I always get great care from this office. Cliff is the technician who programs the hearing aids, provides hearing tests and exceptional customer service. when I am frustrated with my hearing aids and not able to hear as well as I would like, he knows how to go into the software to take care of the problem. Brooklyn, his office assistant, is very professional and friendly. when I bought my last pair of hearing aids, she explained things very clearly regarding the paperwork for warranty coverage, etc. Both of them provide exceptional customer care and I greatly appreciate it. When I buy a product, I want the best customer care that I can have, and that is what I get with this Hearing Life office. The Oticon brand has been the best hearing aids ever!

Its okay, but the atmosphere is not friendly. Receptionist was good but the office is cold and uninviting. It does not come across as an office that is up to date in furnishings and technology.

I am able to hear much more than ever before.
