The guys working there help me change my phone plan no matter the difficulty. I was changing from Verizon and I cant believe how difficult it was they were so professional and helpful. I have a great phone Im saving 50% a month on my bill and Im extremely satisfied. While I was there they helped every person who came in with the utmost care. I used to get this quality of service at Verizon 20 years ago and have been paying over $100 a month for 20 years and now Im paying roughly $50 a month for great customer service and so far a great plan. Please check them out you can save a ton of cash and get some awesome phones even for free right now. Ayman is the best ask for him!

Metro by T-Mobile has gotten Very Expensive and Nickle and Dime you for services.. Among other things, if you want to pay by Dr or Cr Card.. they hit you with a $4 transaction fee.. Rediculous!!

I bought a phone yesterday at metro in holly hill by a guy named Miq, and Ive come to notice that the most important apps have duplicates and now that I think about it, when he got me the phone, he grabbed it kinda out of a drawer under the counter, but I still didnt think anything about it, and then he had like 5 to 6 sim cards just laying on the register and he just grabbed one of those. Me being naive to a phone company being crooked still didnt think anything about it until I got home and saw these duplicate apps hidden and I couldnt make a Facebook. Now Im thinking that he either cloned my phone, hacked it and cloned the sim. I dont know,but I do know that it was a crooked sell and this isnt the last time they will be hearing from me

Well I was having problems with Boost Mobile, lost stolen phone, called thm and guy wanted to charge me full price for a replacement, dont treat a Valued Customer like tht, pay bill on time, 5mos not supposed to be treated like tht, switched to Metro by T-Mobile Great deal switching, Mason treated me Awesome Stylo 6, nice with all the protection $$$ Happy & My B-Day month.

Had a number added to family members account,the 3rd line. I couldnt come in the store for the new free phone for adding my line they refused my free offer for phone because I wasnt in store at time of adding line. Will take my business elsewhere.

Ive been trying to call for hours and no one will answer.

The day I went here the guy was working by himself dont know his name because he didnt tell anyone and he was sooooo frigging slow that waited an HR and left to go switch my phone service to boost mobile. So far Ive had better service for same pricing and got a free phone when I switched. But the point is all I went to metro for is to pay my bill in cash and couldnt even do that because I had two People in front of me and the guy working still couldnt get them done after an HR. BTW boost is right down the street and only had one person working and my stop only took 10 minutes to get my service switched.

It was pretty quick easy in and out to pay my bill. But they do not want to fix or work on the phones just sell you new ones. Clean facility salesperson was nice.

Used to be a good place to buy a phone. I was just in the store a few days ago to take advantage of the metro phone sale. I wanted a Samsung J-7 and they wanted $229 for it. I got the same phone at the corporate store for $121. Dont know what happened, these guys used to follow franchise standards, but not anymore. :(

Scary!! Dont Go!! The area is the equivalent of Watts in the 1960s! I wouldve felt safer in a Lions Den. The saddest part, I do not think the owner cared. He did not seem phased or bothered by the criminals he let hanging around his establishment..big 👎down!
