Ordered a shield on 6/14 an still haven’t received it. By the looks of previous reviews this seems to be customary. COVID was the past excuse, can’t wait to hear this one. First and last dealing with this company.

Increasingly typical customer service, unfortunately: ordered a helmet at decent end-of-season, last-remaining color price then they take more than a week to mull it over before finally deciding that they dont actually have any stock. So rather than doing the honorable thing by offering same deal on new stock they just cancel the order. Just wasting my time...

I dont usually write reviews but these guys deserve it for sure. OUTSTANDING customer service!! They assisted me with an Alpinestars suit and went above and beyond to make sure that I received it when I needed it. Fair pricing for sure, but the customer service alone will ensure that I shop with them again.

Don’t expect to receive any help from their customer service. Super awful experience new rider here not ever buying from this company again.. also you probably won’t receive your package because I didn’t and they won’t refund me or replace this item.

Horrible. I ordered a pair of gloves from perf moto on amazon and it took them two weeks to even ship. Now i get a notification that the shipping may be delayed even more. Bad experience.

Sold and charged me a jacket that wasnt available.. then a week later after saying sorry item wasnt available refunded my credit card less for what it was charged.. completely unacceptable and will not be buying from them in the future .. too many other reputable sellers out there to chance this again.. and it wasnt cents lol it was over 20$ that wasnt a conversion issue either lol
