Our experience with NLS was excellent! Their selection of lights was great and I was able to find exactly what I needed for my kitchen, hallway, kids bedroom and even my camper. The owner was very helpful and he even let me exchange a light that ended up being too bright for my hallway.

Almost 1 year ago now, I purchased $958.97 worth of LED tubes and retro kits from this company and the only reason I made this purchase was because the owner, Ron, assured me, he would assist me in filing the necessary forms to get an estimated $400 rebate from Consumers Energy for transferring from florescent lighting to LEDs.After MANY calls, emails, fake promises and simply no results, I still have not received that rebate. I understand that this is a small sum of money to this company, however as a single mom and sole provider for my family, this is a huge amount for me and I am sorry to have ever done business with this company. They have truly let me down and shown no effort to make things right.

NLS Leds replaced the tube lights and bulbs in our office building. They were efficient at installing the lights and helping us with the rebate.
