The associate Diana was knowledgeable and very helpful in assisting me with my new telephone. I have gone through so much with this phone and she made me feel at ease. I came during my lunch break and I was out of the door in time to go get something to eat. Thanks Diana
Diana & Amelia are the Dynamic Duo of Cricket. These two work together flawlessly. There were already 2 customers at the counter when I arrived. I fully expected to wait, but Diana quickly stepped out and started helping me select a phone... as she continued to help customer #2. And she and Amelia both kept helping customer #1. Us three customers had various problems requiring phone calls and retries for information. Only Customer #4 just needed a charger that was missing from her I-phone (Yes it has a non standard USB jack -- making you spend $40 for Apple product). They did this all working together -- Amelia helped with part of my transaction while Diana helped her other customer. Amelia helped customer #4 with charger while customer #1 resolved something. Amelia also helped with customer #2.All this time apologizing for delay. It has been a long time since Ive see two people work together so seamlessly AND multitask multiple customers. Three of us went away very happy. Customer #1... Well, even with an extended phone call to Corporate (Im guessing) it was impossible to get them a phone today.Diana & Amelia -- You made my Heart Feel Good today. You give me hope for the millennial generation.Re: COVID precautions. Plastic protectors at counter... And surfaces sanitized ASAP. Please note; Amelia - the supervisor in the Duo - started wiping surfaces while Diana finished setting up my phone. My favorite Boss/Supervisor ever, Never made be do a task he wouldnt do himself. I was just too impressed, Seriously!
I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had at a cellphone store. Amelia and Diana were highly knowledgeable and worked hard for our best deal. Definitely recommend these young ladies for all your cellular needs.

Went in to the store to get help with unlocking a phone. Called customer service first and they couldn’t do anything. Talked with Amelia and she was VERY helpful. Did everything possible to help me out, she definitely went over and beyond with wonderful customer service!!! If you’re tired of these other phone companies with terrible customer service and want great help and guidance with affordable phones and plans, I’d HIGHLY recommend going to this cricket store and asking for Amelia. I see a lot of people talking bad about this place. nothing but good things from this store. If you ever run into a problem with your phone go see her. She is so good with what she does and a lovely young lady. She will always help you no matter what the issue.Amelia did a great job.
People at this store are awesome. Martin at customer service not so much. If not for Anferne and the girl there help I would have canceled service. They are credit to your company. There are some bad contractions company practices that should be adressed.

They do not stand behind the products they sell and will knowingly sell you an infirior product. As i told my story to the employee today he aknowleged that it was a problematic item. My phone will not work with any other charger even if it fits. They only offer a charger at 40 dollars. My phone is often unresposive and does not shut off or recognise screen taps. The original case broke within a week and i had to replace it. The phone broke and luckily i chose the insurace option however when the new phone arrived it came without the stylus it just had an empty hole..then there was a process to get a new one of those. I have had the phone about 6 months and it has been a total dissapointment. The employees are nice but they have been trained to avoid helping you without a purchase. I am on my way to find another phone company
The staff is nothing but attitude and ignorance.A complete lack of knowledge and understanding about their own company. Online says one thing, they say another.I had to show them the website, and explain it to them!?!?Save yourself the time and shop elsewhere, or better yet, choose another service provider.

IF MELISSA L IS WORKING TURN AROUND AND LEAVE!Went to this location last night to pay my bill and buy a new phone. Since Ive been a cricket customer for years I was offered a free month of insurance. Upon checking my receipt there was an extra $7 added to the bill for free insurance.Long story short if you shop here check your receipt for hidden charges. Will not be shopping here again and Ill make it known that this place is fraudulent.
Will not honor 7 day exchange on bad phone without adding restocking and another activation that will cost more than the phone cost! Their online support said has software issues and should be exchanged. If you want Cricket for their good signal and low cost buy online. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!

Very poor customer service. Associates have no clue what there talking about. Nobody tried to upsale me. A very fat individual, I think named John, smelled very foul, and snorted as he breathed. Do not go here unless you want a bad experience with this company, aka, elliet wireless.

Very good and polite people, very good service, especially from Mr. Carlos and Miss Amelia, they were willing to help us to solve the problem of our telephone. They should see more people like them working in these telephone companies. If you do not buy, most companies do not help you, I have already had this service for a while and the truth is that I would recommend it to anyone since this is a very good one. Too expensive and they sell you exclusive cell phones from the store that are very bad
