Great service! Super fast and had all parts. Was able to go to a nearby cafe and get work sone while I waited. The staff were super clear on expectations and what could possibly happen. I was well informed and very satisfied with the service. Prices are also super reasonable, considering actual iphone parts are used.

The guy there was very polite, and help me out millions ways and unlock my phone under 30 minutes.

I fix it in Holly Hill its the best place to go for anything thats wrong with your phone he is very kind courteous and helpful and does a great job camera screen was completely crushed and now it is fixed like nothing ever happened well definitely go there again great place thank you I fix it

Soooooo I went to this place to get my iPhone 11 fixed and they didn’t have any screens in stock... that’s ok I understand things happen. But this guy give me an “IOU” card and tell me come back on a tuesday to have it fixed ( i paid $85 because he atleast had the phone on but my screen was still cracked ) Comes tuesday, the screens not in. I called that entire WEEK. Everybody I spoke to say it they weren’t in! Finally the screens are in but when I get there they only have 2 and are holding them for someone! W T F !! So i found somebody else to fix my phone & they told me the previous person who repaired my phone took all these parts out of my phone & it’s like a delicate bomb now. Like no. They need to close this company down because as I was waiting so many people had their phones “repaired” but the screen was not responding. DONT GO HERE, RUN !!!

My boyfriend went to get his phone fixed, while they weren’t able to ultimately resolve the issue, it was a great environment. They were friendly, did all they could and the prices were good. They even put on Spider-Man for my son and talked to him when he was getting restless with the wait, as well as played on the computer with him. Great guys, friendly, and more than fair. They did their best but the issue ended up being something only an apple store could fix, so no hard feelings there.

They were fast and reasonable prices. Really friendly and even have a bottle of water while we waited. Thank you ifix cracked screens! We will be back for any future similar needs.

Went in with an iphone 8+, back screen demolished, front screen wasnt functioning on entire left half of screen, no issues with display, just not able to touch left half of phone at all! went in desperate hoping they could handle the issue, and they definitely did! even made my phone look like a custom order! all black screen, rose gold thumb print trim, white thumb button, white back, i love it! Thanks a MILLION guys! Definitely needed the help. Wonderful job!

Was not open when theyre supposed to be open tried calling a hundred times set up there for almost 2 hours still was not open was the worst service Ive ever had.even had a no on the door saying they was going to open at 12 I set up there until 2 no one ever showed up

Found out that my son had taken his phone that had just the cracked screen but new is still worked while it was cracked. Me in being the mom was totally left out of the conversation of my son taking it to him. We go get the phone and the screen looks good but the phone does not work at all. I got a little rude and a guy definitely didnt even try to help figure out what we could do to make the phone work. So he has nothing to know about phones just about the screen. Very heartless that he can take $100 from a boy that is 14 let alone do the deal with a 14 year old.. parents should always be involved and if theyre not nothing should be done unless they are 18. So Im pretty upset yes that my sons lost $100 for a phone that looks good but doesnt work. Very rude man he has no patience himself.. we will never come back to this place or to the flea market for his help for any type of phone.
