I like keeping my car clean, so I use the basic car wash monthly deal. At their monthly rate, I can wash my car often at a real value. I pull in, and the scanners read my license plate almost instantly, and away I go. I do find a nearby parking lot and wipe down any leftover water. ThatHelps a lot. I dont use the vacuums very often, but its nice they are available. Some of the locations offer floor mat cleaners, and they work great. Overall, the best car wash Ive experienced.

Ive called 4 times and left messages regarding canceling the subscription to auto wash membership. Not one return call. Very poor customer service. The car wash itself has caused damaged to my car which they do not stand by. Pass on Tommy Car Wash Systems.

Waste of money. 16 dollar wash. 90 second wash . Vehicle was dirtier coming out than going in.Went to Todd Wenzall in Hudsonville directly afterwards. Now there is a good car wash.Never using a Tommy Wash again.
