I have shopped at Zagers for over 25 years and they are the best around. I must admit that Ive tried other places but I always come back. The staff is knowledgeable and have always been able to help me sort it out. If someone asks where I buy my pool chemicals I tell them to go to Zagers. They wont be disappointed.

Zager’s service is amazing. The Holland store’s staff is always friendly and super helpful. The Service Department and staff is knowledgeable and takes care of any filter or heater problems we seem to have (a lot!). We also are very happy with the patio furniture we have purchased - great quality and great prices. We will not go anywhere else for our pool needs!

Always courteous and happy to help you both find products you need or patiently help you diagnose issues to find the best resolution. The team is obviously well managed and trained. Love the Holland location especially and highly recommend this store!

June 24th my wife visited the store to exchange a ladder, it had been raining and it was wet in the store. Upon entering my wife almost fell and twisted her ankle. Jay the manager started laughing at her and did not offer to help. My wife left in tears and not a single person there suggested to fill out an incident report, it took me calling to get that done. Completely heartless this company is and even after requesting a call from the owner we never received one. Never again will I suggest anyone shop there!

We had a new hot tub cover delivered to our home and a lift system installed. They even disposed of our old hot tub cover. Very friendly and efficient. Thank you Zagers!!

The staff at Zagers is always so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful whether I’m dealing with a cloudy water issue or just a routine water check. They want your pool to look as good as you do!

Zagers Pool & Spas Customer Service needs to up their game. Communication is slow, does not pay attention to detail. The actual store however is helpful. But hold on if you have any issues.

We pre ordered a pool last August after hearing the pre order add for 2021. I stopped in to pay Jay for the rest of my pool in April. Jay told me my pool was in and to call Sharice for delivery . I waited a few day for a call back and was told by sharice my pool was not inAnyways terrible communication. I was never told about the steel shortage until weeks after I was told my pool was in and we are still waiting for our pool. Jay has never apologized for his miss communication . Very sad and disappointed after dealing with Zaggers.

Unfortunately our pool purchase experience wasnt a good one. We were told time frames that were not followed through upon, not kept informed of changes, and I had to chase down our pool by making multiple phone calls. It was by far the worst consumer/business dealing Ive ever had.

These guys are so helpful and patient in answering all of my questions. I wish I would’ve bought my spa here, but they’ve been a tremendous support to me in the learning curve of managing a new spa.

I walked in few minutes after 3pm on a Saturday, not realizing they close at 3. Told me take my time and get what I need. I certainly purchase, and have back several times...and I live 20 miles away.

Tim came out to meet us and assess the space we had in mind for a pool and it ultimately won’t work out due to several barriers with our property but his transparency and honesty was great. He made us well aware of what it would take to make it work along with the likely problems in the future and advocated for our best interest. If it was feasible we’d love to do business with Zagers because that integrity and honesty speaks volumes to how much they respect what they do and respect their customers.

We have been customers for almost 30 years and my husbands family for many before ( they used to drive from Greenville area). Their products are great and the service is unbeatable

Went to store on Saturday looking for a part and was told they didnt have it but would order it and would be at store on Tues. Went to store on Tues waited in check out line and asked for the part. Employee had a bit of a struggle figuring it out and then I was told they are on the truck, when asked when it would be at store I was told maybe tomorrow but you better call, not sure if they are going to drive the truck here for the 10.00 part. Weds I call to check on part and was told person that would know will call me back, over three hours later I call again trying to figure out if I should go to store and told the same thing about leave my name and they will call back. When I tried talk to gentleman about not getting a call back on first call he said something about the Holland store was closed / Covid 19 and then hung up on me. That was a lie because I was in the store the day before with about eight other customers. Just before I was ready to leave work for the day I made one more call and again received the same song & dance. Thank goodness the other pool store on South Washington would talk to me and had the part I needed. After years of always going to Zagers I was truly disappoint in the way I was treated and the lack of knowledge the young Holland staff has of what is going on with the company they work for.

As far as the quality of the hot tub and cover we purchased...all excellent. The reason I did not mark great was due to the amount of time it took to get both. Jay, our customer rep from Zagers in Holland, Michigan, did all he could to find out why the tub was taking so long. At one point, we almost cancelled the order. Jay reassured us it was on its way and would arrive. He agreed it was taking longer than it should and apologized on behalf of Zagers. Then when it arrived ..the cover was not with it. We had to use a cheaper cover and the other one took a month to arrive. Again...Jay apologized for the company. We have enjoyed the availability of getting the products we need to care for our new tub. Now that it is here...we enjoy it each night! We are also happy with Jay, as our rep, whom we can call or text if there is a problem and he will help us find solutions.

We bought an above-ground pool last year from Zagers. For whatever reason we tried two ladders and could never get them to stay in the pool and work so we could get in and out. Talk about frustrating!My wife called the Holland location and spoke with Jay (the manager) and he totally took care of us, quickly, competently, and friendly. We cant recommend the Holland location enough and, in particular, Jay. This kind of service will keep us patronizing Zagers for all of our pool upkeep needs rather than shopping online or going to a big box store.

I give this location Holland Location 5 stars because Jay is awesome. If he ever left, I would take my business else where.

Bought a $20 skimmer, used it twice, fell apart. Brought it back and they basically said too bad, its my problem, they dont care. Ive dropped over 300 dollars this summer alone on chemicals from there, but yet they cant help with a $20 skimmer. Obviously they dont care about their customers. Very disappointing.

Some good knowledgeable staff however mostly staffed by newbie teenagers that can easily steer you wrong. For the tough questions I recommend you seek out the elders at the Holland location. Great selection and reasonable prices.

Extremely high priced

I have been a customer since 2015 when I had Zagers install my pool!!! They did a great job!I also frequent the local store in Jamestown for water chemistry checks & pool chemicals!!!I especially love the 40% off sale in December as I stock up for the season!!!

These folks are knowledgeable and fantastically customer friendly.

We have been dealing with Jay from the Holland location. What a great experience. Although in sales, Jay and Zagers go out of their way to assist the home owner and are excitedly willing to share knowledge with the DIY customer. We attended the home show at Devos place with intentions of updating heating and cooling. The deal that Zagers offered was too good to pass up. We look forward to working with this Zagers going forward.

Always the best.

The first time we visited was a good experience. After that everyone has gone down hill. I maintain a pool for a friend. He set up an account with Zagers so I would be able to pick up supplies as needed. The first time I stopped for supplies they told me he never set up an account. So i paid for everthing out of my pocket. He went in when he was in town and reset the account. Same thing happened. A third time the same thing. Needless to say there will be no fourth time. The prices are also higher at Zagers. The final deciding factor was when they tested the water they would not tell me what was wrong but grabbed everything and rang it up so I was unable to see the prices untill I saw the reciept. Zagers is history!

They offer great advice and free water testing, but definitely arent the cheapest choice for chemicals or products.
