I do not recommend. I have been using this company for years for embroidery for my small business. My last order was December 2020. I went in last week (April 2021) and was told that they dont care about the work my small business brings in because they have big warehouse jobs now. They also dont respond to any emails and the lady at the front desk cant answer any questions and tells you to email. Very frustrating.Edited to add: I talked to the lady at the front desk on Wednesday and told her one of the vests I want embroidered I use daily for my business and isnt something vision designs can order since its special for dog training. She told me she understood completely and to come tomorrow to pick it up then drop it off later when they could do it. She told me she wanted to show it to Paula first who works nights. I also talked to the lady at the front desk about wanting more shirts with the vest embroidery not just one item. The lady at the front desk told me Paula would email me that night about the vest and what they could and couldnt do with the logo and a quote like they have done for previous orders. I still received nothing from them. They say I wouldnt pay a digitizing fee when I told the front desk lady I would. When I came in on Thursday to pick up the vest thats not done as discussed the front desk lady freaked out because she had no idea and had forgotten apparently. Thats when the lady at the front desk told me they dont care about my business. Things changed completely when they got this new lady in the front office. She cant keep anything straight or remember anything. I was told my business didnt matter plain and simple and if it did Vision Designs of West Michigan would have done a better job of contacting me back.

Awesome turn around! Quality work and unbeatable prices. I would highly recommend Vision Designs of West Michigan for all your promotional products. Plus, they have excellent customer services.
