Mikayla went above and beyond to get my phone working even after speaking to technical support for hours and they couldnt help, she did it for me and put in time and effort along with her co-worker Anthony and I didnt end up having to get a replacement phone instead I got to keep my phone ! Great service

I came into team Mobile and other office could do all I needed done and the employee Eddie helped me and I was so happy since Eddie took care of all my problems he resolve them with ease after I was told it wouldn’t it was impossible to do but he’s very professional very quick and gets the job done. I most definitely will refer everybody that needs help with their T-Mobile accounts thank you Eddie for doing a great job I really appreciate it.
These guys put us in the best plan that suites us! Extremely knowledgeable, patient and went above and beyond. They did everything to make our plan the best one for us. The only reason why Im getting four stars instead of five its because I was told a deposit was a certain amount but them when we went through the entire process the amount that almost doubled. But both staff members are absolutely amazing they did everything they could to help me out the store was clean it was very friendly they were tentative they do knowledgeable and I wish I could have bought a phone cuz those are the type of people that I would like to help out if you get an opportunity go out shopping for a phone or plan try this T-Mobile thank you
I received the worst customer service here out of any tmobike store that Ive been to. The employees name was Phoenix and she was extremely rude. I came to upgrade my wifes phone and I had to leave. I didnt want to give this store ANY of my money of they hire that incompetent of employees. She said her husband owned another t-mobile near by and that she didnt like the current store she was in. Makes sense why she would sabotage this store

Wow go the other way find somebody else I cannot believe how bad my experience with T-Mobile has been. I have been with them almost a year and from my very first promo phone till this phone which is the 4th or 5th down the road I have had nothing but problems. I am now using my most recent replacement revel 5G phone and I am having to contact customer service every two or three days literally. My reception is terrible the function of my phone is terrible I had to get a booster to even have reception if it rains and the power goes out I am flat out of phone and I live in Ormond Beach Florida I dont live in the middle of the woods or on some remote island and they just cant seem to fix it. They keep on replacing and giving me mediocre phones and then offering a far more expensive phone if I am willing to continue making payments far into the future. The customer service gives the appearance of being adequate but there is rarely anything they can do to actually solve your problem. I have actually been inside the store waiting to get service on one of my phones and people just come in grumbling and complaining and they leave grumbling and complaining. My last company was cricket wireless and all jokes aside this is far worse. I waited a long time to leave this review so that I could be fair to the company and have a broad view of what was going on. You should not do business here.

Ive been going to this location for at least 3 years but, this new sales team gave me the best customer service since I started going. Manager James and sales associate Lavegas brightened my day and made it enjoyable to pay a monthly bill.

Terrible experience. They had a deal for a Samsung s9. It was a holiday deal. Today on dec 26th I looked it up online. I chatted with a representative who said it was still available. Called up the store, and the representative Marc said they still have the deal on. I asked 3 times to make sure he understood me right and I understood it too. He clearly said that the deal for an s9 for free is still on. So I drove there (20mins drive) When I arrived the guy who took care of me said that they dont have the deal anymore, and they were busy when I called and didnt understand me to give me the right information. Even though I asked back 3 times to make sure. I understand the deal is off. But please dont scam the customers and make them drive 20 mins just to realize you lied to them.

Worst experience. Today is Black Friday and all I wanted to do was to get a new phone. I walk in with my boyfriend, mother, and younger sister. I see that each sales associate has a customer and there was no one waiting. The only person who was talking was one of the 3 sales associates. Which is somewhat normal. But what really irritated me was that for 10 minutes we stood there in silence waiting and not one person said anything. They didnt say welcome, or someone will be right with you. Not one single word to us. On top of that they had no music, the store was absolutely filthy, and the workers didnt even look professional. I will never ever walk into that store every again and I wouldnt want anyone to either. Its the most terrible service ever.

People are really slow in this store, and they had to call customer service for stuff they should already know. Terrible experience.7 months later, still very slow service. Every time I come to the store there always atleast a 20 min wait. They need to hire more people seriously
