The chain on our garage door opener broke. I made a service appointment on Quality Door’s website and got a prompt confirmation. On the morning of the appointment I received an email and text informing me that service technician Josh was on his way. He arrived at the scheduled time and quickly diagnosed the problem (a broken chain drive) and showed me the broken part. He had a new part on his truck and quickly replaced it, reinstalled the chain and lubricated everything. The garage door now works perfectly! This was by far one of the best service experiences we have had. Great job Quality Door! I highly recommend them.

We had our fire system tested and the fire door didnt want to release. We had a tech come and replace a relay that was bad. After the door released it wouldnt stay up. I called Quality Door Company on a referral on Monday and they were out on Tuesday morning. Rubin was excellent. No complaining due to awkward location of the door tensioner. He found a way to set the tension where it should be and now all is good. Thank you for your quick response in this covid plagued time. And thank you Rubin for your fine work!

I have used Quality Door many times for both service issues and purchasing Liftmaster garage door openers. They have always been very professional and resolved my problems. The latest issue was my door opener stopped working. I called for service and they sent a service Tech the next morning at 8:00 am. He did not have a replacement unit on him, but said he would try to be back the same day...if not the next day for sure. At 2 pm on the same day Quality Door was back and had a new Liftmaster installed and operational. Thank you Quality Door.
