Dittos is, as far as Im concerned, the best place in town as a resale store. But from electronics to clothes, to hats and boots it is the cheapest most affordable clothing of high quality that there is. I would not go to another resale store in Holland area

Not the place to shop in Holland!!!! Extremely misleading messages and sales trying to cover it up with see store for details lead you to get in there and do the old bait and switch very unprofessional!!! Sale said 50% off General marchandise clothing Christmas. But you get in there and its only there they call General Merchandise clothing not general merchandise and clothing and Christmas! Who calls clothing general merchandise clothing very misleading! Used to stop here regularly but think this will be the last time ever just tired of there misleading come on and bait and switch!

Large store which keeps way too much stale inventory. I could spend 2 hours here and not find a thing as a result. I get youre big, but big doesnt mean better when Im digging through 3x junk that shouldve been pulled 2 years ago.

The only thing I really enjoy getting here is apparel. All of their furniture is outrageously over priced for a second hand store. You can find the furniture cheaper on Amazon or anywhere for that matter.

The selection of furniture is very limited and what they have is pricey. The dishes are individually priced so you pay more.

It was nice to look at some good stuff, BUT! The prices on everything is way too high and Ditto will not negotiate even when you show them whats wrong and what needs to be fixed. Not happy with the experience, I was gonna buy a dresser. Dont recommend this place unless you dont mind wasting your money when you could buy new for 20 to 30 dollars more money somewhere else.

We didnt find what were looking for, but it was a nice place.

I understand we cant use dressing rooms, but I was told I couldnt even try a jacket on over my clothes. I would have spent alot more money if we could have done that.

Such an awesome store! First time stopping in today & I was fairly impressed. However I wish there was more decor options, but there is definitely an abundance of furniture to choose from. I got lucky today & realized once I was inside that furniture was 50% plus the entire store was 40% off! The furniture was pretty pricey, super awesome stuff but still pricey for a second hand shop. (At least for me). Womens clothing was nice, not a whole lot for boys (sizes 5/6-7). The store was clean & the staff was friendly, Ill definitely be back!

The people that work there are friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to go buy hidden treasures.

This was a really nice place. The antiques arent marked up to ridiculous prices so that alone is refreshing. Very large store and a variety of different wares. Its nice theres even a fitting room. Staff was very friendly.

One of the best resale stores as far as cleanliness and organization. I liked it get puzzles there because someone checks to make sure all the pieces are in the box.

Large variety of items, store clean and tidy. Employees always pleasant. However, the prices are significantly higher than what one would expect to pay for DONATED items. Several times, Ive found things in Dittos that were the same price as new items of SAME brand. If folks could afford full (or nearly) price, wed buy new. I sincerely wish whoever sets prices would take this into consideration. PLEASE, bring prices down some so more of us could afford your items.

Very interesting place to shop for used good such as clothes furniture trinkets and misc electronics. Friendly staff. I think the rice things a bit on the High side and they wont negotiate otherwise I would give them 5 stars but alas theres always a catch and item you wont find elsewhere.

I love this place! The service is always friendly and the selection is wonderful. They also have a self serve coffee bar to keep you energized while you shop.

I live in Indiana, but my sister lives close by in Saugatuck. Whenever I visit her we try to come to ditto. Ive been coming here for many years and Im never disappointed! I always walk away with wonderful things at a reasonable price. Today they had books and media on sale at 50% off and I loaded up. Also got some wonderful limited edition prints and some other fun chachkies and cool stuff!

Best resale shop around. Whatever you want you have a great chance of finding it. Very nice furniture.

Good but $$$. They do a nice job of organizing stuff vs the typical pile of stuff at other places. It can be pricey though. $1 items elsewhere are often $2-3. Furniture very pricey but much is new.

Good quality furniture, well made, not cheap. I found lovely drapes here for only $6.00 . Tons of craft books & cds. Their clothing is in two categories, boutique and general. I find almost all clothing here to be on the smaller side. Tons of parking in front. Located near the DMV.

Staff there is very snobby. Heaven forbid you ask them a +question that requires them to walk to another part of the store. Founs a d[g kennel there and it had lots of water in it and both a sales woman and a guy from the back said oh well, let the person who buys it dump it out! And seriously just walked away a.d left it.

One of the best thrift stores in West Michigan. If you into thrifting, this store has one of the widest selections Ive seen. The store is huge. I think it was an old department store.

I like this place, its a good mix of different kinds of things such as clocks and shelving or even computer tech stuff.

It used to be a lot better. They toys are packaged weird, and they got rid of the bear!
