Lindsey was great to deal with while I was introduced to my new CPAP. Follow up and supply ordering are yet to be determined, so Ill withhold my 5th star until then.

Extremely disappointed in how unprofessional they were to my father. We drove 3 hours out of our way to get a portable oxygen machine for our long trip and they gave us one with a dead battery with ZERO concern. I called them when I was on my way and let them know that my gps has me arriving at 4:45 and that this is a medical necessity for my father and he likely will not survive the trip to his new care home without the oxygen the only thing that they said to me was if we are 1 minute late we will get nothing. I’m shocked at their lack of empathy. Sooo disappointed in this business.

Just spoke with Jessica and she was extremely helpful and patient. She explained how the process will work to get my supplies. If this is the kind of service I can expect...count me in.

I was on vacationing in the area and had a major problem with my CPAP machine. Called numerous CPAP companies in the area and all refused to help me out except for a kind lady at CareLinc. She helped me get the necessary replacement part for my machine. Thank you so much for helping me out.

I am so thankful for the people who work here! I was on vacation and forgot an important part of my cpap device. (Cant sleep without my cpap). Candice understood my problem and went above and beyond to give me excellent service and I was immediately taken care of! I cant thank her enough for helping me out and understanding my emergency and for helping me to resolve it. I recommend everyone shop here for your medical supply needs. Keep these good people in business cause they are awesome!

A great place to get medical supplies.The staff was very helpful.

AWFUL! Took two weeks for them to ship supplies after my significant other was discharged from a transitional facility. And to add insult to injury, failed to fix faulty equipment (sit to stand) and I was told to put bolts back in myself! Not MY job to fix your faulty equipment! They are lucky there were no significant injuries due to their lack of judgement. They refused to make it right even AFTER TWO medical therapists stated it was unsafe. :(EDIT: No message was left. And if it is the manager who was telling the driver to NOT come out to fix the equipment then we have nothing to say to them anyway. The sit to stand was replaced late evening of the following day....the one that was brought to us is still broken. The legs on it wont open all the way up. Didnt bother calling it in again because of the horrible experience from before. Will probably opt to go with another medical supply company.

So thankful to Candace for helping me out in geting a part for my cpap machine while I was on vacation! 🥰😊

I really enjoyed the people at carelinc. After the experience I had at airway oxygen, I prefer it. If I can help it, Id rather deal with them in the future. The employee at airway oxygen implied they couldnt fulfill my prescription not only because my insurance didnt cover it there, but because my case wasnt severe enough to warrant it. Which is odd because she’s not familiar with my case. I chatted with insurance, went to carelinc, and they looked into authorization and, as my insurance informed me earlier, my request was authorized at this location. The fulfillment of my prescription is not why I recommend carelinc. The staff were courteous and friendly and professionally unbiased. They also took some precautionary measures to insure their safety and my own during this pandemic. I highly recommend carelinc.
