Competitive prices, great service, and a really good selection. I was in and out quickly with exactly what I wanted at a price much better than others in the same region. I would take any bad reviews with a grain of salt. The guys were courteous and constantly in motion helping customers.

Tyler and his staff are some of the best you can meet. I have always been treated respectfully and met with customer service that was well beyond the status quo. This is a business of integrity and they will stand by their products and are honorable people. They even give away guns for hunting trips for disabled vets and stuff like that. Go here and you will be treated right.

I have been in a few times looking at guns as I was in the market for my first carry pistol. I went in to buy some ammunition and it was significantly more expensive ($25.99 rather than$19.99) than what Cabela’s was selling it for. I politely asked if they would match the price and one of the gentlemen at the counter (I believe was the owner) bluntly and grouchily said “Were in the middle of an ammo frenzy and that’s my last box of that, I’m not going to price match a billion dollar company”, to which I politely thanked him, put the box back and left.If he would have said anything along the lines of the fact that Cabela’s purchased in larger quantities and he couldn’t do the same as a small business in a semi-polite manner I would have happily bought the box of ammunition.It is very unfortunate as, not only is it in a convenient location for me, there is a gentleman who is retired (I believe is what he said) and helps out working there that I had been talking with about buying a firearm who was extraordinarily kind and helpful however because of the encounter I had with this gentleman (who I believe is the owner) I do not foresee myself returning.

Great experience all around. Tyler may appear to be on the younger side, but he is wise beyond his years. I look forward to doing business with Bullet Hole again in the future.Also, please note that this is not the old Bullet Hole. These guys have very competitive prices. So competitive, in fact, that I decided to buy a new pistol from them today and it was a full $60 cheaper than the big box stores. Two thumbs up!

These guys are fantastic! Shop is small but moving to a larger location this month(7/17). The owners and staff are all very knowledgeable and approachable. Took the CPL class and it was worth the money. I try to buy local before a chain store and these guys are my go to. No pressure/eager to help.

I will never go back. Sales person was typing on his laptop and would not get up to assist me.The laptop was more important than me!!!I drove 20 miles to the store and left after the rudeness.

Purchased my first firearm from them today. Jon was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had asked him a few questions on the differences between models and he gave clear answers. Made the process a breeze. Their selection wasnt the biggest, but the prices were very fair.

I had a problem with a used firearm I purchased from Tyler. He treated it like a new firearm and took care of the issue under his warranty. Rather than using the item I supplied from the internet that barely met specifications, he made the item! It is finally nice to meet someone that is honest and takes pride in his work and business.

Ive purchased 2 firearms with these folks. Its a nice small shop with knowledgeable staff. Not much of an ammo selection in house. They seem to focus on training classes stuck as CPL courses. Rumor has it that they are trying to open a range in town, but not sure if this is still on the works after the city denied them on their property awhile back. Would love to see a local range though.
