Answered emails and phone calls promptly, and answered all my questions. Pleasure to deal with and my compressor was to my door in 3 days including a weekend! Compressor looks and functions like new. No warm air or howling compressor like some other Chinese units. I would not hesitate to do business with them again and I would 100% recommend them to friends and family that need ac components.
