These people are AWESOME. They came out to look at the project. I picked a door that was hard to get and they let me know my options but they kept me up to date when I inquired because I stuck with the hard to get door. Installation could not have gone better. I can HARDLY hear the door open and close....AMAZING. These people are the best reason to stay local and support your community. They ROCK!!

I checked a few prices between the major stores like Home Depot and Compaan. Compaan came in at a cheaper price. At no fault of their own, time lines were delayed because of Covid and the manufactures of the doors. The crew that installed the doors were quick and professional. Took care with my items that they had to move around my garage and didnt mind the hassle of shuffling cars and other things around to make the job work.My only negative thing was communication. They said that they would be in contact and gave me a estimated 4-5 week time line for the doors to arrive. I called a couple of times, very profession and courteous on the phone, but if I didnt call I wasnt getting any updates. Like the delay and missing parts shipped from the manufacturer that extended my timeline.Door are great, crew was quick, and over all a good experience.

Had 3 new Liftmaster garage door openers installed this week. I felt pricing was reasonable. The sales manager had an effective demo unit at the showroom. The installation was within one week. The installers were very professional and efficient. They reviewed the many programmable features with us, including an exterior door access control. The new LED lights are outstanding. The new belt-driven openers are unbelievably quiet. We are very satisfied with the product and the service company.

The repair man came to fix the door and he not only fixed the garage door but he educated me on how it actually works, how the eyes work, which one is the center of the signal which one is the receiver. Also what the flashing light means- it was incredible! I felt like I had a class in garage door information and he also showed me how to use the keypad. I have been doing it wrong this whole time! Technician told my wife our door was all fixed but after he left our door wont even work. Now he wont come back to fix it until the next day. Im not sure why he left with the door inoperable. Very poor service.

Called about a bowed bottom panel and they came as scheduled. They did a nice job straightening the panel and did not jump right to ‘you should replace it’, but rather suggested if I wasn’t happy with how it looked after straightening they would provide a quote to replace the panel. Very pleased!

I called Compaan door to come and fix a broken spring on my garage door at around 1pm on a Tuesday afternoon as two of the “larger” national companies told me they couldn’t fit me in their schedule until the next day or even the day after. They said they would do their very best to get out there as soon as possible, within 1.5 hours I got a text and a phone call stating my job was complete and that they had completed the replacement of both springs for the half the cost of what the national companies were going to charge me for one spring! Also no nickel and diming for service calls, no extra up charging just a straight forward price and a huge discount on the replacement of the second spring versus doing them separately. My technician Jason was very courteous and left the garage clean and everything in its place looking just as I had left it.All in all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Compaan for any of your over head door needs!
