were 5 people behind the counter.

The pharmacy was very helpful.

The staff is not very pleasant to work with and they never have prescriptions ready on time. Theyve also given me wrong prescriptions before too. If there was another Walgreens closer Id be using them instead of this one.
