They were out of alot of stuff but the ice cream was good

Food is ok. But beyond that, this place is a joke! Never opened when its suppose to be and customer service is not good at all. Website says it was open at 12 noon along with sign on door. But Im writing that at 2:25 in the afternoon and this place STILL isnt open! Employees always seem like they are bothered by the customers if they request something. This place is sending people to other places and giving their potential customers other options! How this place is still in business is beyond me!

Amazing mangolatas! Elotes are good too, but they used to layer the cheese and mayo and the last time they didnt, so once you eat all the goodies on top, its just a cup of corn.

After working here for about two weeks and giving it a try I can say it wasnt for me. The schedule just wasnt for me. Working there from 4:00 to 10:30 just didnt work. Sometimes wed get out later. The owner isnt a bad guy at all dont get me wrong. Yet for the first week of working there he was very irresponsible. Hed leave us in that store to close and clean that place which is also illegal mind you since we were all minors. But ill stop ranting. I could go on longer yet it wouldnt be worth it. The job is fun. Be prepared to stand around all day and have some strong arms.The two guys who I worked with were funny as hell. Overall its a 6/10. If you consider working there you better have one free schedule. Good food though

This place is great! Great icecream. A variety of interesting flavors. Good service. Clean. All icecream made in house. We need this place to stay open!

Came in to place while doing laundry, place looked dirty, unstoked and empty. Employess(Kids)working counter had no idea what product was or what was they consisted off. Regardless tho not there fault for being trained poorly. Would not recommend this place at all.

Literally the worst experience ever!! I saw the owner taking tips from the hard working employees!! And when I called him out he spat in my food. Shaking my head, very disrespectful I will not be coming back!!

Extremely disrespectful!! I saw a roach in my dessert and when I told the owner about it he said I looked like the roach!!! I would not recommend!!!

We stopped for the first time to get a hotdog and saw the ice cream as well. This is a family run shop. The hot dogs needed some work: the Chicago dogs were delicious as they split them first and pan fry them. But they microwaved the bun and it turned crusty and hard. They added lots of good things on the dog, but the pickle was a half spear and was bigger than the dog! Overall a mixed impression. The ice cream is actually really home made and is delicious and creamy, with many interesting flavors. I would have given a three for the dog and a five for the ice cream so I split the difference.

Called to ask what time they’re open til because when I went yesterday there was a sign that said closed and they’ll be back soon & a girl answered and said “we’re actually not open today” and then I asked when they anticipate on being open & she said “uh I’m not sure have a nice day” and hung up. LOL. ??? Nice.

Found a bandage in the watermelon paleta. Couldn’t get a hold the the manager all day!!!

Very nice people in there. Not sure what the guys name is but his really good at talking to customers.If you are looking for Mexican ice cream this is a good place but if you are looking for food there is only like 4 things on the menu. Enjoy

Slowest service everBunch of kids working here

While it is a little slower to service, it is usually worth the wait. Ive grabbed a torta, chips and drink for $5 its fresh as can be! Love it and I know you will too

First time here! Hands down best ice cream Ive had in a long time!! Got a chicago dog as well they had the freshest most crunchy vegetables! Was a wonderful experience and CANT wait to go back!!

The employee was friendly and the prices are very good. However, through no fault of his own, the hustling employee working alone was completely overwhelmed.We had hot dogs and elote, a deluxe type of corn on the cob. While the hot dogs were fantastic, the corn cob had been boiled to death. The toppings were fantastic, but the corn itself didnt taste right. All three of us that shared the corn became sick afterward.

Love love love this place. The portions are amazing and service is on point. Will definitely return

A little pricey but, Very good

Food’s good which is why it gets two stars. But the people who work there just make things the way they want and don’t listen when something wants to be taken off. This is bad because some people have allergies, thankful we checked our food throughly and didn’t have an accident. They also just stand there and chat among themselves.

Icecream is Delicious and very different flavors from the normal american standard. A refreshing change!Highly recommend, this is the only place I go now!For first timers, dont be intimidated or feel awkward. The people who work/run this place seem like they only speak spanish but thats not the case. The are very helpful in explaining what items are and their English is pretty good although you will hear them speak spanish, most of their customers speak it. Thats their heritage, embrace it :)I love this place, and i like being able to support the business

I had high expectations of this place. Since I was born in Mexico, go there every year, we know what the michoacana is and how what we ordered should be prepared, here is my review based on what we ordered and do not know what the rest of the menu looks or tastes like:The corn in the cup o elote en vaso was really bad, did not have enough mayo, chile and the cheese melted, basically, it was a cup with corn, water and melted cheese.The chicharron preparado was not good, it looked like something more bizarre that the bizarre stuff they sell in Mexico city.If you have never had this is stuff in Mexico you will most likely like it otherwise, not so much.

Ive been here 3 times and so far the things Ive tried have been pretty good. Expect a long wait though.

The service is great and the food too. Some people complain that they are slow but they’re just hating. Keep up the good job. New fav spot

Food is good, but service was bad. Rude lady served us. Didn’t put any mangoes on the mangonada and we didn’t get tamarindo sticks. Visited on a Sunday around 7pm.

Great variety of ice cream but my favorite is the aguas frescas
