When I bought my phone from Boost And subscribe to their service they never told me that I do not own the phone that I paid for I paid out right for a phone and they wont unlock it for a year after the phones obsolete yeah I paid for it but dont own it not happy Im going to go buy a phone from the store Walmart and go to Mint mobile

I really dont see how a store like this exist because all you can do there is pay your bill which they charge you higher than as if you wouldve paid it online which is cheaper. My bill is $50 a month so when I pay it online its only $50, but when I go to the store its like $56. I dont understand the convenience of that 🤔🤔🤔. Everything with boost Mobile you pretty much do online. I break my phone I gotta go online to get another one, because the store is completely useless in that situation. 🙄🙄🙄. Oh well I guess.

I switched to Boost Mobile from Cricket at this store the other day. The manager, and associate were very delightful. They helped me set up my phone(even gmail/contacts), and had plenty of accessories to choose from. The girl even applied the screen protector for me, which had no creases or bubbles. Overall very happy with my purchase at this store!

Hate to do this but Boost mobile are crooks. Been dealing with little to no service on 3 lines for an entire month. Given the run around by customer service the entire time. Can only factory reset our phones and refresh towers so many times before anyone would be irate. At this point im going back to metro pcs. Never had a problem with them or customer service. And just to be clear the phones you buy from boost arent actually yours until you pay for their service for a year. They will not provide unlock on phones for you to switch service.

The other phone stores make it such a hassell and confusing...Boost makes it such an easy process...im so glad I went with Boost the service and support is top notch...especially the prices are great..fanatastic expirence!
