This was a pretty great place to work and if you are a younger person looking to learn the ins and outs of CNC it could be a great starting point for your career. I honestly have zero interest in CNC and it just wasnt a good match for me. The guys I worked with were very nice and, awesome teachers. I kind of left on bad terms.... sort of but, hopefully Mike the owner of the company sees this... I have the upmost respect for the man. He really knows his stuff and is a nice and understanding man to work for. The facility isnt the nicest looking but, the culture that they have created there along with the patience the staff had while trying to work with a greenhorn(me) was really just awesome. I left because the hours for third shift were just not for me. I really appreciate Mike giving me the job right after losing my other job. It pulled me out of a dark place and I am doing much better now. Thank you so much Mike!

Being a small business, Metalution offers the best customer service and machine work. If they are not able to get something done on time or are not able to do exact measurements, they are upfront about the issue and directly work with the customer to come to an agreement. They are also fabulous with their employees. Everyone is nice and enjoyable while also being extremely hardworking and conscientious of their work space.Will continue to work with Metalution until everything aforementioned becomes untruthful, which I do not see happening for quite a long time.

Worked for Mike and his team awhile back, unfortunately I left on a bad note . I can say it was an excellent place to work . Mike treated us well. He did me atleast . I remember Mike having a really strong understanding off deep draw forming . I came from stamping background so deep draw interested me alot and he knew his stuff . Metalution was probably one of my best memories of places to work, he took me charter fishing .....

Was not given a good chance to learn the CNC lathe even better. They expected me to learn everything in a month. There were a couple people that did something to the machine I was on to make it look like it was my fault. There were others that made bigger mistakes but they got to stay because they were men and am a female. They didnt give me my extra lock to my van and that isnt cheap.
