I just wanted to get a free hearing test. Dena was easy to work with, friendly, and made the test go very smoothly. Afterwards, I was told that my hearing was fine, with just a little degradation at some upper frequencies, but there was no pressure to buy anything. I made an appointment to have it checked again next year.
