Only stopped to look around the place looks real nice an clean well kept. Spoke with someone in the office an she was very helpful . Nice place to visit so im sure ots a good place to live.

Houses too close

Tight corners, narrow lanes, numerous, older, not well maintained homes, lots of clutter everywhere, people dont pay attention & walk in front of you at the drop of a dime, & even, at 10mph make you slam on your breaks to avoid hitting them. Not a nice place to have to visit at all!!! If you dont have family, or friends that are unfortunate enough to have to live here, & you can avoid venturing onto this property I would highly, recommend it.

I have lived here for many years and have tried with numerous managers to make this place a better place to live 😔 No success... no management thus far has succeeded in making life better!!

This trailer park is worse than the ones in the Detroit where Im from, not because its actually bad but because these wannabe gangsters trying to make up for living in Holland Michigan, like chill fuc*ing up your life doesnt make you cool. You wouldnt ever be able to handle the real thing son.

Very quiet and has big roads for easy access and you can park in the street but Sun home communities own that Park and Sun home communities is not a great landlord they are by far the worst I have experienced
