Always clean and organized. Cashiers are always delightful and friendly. One of my favorite targets that I go to frequently. On floor staff are helpful when we ask questions. I am rating it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the electronic section. Its not always staffed and can be hard to get someone to help.

Service quality has gone downhill. Not as neat and organized as before. And furniture has most of their price tags missing. This is why people shop online. Plus only two registers open with a rush? This is no Walmart.

This is the only store we have in hollister with grocery and apparels, and cvs pharmacy. All in one. you can get everything in here. Very convenient as it is close by, and clean! Thats a plus points when the store is clean. I love it that theres so many apparels here. Most of my clothes are bought here;-D hopefully they will keep up with restocking in the food section but other than that i am always happy shopping here.. Plus, its my favorite store. So cant complain about that.

This store has gotten very unsafe the last few months. Items are always on the ground ready for someone to trip over them . Prices are always wrong

It has everything you need in one spot

The reason I chose this score was that customer service is really nice and super kind this deserves a ten.

So this morning I visited the target in Hollister and came across a young and kind associate named Brittany, she not only walked me over to the aisle but showed me exactly where my item was located on the shelve. I’ve came a cross my share of employees who are just rude individuals and have no respect for customers. But this young lady was so kind and had a smile across her face that made my day and I will definitely be going back to this target for my shopping runs. Thank you Brittany!!

The tortilla packet I was previously opened - Yuck! had to toss in trash. Why would the shopper not notice this. Also, notified my apples were unavailable AFTER I got 20 miles to home. I am going to guess other apples or fruit is in your store, but I had no notice/opportunity to buy something else. In addition, your whole system is confusing and disorganized compared to the competition. Refund my tortillas. I can send photos..

Everything is well priced and has all the necessities you need like groceries and hygiene.

The staff was super friendly and helpful and fast. I appreciate that so I can get out of the store as fast as I can since Im always in a hurry and short on time.

Target is not a bad store, and most employees are kind and willing to help.. but I Feel the prices are higher... can’t buy as much as previous years... feel stuck as Hollister is a small town, and this is all we have... wish there was more choices verses having to drive to another town to shop....

Best customer service ever provided by Isaiah in the Electronics department! I called in searching for a very in-demand item and he was kind enough to do a physical check to verify that it was indeed in stock and on-hand. I really appreciate the fact that Isaiah was more than happy to suggest placing the item on hold for me, since I would be travelling an hour to arrive to the Hollister Target. This might not seem like a big deal, but I had actually been told that I could not put items on hold at various other Target locations (when clearly it was possible). In the end, while I had to travel farther thanks to the disappointing customer service of employees at Target locations closer to my home, I am thankful to have had the opportunity to meet and have been helped by the awesome Isaiah!

I just love target.

I just wanted to get the groceries without having to make more than one stop before getting back. I was stopped for social distancing. I had to ask for directions for the store in order to find out where stuff was/is. If I had to go back, I would definitely return to the Hollister CA store Target/CVS Pharmacy definitely followed our Governors social distancing to a T (showing/having markers/blue tape/stickers on the floors. Their staff of Target and CVS Pharmacy were very courteous, polite, and helpful when I asked for directions.When I was getting my flu shot, theirstaff were wearing masks. All of the employees of both stores were wearing masks. Signs were posted saying in laymans terms, No mask, no entry, no service. I loved going to this store, and I hope to come back to it, again, someday soon. 😁😇😸😺😺💜💜💜💖💗(P.S.: These are my kids favorite emojis, and because of your stores they were/are very happy.)

Employees seem happy to be there and happy to help. They really make the store - from the crew in electronics, to pharmacy to the guy stocking the freezer section and even the gals in the changing rooms, they have been cheerful and friendly, willing to answer questions and offer help. Thats unusual.Store is well-stocked and easy to navigate. I like the self-check kiosks though they seem to be down often- maybe less so lately.

Love shopping at target but my cousin and I had a bad experience there about 2 weeks ago with a rude group of guy employees and 1 girl employee. They kinda just stood there and gave rude looks while we waited for self check out and were pointing/whispering among themselves. But overall the store is good 🙂

I just began using the Target app, to shop and pick up my items. Needless to say, I can’t imagine why I took so long! I love it! When I arrive to Target, the staff is wonderful, and have my items ready for me!

Clean and nice premises. Most of their staff are friendly and helpful. Only giving it four stars because its so close to go to the target in Gilroy which is much larger and just as nice. But if you need to grab something quickly this is the better one to go to as lines are typically shorter at this location.

Nice place, usually clean. Sometimes are out of stock for certain things and take about four days to a week to receive a new shipment. Customer friendly service.

Since they got a New Manager things have been Better. Store is Organized & cleaner, New employees Are the BEST They have Excellent Customer servie. The Girls that have been their longer are snooty and mean they walk around like they hate being their Never working always talking fooling around instead of greeting or asking if customers need help. Old employees look complacent their.. New employers do help you.

If its new and you like it you have to buy it.. things sell out quick especially in clothing. By the time it goes on sale their out (clothing). The groceries are less than average they dont look to appealing but they do have the Best grapes by pretty lady. The store needs a constant cleaning roover its starting to look disheveled. Over all for being a small town this is highlight of my day..

The website shows if your items are in stock at your local store, place order, wait for email to let you know its ready and go pick up. Its easy.

It Was very easy to navigate online and the people at customer service Were extremely helpful and nice and had my order ready to go.

They accommodated me for my order that I couldnt bring up the barcode I thought I needed to pick-up the order. She said it was alright with my print out and ID. She was very nice and friendly when getting my order. This took like 5 minutes total. They needed to respond to customers who dont have an App on their phone to print out the barcode.

The quality and availability of product

It beats Kmart. Good prices, and good selection. Employees, for the most part, seem to like working there.

While the pick area had a specific line, the target team member rudely told me to go back to the end of the line and wait until all the returns/ perchases were completed. I waited 15 minutes in line

Rude and inconsiderate security employee. Wanted to use the ATM machine but he stood way too close. My private information is just that... PRIVATE! Whether you are security or not, it doesnt give you the right to invade someones personal space. Hollister Target needs to better train their employees.

It seems lately that many of the employees need more training. For example, several days ago I mistakenly put my Target card into my banks ATM and was concerned whether my card still worked. No one could answer the question without an actual purchase, while potentially holding up the rest of the line.While it turned out my card was good, it seems inconveniencing a line with five other busy shoppers was not the best way to answer the question.I must point out that Target employees are always curteous, which I really appreciate.AGS

I just saw a guy driving a Target semi truck down the street while texting. Just a few months ago a guy was driving a semi truck in our town while texting and he ran over 9 cars. You guys need good driving training and strict no tolerance guidelines so no one else dies from truck drivers who want to text and drive!

Target treats adults like adults, but teens are treated unfairly, my friends and I got nasty looks from the employees. Sorry but if theres no where to go target is a no brainer (duh). Lets just make it clear, we ARE spending money on candy, Starbucks, etc every time we go. Smh Target. >:(

Fast and friendly

This target is by far the rudest target Ive been to. The staff here has been eyeing my friends and I right when we walked into the store. We were then approached by security for being too loud and throwing products. He assumed that we were drunk or something cause he walked up and asked if we have a problem. We told him everything was good then he said ok and just left. This encounter has left a bad taste in our mouth and will be stain on my target experience from now on.

Love this store got to many specials.And very clean good personal working at this store they are very courteous, they also have a Starbucks caffe inside the store, and clean bathrooms and a place where to develop pictures from your phone or your sd card.

My typical experience here has always been fine. The customer service desk is usually the only spot in the store that has anyone helpful. The store is usually clean and things are easy to find. Some of the regular things I purchase on a monthly basis are out of stock every time I go...frustrating. Today was the first experience at this store that makes me never want to come here again. I came in to get food for my daughter with our WIC check. The associate who helped me on the floor seemed bothered I asked for her help. The register experience was the worst Ive ever had. There were 3 additional associates helping train a new person (ok fine, thats not an issue), but NO ONE said a word to me. I felt like I didnt exist. All 4 of them were gathered at the register talking about my transaction without acknowledging me, except to hand me a pen for my signature. Worst feeling Ive ever had at this store, and its not ok.

Staff wasnt helpful at all. We asked to see if there were any ouija boards but after I asked they would just walk away, we asked 3 different workers and all walked away. They were no help what so ever. I hope the next time I go, they could have this problem resolved.

Its a Target so of course it has what i need at a slightly more expense price than bought elsewhere. But I would rather not shop at a place where I can be racially profiled by employees (followed, and then watched excessively at the self checkout) from the moment i walk in to the moment I leave. Its 2017 And i havent experienced this in a while so i was a little surprised and saddened. It doesnt matter if Im Black, wearing all black sweats, and a backpack. If i dont act suspicious, dont treat me like I am. Im wearing a backpack because I ride a motorcycle so where else will i put my groceries. Im at self checkout because I was buying tampons and pads so leave me alone. Im Black because thats the way God made me. But i shouldnt have to explain myself.
